Lucky me, I had an unexpected crack in my windshield just after the ice storm. I called around to a few places and got some quotes and found out quickly that my insurance deductible was $999 I found this local auto glass shop in Georgetown, called around 4:30 p.m. and was able to get a quote immediately. I got a quote for $400 for the windshield and a highly recommended $250 calibration fee for calibrating the glass and cameras. Much better than $1,000. They were able to get me in the next day, I just dropped my car off that morning and was able to pick it up around 4:30 p.m.. They really went above and beyond to get me in quickly due to my trip out of town the next day. I also like that they communicate via text, super convenient. They did offer to come to me for $50 more but I was able to make the car drop off work for my situation. I'm on day one with the windshield, So far so good. One thing to call out is that the business sign is easy to miss if you've never been there before. So of course, I passed it and had to do a u-turn. It IS a drive to see these folks BUT the service and price are worth it. They answered their phone when I called, immediately assessed my damage and fit me in quickly to get my damage fixed. It took under 10 minutes to repair the chip. The staff was friendly and courteous. I can hardly tell where the damage is and I no longer have a chip obstructing my vision through my windshield. And the best part was these folks were substantially less expensive than other shops around Austin. If I could give more stars I would. I called when my driver window stopped responding to the switch. I stopped mid way on a Saturday morning. I called first, Nica was extremely helpful with the questions they asked to understand and target the issue, which seems common in the type of car I have and they see often. The technician came to my house to replace two windshields. He discovered one was damaged and had a replacement brought out. The one they did replace needed to be calibrated in the shop, so the delivery tech took that vehicle back, got it calibrated and brought the vehicle back, while the other technician replaced the second windshield. That saved me a trip and there was no extra charge for taking & returning the vehicle. I just paid for the calibration, which I would have done anyway. Great service! read more

Fast, easy, and simple! I was going out of town and had a huge probably 6 inch crack in my windshield. Safelite couldn't touch it until about 3 weeks later so I decided to try Atlas Auto Glass. My first positive was that when I called I actually spoke to a real live human and not an automated system. I explained that I needed a new windshield glass put in ASAP and she worked me in the very next day. I also gave her my insurance information and they handled everything and with my deductible (w/ Geico) I ended up paying $100. The technician was on time within his window of arrival and the entire replacement took less than 20 minutes. My vehicle too has the windshield display for speed/radio/etc and also lane assist. All of my features are working perfectly since the installation. I highly recommend them (and especially Sevara who scheduled me). And when I said it would be impossible for me to bring the car in to them, they picked it up at our house, fixed it and brought it back to us. Other companies were harder to communicate with and inflexible about timing.
