By 11:30, I began to become concerned as to whether they were coming. No replies to texts or calls. After a second call, he told me that he was redoing his last repair and he'd be leaving there in 20-30 minutes and said that repair was not the one in New Braunfels. At this point, I cancelled. I called around to a…read morefew places and got some quotes and found out quickly that my insurance deductible was $999 I found this local auto glass shop in Georgetown, called around 4:30 p.m. and was able to get a quote immediately. I got a quote for $400 for the windshield and a highly recommended $250 calibration fee for calibrating the glass and cameras. Much better than $1,000. They were able to get me in the next day, I just dropped my car off that morning and was able to pick it up around 4:30 p.m.. They really went above and beyond to get me in quickly due to my trip out of town the next day. I also like that they communicate via text, super convenient. They did offer to come to me for $50 more but I was able to make the car drop off work for my situation. I'm on day one with the windshield, So far so good. One thing to call out is that the business sign is easy to miss if you've never been there before. So of course, I passed it and had to do a u-turn.
