Be ready to wait for few mins though as he is busy on phone sometime with other customers. He provided us both repair and replacement cost and gave us pros and cons of both. Didn't force to go for replacement, like some shops do. The repairs itself was very quick, took around 10 mins, it was done by Jason. He explained the process very calmly and answered all of our questions. The owner trusted his guys with repair and only came to see afterwards. Windshield replacement gets complicated and expensive when ADAS machine vision camera module is involved. Vision has to be re-calibrated after windshield replacement. Several windshield replacement services either didn't know about this calibration, or dismissed it as unnecessary. Nope. Wrong. These folks at Auto Glass Solutions did a good job for me for less $$ than a big company. I spoke directly with the owner and technician, who explained the ADAS calibration. Good folks. I'm sure many of us these days are keeping all windshield repair places busy with the amazing (eye roll) construction job on Mopac. I had previously used Auto Glass solutions maybe a decade ago, so we called them again. They were swamped that day on their mobile service, but they said we can help you if you come into the shop. No problem! My husband had two newly acquired tiny rock chips and wanted to get it handled ASAP. He was greeted by a gentleman when he drove up. The guy hopped in the vehicle and inspected both places with a flashlight. He told my husband "yeah, we could fix those, but they aren't the kind that will get bigger. Are they necessarily bothering you?" My husband told him no. He said there was no need to worry about it. My husband thanked him for his service and opinion and said "what do I owe you?"... the man said "no charge". My husband tried to offer him a tip, he refused it. We were impressed with the integrity of this company! I tend to believe most folks looking to make a buck would have been like "yep, we're gonna need to fix those". Nice people still, after a decade of not needing their services. Looks like they're clearly treating people fairly or they would not have lasted. Give them a whistle! They fixed my windshield a decade ago and helped my husband recently. Big fans of this company! read more

I have two cars with chips on the windshield. The one on my truck looked like it was going to try to get bigger. The one on our van was new. I reached out to Safelite because they've done the windshield before (not a super great job, unclear why I started with them). Their quote was ridiculous. My auto shop recommended a place, but it's in Georgetown and they don't do mobile. Bill J told me about Auto Glass Solutions. I called and spoke with Mark. They do have a mobile service, and it was barely more to have them come to the house than it would be to drive to them for both chips. I texted with Mark a few times to work out the details. David was at the house the next morning (they could have come the day I called, but that wasn't necessary). He texted and called while he was on the way, which I really appreciate. He talked to me about both of the chips. The knick on my truck windshield had been previously fixed and was going to present a challenge to fix. Fortunately his concerns about it getting further compromised during repair didn't happen. We'll see how long the repair holds. David felt fairly good about what he was able to do. The technician, David, was meticulous and thorough in replacing my smashed passenger front window and explained every thing he did and what to expect. Windshield had a combination chip that grew after the freeze. Had to to replace the entire windshield on my 2019 Toyota RAV4. Very happy with the overall experience. I'm still astonished at how quickly and easily Auto Glass Solutions was able to take care of me. I left the house yesterday afternoon and discovered the quarter glass on one of my passenger windows was completely smashed. I requested quotes from several auto glass companies that evening, and Mark from Auto Glass Solutions was the first to respond at 7AM today. We texted and spoke on the phone briefly, and he confirmed they had the glass in stock and could send out a technician between 1-5PM. Like clockwork, Chris arrived shortly after 1. We chatted for a few minutes as he assessed the damage before getting to work. I'd hardly had the chance to go back up to my apartment before he'd finished the replacement and called me right back down. The glass looked good as new; in fact, I need a car wash now to get the rest of the windows looking equally shiny and fresh. Chris also noticed that my rear-view mirror was sitting on the floor of the car. I explained it fell off years ago and I've had another auto shop try re-attaching it twice, only for it to keep falling off to the point where I just gave up. He asked if I'd like him to try re-attaching it again, and I said I'd be thrilled. Fingers crossed third time's the charm. I really can't thank Mark and Chris enough for their help with what could have been a much more stressful situation. Mark was extremely prompt in communicating with me, and the price he gave me was nearly half what the company my insurance recommended would have charged me (they also wouldn't have come out until the next week!). Chris was friendly and lightning-fast with the replacement. I especially appreciated him taking the time to ask questions about the situation and his proactivity in helping me with something above and beyond my glass. If you're looking for window glass replacement or repair, you don't need to look any further--this is the one. So professional and respectful. Had a small chip in my windshield, about penny size, that had been annoying me but I had checked at a larger chain and it looked like they'd possibly end up replacing my entire windshield, which is unnecessary as I don't have a fancy car or windshield. Great People and Great Service, for an OEM Part best price out there was given by these folks, their location easy to get to,, I was quoted a price and they stuck to it, no extra things found, I was told the time to install and it was completed way before that time, I waited a couple weeks before submitting a review to ensure nothing could/would go sideways, if it did we can deal with it, no sideways events, I waited the time they suggested to wash and clean and everything is just fine. The lack of communication really left a bad taste in my mouth. The woman at the front desk didn't leave a message when calling me and their Caller ID doesn't have the name of the business. I called 15 min before they closed to ask about my vehicle and was told "we called you" and when I asked if she left a voicemail or sent a text she replied "No." I had to rush over there during traffic to pick up my car before they closed. I had a great experience with Auto Glass Solutions. Mark replaced the front windshield on my Subaru Outback. He was having trouble getting the calibration on the Eyesight to work so he did not charge me for this service (even though his tech had to spend several hours trying to get it to work and he also had reached out to the calibration company.) He printed out all of the information on the code that was not going through and also made recommendations about how to get it fixed. He made sure that I understood that I should not let someone just clear the codes; that he could do that himself but it was important that they know which codes were not working so that the Eyesight was working properly. On a side note, while I was waiting for my Uber to pick me up after I dropped off my car, there was another woman waiting as well and she told me that she and her husband own a body shop and they always bring their cars to Mark. read more

Fast and excellent service turned my terrible day around! I found my passenger window shattered around noon on Monday--car had been burglarized, laptop stolen. Not fun! But Auto Glass Solution was able to see me immediately. When I arrived 30 minutes later, the replacement glass was on its way. Within an hour of waiting on a couch in the comfortable waiting area, I had a new window fully installed, and almost all of the glass pieces had been cleaned out of my car.
