These guys are fantastic. Had my car broken into resulting in a shattered right rear passenger power window on a Saturday, and these guys gave me a competitive quote to replace with great communication throughout the weekend. They showed up on time and fixed it within an hour. Hopefully I won't need glass service again but if I do I'll be using Castle. read more

If you need a replacement front windshield put in, this is by far the best value to product in Austin. I have a 96 Lexus Sc300, it need a new windshield. I called shop after shop, $290 - $350 I was quoted, they did it for $265 plus tax with no mobile fee. Marlon did a great job, the windshield is fresh, sealed tight, all the rubber houses and moldings fit like a glove. I assumed I needed factory moldings but after the install with the aftermarket moldings included, it looks great. By the way, $265 included the molding. Other places wanted to charge $25 on top. I gave Marlon a tip, very very happy the company came to my home. Fantastic service and product. read more

My 2023 F 250 got a cracked windshield at 10,000 miles....ugg. I only wanted an OEM replacement as some of the after market glass does not always fit as well. If you have a sort of not so common car. Like an older model or one that they don't make anymore and think " oh they won't have this windshield or window" You literally lose nothing by asking. Working in the industry has taught me that in these times parts are scarce. But this is of the few companies that I've reliably been able to use to find parts consistently and at very competitive prices. The reviews don't lie the response time really is super quick, Great customer service, very fair prices, in a quick response time 10 out of 10 would recommend. read more

The windshield of my SUV (Lexus RX 350) was cracked by a rock. The crack grew pretty fast, almost overnight due to temperature changes where the ac was hitting it. I needed to have the windshield replace as soon as possible and I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a quick turnaround. I contacted Castle Auto Glass the next morning and immediately got a response. It took about 5 minutes to set up my appointment for that afternoon. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and gave lots of interesting, important and helpful information. It took them about 30/40 minutes to replace the windshield. Communication was clear and fast. Customer service was superb and great pricing! I definitely recommend castle Auto Glass. These guys did a great job! Thank you read more

Our car had an accident with the windshield wiper hitting it "just so" and causing a horrible (but not too huge) multi-progged crack -- near the bottom on the passenger side. We held our breath for about a year, hoping it would not grow too much -- but in about a year one of the hairline cracks made a big swirl up and over, clearing 8 inches or more now, and we knew we need to get the windshield replaced. Our budget is very tight, and I am very thankful for all the good reviews on Castle Auto, allowing me to feel I could trust them even though they quoted a price we could actually swing. The two other companies that are considered 'the best' by many both quoted well over $125 MORE than Castle Auto, and the estimate included their coming to our home to do it. They were FAST in that we had to wait only two days before they came out (and we were not even available the day before that), and they arrived very close to the time they gave us to expect. (We were floored and duly impressed with their timeliness. So many who have done different repairs on our home have been so "regularly" late by hours, days and even weeks. But no. They showed up. The two men were very professional and had interesting tools and equipment and I enjoyed hanging out and watching the operation. It was impressive. It took them only about an hour and we had a windshield, all shiny and new, with our stickers moved very adeptly to our new windshield. We only had to remember not to get the car (or window) wet for at least 24 hours. The charge was EXACTLY as stated with no hidden fees and we are very happy with the work Renee and Ricardo did for us! A++ read more

Quick service, fair pricing. This team was able to fit me in the day after I called. Professional service.

I needed a 2022 jeep wrangler windshield. Those with keeps know how easily this chip and crack. Called around and Castle had a great price and even had an option for off brand or jeep branded windshield. I went with an off brand and saved some money. They came to my home the next business day. The windshield replacement took less than an hour. I was able to keep working from home and didn't miss a meeting. Everyone was very nice from the person answering the phone and scheduling to the repair man that came on site. I would absolutely recommend Castle, and I'm sure I will be using them again in the future. read more

The passenger window on my car was hit during the tornado that touched down one block away from the hotel in which I stayed. The same morning I discovered the damage, that window was replaced by Castle Auto Glass. During the replacement, two issues arose; it was not reconnected to the switch that rolls the window up/down and the rubber lining inside would not stay stationary when the window rolled down. As each issue was discovered, I called to have remedied, which were promptly attended to and fixed. I was impressed with this company's expeditious attention every time I needed them as well as their professionalism to treat the problems caused to my car. Each case was treated promptly, reasonably, and fairly; I was not charged for the additional service and part that had to be replaced. read more

Amazing all the way around and fast! I would use them anytime and reccomend them to anyone! Keep up the great work!

they did charge a reasonable price $240 however the glass is wavy and I can't tell how far the cars behind me are; after they replaced the rear glass with a cheap aftermarket, this is a safety issue because I cannot see the cars behind me clearly and I cannot get an accurate perception of the distance and how far they are, if they had given me the option to choose a low quality glass or a high-quality glass I would've definitely chosen a higher quality. read more

I called several auto glass places prior to finding Castle and they were all difficult to communicate and schedule with, most giving me an 8 hour time window 4-5 days out. Castle was incredibly easy to work with, was able to fit me in the following day, provided a 1 hour time window, and had competitive pricing. Their staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond - highly recommend! read more
