From the very beginning, they treated me like a person instead of just another insurance claim or dumb girl walking into a car shop. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

I'm so glad I went! When I pulled in, he told me to pull in front of the garage and his older man comes out and just starts working on my car! I didn't even send them any photos or anything! They fixed it for free! Zero dollars! Who does that! I tried to give them a good tip and they wouldn't even accept it. These are the people that deserve it most! They just genuinely wanted to help. They will have all of my business and all my family's business moving forward! Plus, besides losing all that money I don't have to worry about sending in my car for over a week! Took them about seven minutes! I'm wildly grateful! They made my week!

I brought in my 2024 vehicle, less than six months old, to repair a minor scratch on a panel. Instead of fixing the issue, they caused more damage. Residue was left on parts of the car that weren't even involved in the repair, and they managed to scratch my window and door panel. The paint job was poorly done, and two independent body shops have confirmed the low quality of their work. Despite this, Austin Impact Body Center has been completely uncooperative. When I tried addressing these issues with the manager and owner, things took a turn for the worse. I have recordings of the manager yelling at me when I simply asked for a copy of their so-called "one-year policy." Not only did they talk down to me, but they also tried to blame me for needing to fix the repairs again, despite their workers failing to do the job properly the first time--or even the second time I brought the car in! I even pointed out all the damages and poor work by marking them in yellow, which they documented, yet they still failed to correct their mistakes. It has been over a month now, and they continue to ignore my calls. I will unfortunately have to take this to court to cover the cost of fixing my car and the time I've wasted dealing with this. I cannot express how disappointing this experience has been. Please avoid this shop if you value your vehicle and your sanity.

My vehicle sat at the shop for three weeks without anyone working on it, and no one kept me informed about the status. I constantly had to follow up myself. Before bringing my car here, I had two independent shops inspect it, and both concluded that the damage was related to the accident. My insurance company directed me to this shop because it was part of their DRP (Direct Repair Program) network. When I explained the issue to the service advisor, his response was, "This is a body shop, not a mechanic shop." Despite that, State Farm later informed me that my mechanical damage claim was denied because this shop reported that the damage was not accident-related. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone to carefully research where they take their vehicle. Just because a shop is in an insurance company's network doesn't necessarily mean it is looking out for your best interests. If you have the option, consider getting an independent opinion before relying solely on a DRP shop's assessment. I was disappointed with the lack of communication, the lengthy delay, and how my concerns were handled. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

I even sent him the paint code that is found on the door. Still, he found a way not to get the exact color. You can also tell that the clearcoat/paint is not in good condition after one week of having it done. There are excuses about sun damages online, but I had someone recently do the back bumper and it looks exactly like the color the vehicle has. He chose to ignore me when I had told him about the issue two weeks after it got done, even avoiding to give me a receipt. I would not recommend him for anyone, he cannot paint to save a life .
