This guy is a total SCAM!!! We get to the shop and the guy doesn't work there and is no where to be found. Asking the employees it seems he just comes there. Tells me to leave the car on a sketchy garage with no receipt, no document and with someone else that works there. I call David and he says that is "very normal". I told him I don't feel comfortable leaving my car without papers or receipts, and he says that I can just take the car and leave. 10 "really good" reviews on Yelp. I am sure these are all cousins. Of the 3 quotes Promising was right in the middle, not the lowest or the highest. I inquired on a Tuesday mid morning although they had one appointment that afternoon I opted for an appointment on Friday afternoon that same week. The morning of my appointment I received a text to confirm my appointment, always appreciate the reminder. My husband actually dropped off and picked up the car but said it was quick and easy, everyone he interacted with was polite. The replacement windshield was installed and calibrated in under two hours and the invoice was sent to my phone where I was able to easily pay it via square.
