I had a concern about a dent on my windshield and this company reached out the same day. Sarah helped me through the process and booked an appointment that worked around my schedule. They are a mobile mechanic, so it felt much easier waiting in the comfort of my home for the job! The technician, John, was professional and finished the job in an efficient manner, no complaints. Highly recommend for all your auto glass needs! read more

It was Saturday morning, and we were driving down 35 when a rock flew right off a truck and hit our front windshield. Beyond anything else, getting a crack repaired as fast as you possibly can is key. I did a quick search on yelp and called Reliable first. They let me know, they could be at our house in 2 hours. Within 2 hours, the tech arrived at my door and knocked out the crack fill and repair. In no time, the crack was nearly gone. It's been almost a year now and it hasn't spread out even the slightest. All around quality work and good price. read more

I read all of the reviews for Reliable Autoglass and they were glowing reviews. However, my experience was not so great. My original appt was pushed to the right because the windshield would arrive Tuesday. I understood and since I was working, agreed to make it Friday am. Thursday night, received notice that my windshield appt had to be moved to Friday night. A little irritating as I took off work for the am appointment. Was offered a small price reduction, but it wasn't about $$. It's about the value of my time as well. read more

I have had a bag string of luck I guess 4 windshields repairs and fixes in the last couple of months. Both times they came to either replace or fix our windshields and always respond quickly and have had us fully replaced in the same day. No We even had a warranty item and they didn't hesitate to take care of us. I'll call them again and again. Great work yall for the price! read more

My husband and I are always impressed with the quick response and quality of repair. We have had about 3 or 4 windshield cracks over the years between both our different cars With all the road traveling we have done. Reliable Auto Glass is first call I make. Professional work at a great price too! read more

Quick and very good quality work. Windshield looks brand new. And a fair price compared to the rest. Had a large crack in my is350 windshield from construction debris. Needed my windshield replaced and recalibrated. read more

Well from my experience from this company make sure you watch or video record the tech that does the work because if theres damage done to the vehicle you are out of luck because its your word against the techs word. It seems these days you have to be a babysitter. Hopefully i won't have any issues with the installation. read more

My windows got broken at a hiking trail. Iman responded to my call right away and the time from call to him being in my driveway fixing the windows was less than 2 hours, even with bad weather blowing in. He was thorough and explained additional repairs that may be needed in the future depending on how badly the control mechanism was broken and showed me what to watch for. He was prompt, personable, and did good work. It was about $725 to replace 2 windows because of trying to get it done right away before snow came. I did not call any other companies to know about pricing, but he did exactly what he promised for the price he quoted. I was pleased with the work and would recommended this company. read more

10/10 would recommend my windshield was in very bad shape and after calling around Texas reliable glass was my best option for pricing and availability! They are a mobile company and come out to you which was very convenient considering I work from home. Orlan came out in his van and was polite and fast and communicative about time frame. My windshield also came with warranty and free rock chip repair for the first 24 months which plenty of companies out there don't offer at all. I will definitely be recommending y'all to all my family & friends thank you(: read more

On my way back from San Antonio a rock hit my windshield and cracked it to where it was irreparable. Got a couple of quotes from other glass companies but I decided to go through Texas Reliable Auto Glass due to their quick response, reasonable quote/warranty and the mobile service to come to me. I was able to schedule the same week and my windshield was fixed within the hour. A couple days later it rained and my windshield was not detecting the rain while the sensor was on. Called Texas Reliable Auto Glass and told them what was going on and came out the next day (Saturday) due to my traveling schedule to Houston and San Antonio that same day. Always nice and very informative while completing the work will recommend to family and friends. read more

He was friendly, professional, and punctual. Thank you for your help replacing the car window

Great communication. Replied and arrived in timely manner. Clear instructions and reasonable price. Would use him again!

Amazing job replacing my cracked windshield. He was very communicative, did a wonderful job, and was very kind! They even have a lifetime workmanship warranty and 12 months of chip repair. Hope I don't have to call them again (for obvious reasons) but if I do, I'll be calling him back! read more

Such a nice guy! Came out to me and was so helpful! Great price, was kind, wasn't trying to get money out of me!

I was quoted fifty dollars less than it turned out to be, plus I was told that the repair I had done was not too reliable once he was there to do it. He could have told me sooner and let me decide whether or not to go that route. read more

Fast. Easy. Reliable. Responsive. Very satisfied with the service and recommend to anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement.

