I've dealt with some pretty scummy people when it comes to issues with my car. However, these guys are awesome! I don't like talking in the phone with people so the fact that I had the option to text and got all the information I needed through text was awesome! I also talked to multiple people about replacing my windshield and I got a better rate through Tovar. Not only was the rate better but they did a great job and even during the process I had questions and they were answered in a nice way (sometimes people are mean). The guy was so nice and with my car being so old it has rusting around the windshield which voids the warrant but the guys said if there's a problem to let him know and he'll try to help me out which is awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My window got smashed while I was out hiking on the Greenbelt and everywhere else I called quoted me upwards of $200, safelite even quoted me $325 BEFORE tax! But these guys came out the very next day to my house and replaced my window for $150 total! And now my window works just like before. Took them all of about 30 minutes to do so as well and when I thought my window wasn't working they offered to come back out and take a look at it, but the window actually was working, think it might've just been stuck from not moving it for a few days, and when I called them back and told them it was working they still offered to come by and look at it again. He even arrived an hour earlier than scheduled! Thats customer service! He was very professional and very prompt in responding back.. I didnt have to wait 45 minutes or longer for a reply. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Beat the price of evewhere else I called by at least $50. A week after the installation we thought we were having trouble with the window and called. They offered to come out right away to check on the window at no charge. We realized it was user error and didn't end up needing the extra help.
