Hello Updating My Review from Google Map Again…read more I am so disappointed about the install. The windshield installed had a chipped edge, surface scratches all over, and during the install they made zero effort to cover the interior of my car so had shattered glass all over the inside. The guy tried to vacuum it with a shop vac, but there's so much glass. It's inside of my vent on top of my stereo screen on the floor of my car. What's even crazier is when I voiced a concern about this is he told me this is how he's been doing it for 10 years and no other customers complained about glass shards all over their car. I find this incredibly hard to believe. I don't know anyone who likes glass shards in the car. Then he told me that I get what I pay for because I was trying to pay a lower price, I was going to get a lower quality job. I have never heard of such a crazy thing! Anybody who has a job should be trying to do their best at their job every day. Even if you were getting paid zero dollars, you should still do your best work. Always! I appreciate the installer being willing to warranty the glass and put in a new one, but due to the mess the first time there's no way I'm going to let him touch my car again. So I called around to a corporate company to quote a new windshield and I found out that their prices are less. So really the whole idea that you get what you pay for is complete nonsense. This guy is charging more than the corporate guys and doing a worse job. I learned my lesson this time. ***Update: when the new company out came to remove this dinged up windshield, they discovered that Azaz used some abnormally thick glue to bond the windshield and there were giant globs of it along the inside hood of the car. Their tools broke trying to cut through the crazy adhesive. PS in case anyone else wants to avoid this experience ASK before the install to cover your car! If you have glass shards inside the car use the car goop to clean it. Change your air filter so you don't breathe in glass shards!!

Within 2 hours, the tech arrived at my door and knocked out the crack fill and repair. In no time, the crack was nearly gone. It's been almost a year now and it hasn't spread out even the slightest. Be ready to wait for few mins though as he is busy on phone sometime with other customers. He provided us both repair and replacement cost and gave us pros and cons of both. Didn't force to go for replacement, like some shops do. The repairs itself was very quick, took around 10 mins, it was done by Jason. He explained the process very calmly and answered all of our questions. The owner trusted his guys with repair and only came to see afterwards. My husband thanked him for his service and opinion and said "what do I owe you?"... the man said "no charge". My husband tried to offer him a tip, he refused it. We were impressed with the integrity of this company! I tend to believe most folks looking to make a buck would have been like "yep, we're gonna need to fix those". AGS changed the windshield on my car and gave back the keys saying they couldn't calibrate the camera. I was given a vendor name (not affiliated to AGS) and was told that I am welcome to go and see if they can fix it. No word on refund or the possible risks like this before they proceeded with job. The trouble of driving the car on road with all warnings as the safety features are working is for the owner. I definitely wont recommend them for cars with advanced safety features. Had they informed me, my choice definitely would have been Safelite or the dealer. The money got wasted and AGS is not refunding anything. Such bad customer service wasn't expected after reading yelp reviews.