It was an excellent pleasure meeting Iman. He was more than professional as I wasn't treated as a business transaction & more like a friend. I had a large vehicle window replacement and compact SUV with a rock chip repair completed by Texas Reliable Auto Glass. Mahbob was very responsive with scheduling, keeping me updated, and handling payment (with a variety of options for payment). Both repairmen came out on time, were professional, and explained everything they'd do along with any potential downsides before beginning the repair. If I ever get a rock chip again or need a window replacement, this will be my first call. read more

This was such a great find on Yelp. My truck was just 4 months old when a mean old tractor mower threw tire debris at my rear passenger door window and totally freakin' shattered it. It didn't collapse because of the tint, thank goodness. So I gorilla taped the heck out of it and started the process of looking for replacement - while on a road trip, headed out of state. Long story short, getting glass for a brand new vehicle was darn near impossible where we were headed, so I found Texas Reliable Auto Glass on Yelp once we got home. They were awesome! 1) They were extremely accommodating of my schedule for mobile service 2) They were so much more economical than the dealership quote (yeah, I know that's typical) 3) They were on time, well-equipped, and completely thorough 4) They allowed the tractor driver (who was at fault for the glass damage a few hundred miles away from Austin) to pay for the repair over the phone with a credit card If I could give six stars, I would! Thanks for the great service! read more

Mobi was quick to respond to my request for a quote and installation details. The pricing for windshield replacement was competitive. Iman came to my home within a couple days of my inquiry and replaced the windshield in about 2 hours. I was told by different businesses that I would have to bring my car into the shop for calibration since we have windshield camera sensors. A couple companies, including Texas Reliable, said that they just disconnect and reconnect the sensors. read more

I got the best quote out of 5 other yelp companies here. Some places were going to charge 200+ more for the same service. He was friendly and quick to respond and schedule. The job was done faster than I expected and he also provides chip repair for a year. Really happy with my experience and will use him again when needed read more

TRAG responded to my request immediately last night and was able to get me a quote for the work done asap, they charged less than all the other companies I messaged and the work they did was perfect. They were also to work on it immediately at my home so I didn't drive to get it fixed. They cleaned up the broken glass in the door panel and in the rear seat. read more

Car break in victim here, unfortunately. Shopped around a few glass repair/replace providers and found Texas Reliable Auto Glass (TRAG) to be best price, and were able to come following morning. Iman came out had my window replaced in about 30 minutes. He let me inspect and roll up/down a few times to make sure it was good. Work was good, and Iman was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend TRAG to anyone looking for auto glass work. read more

I was driving home recently and noticed a very sudden and large crack across my windshield. Texas Reliable Auto Glass got back to me quickly. They were also friendly and well priced. With that said, the work done was a little bit sloppy. Little pieces of glass bits were left all over my dash and the window was placed a little sloppily over the windshield molding. The owner was very kind and sent the tech out, but overall he didn't seem concerned. The window seems to be sealed ok, but the sloppy install bothers me enough that I would probably try a different vendor if I ever needed more window work done. If you can look past the sloppy install, they were quick, responsive, polite, and well priced. read more

Storm rolled through last night and brought down a limb from the pecan tree which landed on my windshield. Next morning at 7:30 am I contacted Reliable and by 11:30 am the windshield had been replaced. Iman was very professional and kind. Hopefully I won't need to replace another windshield but if I do, I'm certainly calling Texas Reliable Auto Glass. read more

Back in December, a rock chipped my window and the chip expanded across my windshield. I reached out to Texas Reliable Auto Glass and they were very fast at responding, worked with my schedule and quoted me the exact cost. My window was from 1-3 but they reached out to come earlier, which worked perfectly. They said it would be two hours for the install but it only took 1 hour. Super friendly and did such an amazing job! I'm super happy with the outcome! read more

Professional service, prompt, courteous, and quality work. The whole process was very smooth and it cost aligned with estimate.

Great service. Polite fast and good work. They gave me a solid quote when I called and showed up on time. Will definitely use them again!

They replaced our windshield after a rock hit it for $920. 7 days later, a new crack formed underneath the seal, clearly due to poor installation or poor glass. The car hadn't been driven more than 2 miles that week and only in our neighborhood. We reached out to the company and the literally responded that we are "just not lucky." Then they offered us a $50 discount, but only because it was over Christmas. I would avoid this business. read more

Fast and professional. Took about an hour and they cleaned things up and made it pretty.

About a year and half ago this company replaced the windshield on my husband's rav4. We thought they did a great job at that time. But this past weekend, we heard some noise coming from the rear view mirror. My husband later found out that the plastic around the mirror was loose, because the tabs were broken. No one else has ever touched this area, except the technician from this company. Maybe they didn't notice it, but it's very disappointing that they didn't tell us at that time. We have moved out of the Austin area, so it's not practical to ask them to fix it. read more

Super responsive with competitive pricing. Came to our house to replace the windshield for our Lexus NX.
