Don't waste your money. Substandard work and no accountability.

Humans have somehow turned returning calls into a specialized skill. Jonathan apparently missed that memo. He spent a significant amount of time carefully working a sharp door ding out of my black Chevy Silverado. Anyone who owns a black vehicle knows that black paint shows everything, and this dent was in a spot that caught my eye every time I walked up to the truck. Jonathan was meticulous, professional, and clearly takes pride in his craft. He didn't rush the job, explained what he was doing, and the final result exceeded my expectations. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about BMWs. He came fully equipped, got straight to work, and took photos of each repair as he completed them, which I really appreciated. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond. He fixed an additional warped spot on my door that I had not even planned on addressing and buffed out an area where I had previously used touch up paint. The results were outstanding. They did cover the cost out of pocket for the rental after the 30 day rental coverage was up. And i was venmoed 20 for a car wash. I received the car back with the interior roof covered in black smudges, the passenger side sun visor missing a screw so no longer able to use as its hanging from the latch part, and the driver window stutters when rolling up and down.

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Their first and second offers were far lower than ABW's estimate, and I was a wreck about proceeding with a repair without them agreeing to the correct figure in advance. Not only did ABW flawlessly fix my car, they handled everything with the other insurance company behind the scenes and I walked out the door without lifting a finger. I was shocked and deeply grateful. They made what I was turning into a very stressful situation easy.
