Had a premium interior detail and they showed up on time and spent a good while cleaning out my car. Unfortunately they did a very poor job and completely skipped cleaning certain areas. I'm not sure if they were trying to take advantage of my trust, or if they just don't do it very well, but I'd steer clear and look elsewhere if you're looking for any sort of interior detail work. I had thought the price was going to be worth it, and if they had done a really good job and paid attention to details and not skipped over entire areas, I think it would have been worth the price. read more

I bought a used car during this crazy market and I'm pretty sure the original owner might have never showered, because the car had a funky smell that would not go away, even with an ozone generator. Pablo and his partner did an amazing job with the detailing - on top of the convenience they also removed the seats of my Subaru and did thankfully not tell me what they found, but just left the car smelling like absolutely nothing. Having recently relocated to Austin from Los Angeles, I was desperate for a good car wash and detailing. My car is 10 years old, but thanks to regular washing and detailing, and having been parked nightly in my garage in LA, it's in great condition. But after being parked in my daughter's driveway under a heritage oak tree, it was sorely in need of some TLC. I was surprised at the limited number of car washes around town and decided that I'd try my luck with a mobile service. After leaving messages with 3 other places who had great ratings on Yelp, none of whom ever called me back, I called World Class Mobile Detailing. Pablo answered the phone immediately and provided me with a ballpark estimate since he hadn't seen the car yet, but I felt it was a fair price and we scheduled an appointment for 9AM the following day. That morning, Pablo texted me at 8:45AM to say he was on his way, and arrived 10 minutes later. Once seeing my car covered in sticky tree droppings from the oak tree, Pablo informed me that the cost to detail would be slightly higher than his original estimate. That was still fine with me and still very reasonable. Pablo and his partner, Bree, set to work non-stop for 2-1/2 hours. My Kia Soul now literally looks brand new, inside and out. I could not be more pleased and plan to use Pablo and Bree at least monthly. Next time, I'll also opt for the clay wax to further protect it from sticky tree droppings. While I love the plentiful trees in Austin, I also enjoy having a clean car. So happy I found these folks! read more

I had asked for clay bar treatment and exterior detailing. during the detailing, he called back and told me that the clay bar treatment wasn't worth it for my type of paint. "My paint is old". We had a beer cheese dip spill in the front passenger seat of our vehicle. Pablo was extremely attentive from the start. He answered all of my questions and provided me with different options with fair quotes. Pablo arrived and completed the job within the quoted time. He did such a good job that you cannot even tell that the spill occurred. We originally discussed an ozone treatment to help with the odor but after he arrived, he said that we did not need it. As a Mother's Day gift had Pablo and his wife come out, and they were brilliant. Shampooed the back seat at least six times over until the stains came out and refused to leave it unfinished, even when I said I understood that perfection isn't possible. I chose World Class because they offered a price range depending on what I wanted done to my car and because I didn't want to wait at the car wash. They came the same day I called. They asked for a precise explanation of what I wanted done and undone. I didn't require a super-detailed job and only needed the trunk shampooed (not the whole car shampoo). It is nice to be able to request specific things. Surprise!: After they finished, it looked *better* than when I got it from the dealer! They did the liner, every little nook and cranny in the door handles, the AC vents, etc. It looked brand new; and this is a car that hadn't been cleaned at all for a year. If you are worried about your driveway or yard, there was no evidence of the cleaning; no trash or soap bubbles. I will use them again for sure! read more
