I've never been this impressed with this sort of stuff before but that's because I've never come across some as downright thorough as this gentleman. To top it off he's reasonably priced and does the work in a very timely fashion according to the level of damage he's having to fix. I had people tell me it would be impossible to fix the hole in my bumper without painting the entire front end of my vehicle claiming that the paint wouldn't blend or look good if they didn't do all that work which would have cost a couple thousand , low and behold Touch Up Masters did it no problem-- you can't even tell where the work was done and the paint was blended. Im so glad I had patience and found this shop because I was losing hope I'd ever fix this issue for a reasonable price. I knew someone out there could do it and not try and rip me off so I kept searching and researching reviews. I'm grateful in more than one way for the outstanding job and integrity of the owner at Touch Up Masters. He kept his word was done when he said he would be charged me a fair price, I couldn't have asked for a better all around experience. I picked it up July 21st and everything initially looked great. One week later, the repaired door became noticeably duller than the rest of the truck. I contacted 360 and brought it back on August 5th. They refinished the door, but the exact same issue returned 11 days later. I contacted the owner, Frank, and brought it back a third time. I picked it up August 29th. Shortly afterward, the driver-side door began getting stuck and would not open normally. On September 19th, I had the same issue again and could clearly see that the interior door was damaged and the pins were not lining up properly with the door frame, creating a crack. I contacted Frank, but received no response, so I went to the shop personally. Frank insisted they never removed the interior door panel and refused to take responsibility for the damage. When I asked why my brand-new truck had never experienced these problems before their work, his response was, "Maybe because it's a work truck?" It is not a work truck; it is my personal vehicle. When I expressed my disappointment, Frank became hostile, repeatedly cursed at me, and told me to " F*** you, get the f*** off the property." As I was leaving, he followed me out of the parking lot in a black Chevrolet truck. After paying $1,900 and making multiple trips back to the shop, I expected the work to be done correctly and the business to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 360 Auto Group. If you use them, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and documenting everything before leaving the property.

They didn't try to quote me some ridiculous price for something that turned out to be basically no work. For the small bits of paint that were taken off, they suggested I simply buy touch-up paint and do the job myself. I'll certainly be back if I need further body work done in the future.

Pickup dates were communicated and missed without proactive notice, and I was often told updates were "sent" when nothing was received. My email address was misspelled, which I had to catch and correct myself after not receiving updates or photos. Front desk staff did not proactively notify me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. When asked why no call was made, I was told they were "too busy" and that it "depends on the day." This response showed a lack of customer priority and accountability. The most concerning issue was conflicting information about diagnosis and BMW involvement. At one point, I was told there was no confirmed BMW appointment, and later received a message stating the vehicle was fully programmed and calibrated without dealership involvement. These inconsistencies made it difficult to trust the information provided and left me without a clear timeline. Additionally, the repair was not properly closed in the Carwise system after pickup, which prevented me from leaving a Carwise review and they don't want me leave a review on Carwise with my experience so here I am writing my review Based on this experience, I question how consistently customer experiences are reflected in Carwise reviews. If you use this shop, document everything and expect to follow up repeatedly. I cannot recommend this facility if you value proactive communication, accountability, or transparency.

Drove and saw him for a free estimate which he got to me that evening. I asked him when I was at his shop doing the estimate about how long he thought it would take. He said a week or less. I told him I wanted to be in San Antonio on the following Wednesday. He informed me he would have space for me the next day, Thursday. I checked the estimate and brought the car back to him on Thursday after work. Matt was waiting for me. He was communicative, prompt, affable, funny and smart. I could tell from the minute I started talking with him I liked him. On his day off, Sunday, he called me and told me that he thought he could definitely make that happen and he did. Mind you he just had a baby girl so sleep was abviously an issue. He delivered and he delivered more than what he assured me that he would do and promised that he would do. The work that I received coupled with the transparency and honesty that he gave me regarding what I thought was possibly a bent axle or hub which was actually only a control arm which he diagnosed replaced and fixed when he could have told me it was more. Fixing the wheel and then color matching my very detailed Pearl paint. Wow! When I was picking up my car, I walked into his office and told him it looked better than when I bought it. Matt told me he does things like he would do them for himself. I'm the same way and respected the hell out of that.
