This is a lie. What you mentioned "over and over" again was that professional auto body shops rip people off and that you could do the work. You also "guaranteed" satisfaction. But when I requested money back, I was laughed at. What you made were material misrepresentations to get work. The attached photo reflects the work done by Mr. Paul Jace--the apparent owner of Dent Medics--and his partner.As you can see, the quality of the paint job on the rear door--which was the door worked on by Dent Medics--is quite different from the door on the left, which reflects the original factory paint and was not touched by Dent Medics. These folks will try to tell you that the differences you observe are because of the wax applied to the repaired area and that it will look clean and consistent when washed off. This is false. To anyone reading this, if you need anything beyond a superficial dent or scratch repaired, file a claim and go to a professional auto body shop that will provide a written contract and warranty. I visited a legitimate auto body shop to get an estimate for the cost of repairing Dent Medics' shoddy work. The estimate is $2200. Also, to give you additional flavor for the type of people you're dealing with at Dent Medics, Mr. Jace posted a negative review of my business on yelp in retaliation for exposing his practices. read more

Dents suck, especially when they happen in a large grocery store parking lot. Not only did this dent look bad but it was causing my front drivers side panel and the front door panel to hit. Now everytime I had to open the door, the two panels would collide and make a loud and annoying sound. Super frustrated and annoyed, I got in touch with Paul at Dent Medics. A lot of other companies wanted $200-300 more to fix the issue. The cost of repair was very reasonable and the work performed was stellar. Paul carried Honda paint and touched up parts of the door. The paint was an exact match. And no more colliding of mental panels when I open the front door.
