What a great experience all around! We have a very unique electric shuttle that needed a side panel glass and front windshield replaced. We had already ordered the glass from the manufacture but none of the main stream national glass chains would even consider installing, and we had a few pretty negative calls before we reached out to IAG. Independent sent out Oswaldo, and he was awesome and had zero issues installing both glass panels for us and was so kind. I had a great time talking cars and glass with him as he installed both panels. Customer service when booking was 5 starts, the install was 5 stars, and the whole experience was 5 stars. Steer clear this business. I had use this company several times to fix windshields for various work vehicles. They came out today to repair a windshield for me when the gentleman called me to tell me it was finished. I offered to pay him over the phone with a credit card, he told me I had to be there in person. I was an hour away and told him that if his office could call me or he could send a payment link or I even offered to give him a card over the phone he declined and said he was going to take the windshield back and did What kind of psychotic business is?! This is the 21st century I don't know of any service business that won't accept payment without having to be in person. There are plenty of safe measures that protect the business and the consumer to where people don't have to be there in person. This is an archaic practice and goes to show that these people, trust their customers which should tell you something about them, they're shady! Use someone else. I will be filing a complaint against their business with the Travis County District attorneys office as they are unethical and unreasonable. read more

Im not from Austin and am a student who's been here maybe a month. I had a rock crack my windshield pretty bad and after looking around this place was the best price. Not enough great things to say about Oswaldo and his service! Even when his schedule got set back, he still came out to my home at around sunset to change my windshield with the most positive attitude. I can imagine he'd been in traffic for a while which would probably be frustrating, but you would never know based on how friendly he was during the whole experience. He even talked us through the process since we were curious. The whole service took less than an hour or so. We called Independent after the company our insurance recommended couldn't fit us in for over a week. I spoke with Walter on the phone who was able to schedule an appointment for us the next afternoon, and Oswald came out the next afternoon to replace my windshield. I was visiting Austin for the weekend and while my car was parked downtown in the night, someone jumped into my windshield and vandalized my car.
