Had a back window replaced on my 2025 Santa Fe. Trim pieces were not put back on the car correctly. I took it to the dealership and they immediately pointed out the trim misalignment. Contacted Safelite and they returned 04/23/26 only to tell me that what they did was the best they could do. Tech was rude to my wife and now I have to pay to fix their sub par work. I scheduled a passenger-side rear sliding door glass replacement for my 2023 Honda Odyssey through your website, which confirmed compatibility and provided a price quote. I received both email and text confirmation. Since then: Technician 1 arrived with the wrong part. Technician 2 arrived the following day with the wrong part. Four days later, the same technician again brought the wrong part. I was told the correct part would be ordered within two days. I scheduled another appointment four days later. No one arrived. I have called multiple times with no answer. It has now been 15 days. My vehicle has been left disassembled with a crash wrap on the door, creating security, weather, and safety concerns. Everybody was friendly but during the install the tech bent the hood, and it wouldn't close properly. I scheduled a "warranty appointment" on-line and drove out to their shop the next day to get it fixed. Yesterday I went to wash the car and water was running down the inside of the windshield. So I tried scheduling a second "warranty appointment" but, apparently, you can only schedule the first warranty appointment on-line. After that - instead of giving you the available appointment times on-line - the website tells you to call the national number to report a problem. But the national number is 100% automated, says appointments can only be made on-line, and then hangs up on you. The only numbers available on-line are national numbers, so I cannot contact the local story directly. Apparently I have to drive there - 30 minutes each way - just to make an appointment. Do Not Trust This Safelite Location I took my car to this Safelite location per my insurance's recommendation. I waited over 3 hours for the repair, and when the tech handed me my keys, there was no mention of any issues. But when I got home, I noticed the windshield sealant was cracked. I tried calling them--no direct number, which tells you everything. After finally reaching someone, they said they'd order a replacement part. Weeks went by with no update. I called again, and they claimed it was still "on order." When I followed up yesterday, they suddenly blamed me for the damage. This location never disclosed the broken sealant, never followed through on their promise to fix it, and ultimately refused to take responsibility. Hello All, I have written many reviews about Safelite Autoglass their lack of responsibility for damaged caused during installation of a new windshield. Mind you the installation took place in March 2025. I have received phone calls and emails telling me that a member of Safelite management will review my account and will be contacting me. Quick in and out experience. Estimated time 2-3 hours for non-OEM windows. They are quite busy thus they get a lot of repetitions in replacing windows, making them good at it. It's what Geico send you to if you make a claim. Would not hesitate to use them again. read more

positives: -really easy to make an appt using their website -customer service if you call in is very friendly and helpful (I had to change my appt) -quick turnaround -plenty of location options, mine was only 10 minutes away -repair work was satisfactory -there was a decent amount of space to work while I was waiting for my car to be worked on  -technician that worked on my car was friendly and did a great job. You couldn't barely tell where the two chips were and he actually found a 3rd one and fixed it too negatives: -counter guy at the safelite in Round Rock must hate his job. Worst service I have ever experienced. Scheduled for a back glass replacement, I provided my car vin and model, and year and proceeded with an appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes I decided to get a uber and go home, right away I received a call from the store told me the glass they ordered for my car is wrong. They asked me to pickup my vehicle and reschedule me for a later date. And the second time I was in there I waited for 30 minutes in the store and they told me the same thing sorry the glass we ordered for your car was wrong and we had to reschedule you for later. They told me they would EMAIL me on the update but 2 months later today I received nothing. I have to call the store and they said to me sorry we cannot help you with your glass replacement. Got a confirmation text and email, so I took a day off work to get this done. A day before, I received a call that they don't repair any Tesla Model X. Great - next time change it on your webpage. I would give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment online on a Saturday for a Wednesday morning drop off before they opened. I got 3 text confirmations and 2 email confirmations (WITH a work order number) about my appointment. Dropped it off Wednesday morning and got a phone call when they opened asking when I made the appointment, because they didn't have any glass ordered for my car. We took off work, rearranged our schedules and went an hour out of our way to get my car there for absolutely nothing. When I picked up my car, there was no manager to speak to and safelite customer service I called is worthless. They said a representative would call me back in a couple days after reviewing my issue.
