I brought it in for a repair estimate, but the tech instead spent a few minutes (in the blazing sun) and was able to get it all reconnected. I tried to pay, he told me not to worry about it. He did say that the clips are now weak and if it keeps detaching and I need a replacement, I'd be looking at about $1800. I thought that was a little high, but looking it up, it seems like there's extra labor for things like recalibrating the parking/collision sensors.

I would never recommend Alfredo Collision to anyone…read more I brought my vehicle to this shop after a collision that affected the rear passenger-side wheel. The repair required replacing certain parts related to the suspension and wheel area. Unfortunately, my experience with this place was extremely frustrating from beginning to end. From the start, the woman working there who identifies herself as the Accounting Manager was rude, unprofessional, and very unhelpful. She behaved as if she owned the business, yet showed very little competence or willingness to resolve issues. I even asked to speak with the owner, Alfredo, and was given incorrect information about who the owner actually was. The biggest problem is that my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than before the repair. After picking it up, the car started making loud noises that it never had before. This makes me seriously question the quality of the work performed. It also explains why they never wanted to provide any warranty for their labor. In addition, the shop kept my vehicle longer than expected and still attempted to charge $50 per day in late fees, which I find completely unreasonable considering the delays and the condition in which my car was returned. At this point, I plan to have my vehicle independently inspected to verify the quality of the work performed. If the inspection confirms my concerns, I will take the appropriate legal action. It is very disappointing to see a business treat customers this way. I honestly believe the owner may not be aware of how poorly this place is being managed and how much damage this type of behavior is doing to the reputation of the shop. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this place look elsewhere for repairs.

Two years ago, they replaced the bumper on my Toyota Corolla. That bumper recently detached entirely during a road trip. When I asked them to cover the repair, they declined, citing the two-year gap. A separate auto body shop that inspected the damage confirmed the failure was due to the use of aftermarket parts, despite the fact that I was billed for dealership-grade parts. When I raised this, I was told the failure must have resulted from other body work done on my car in the interim, calling me a liar. There is no record of any such work. The only service on my vehicle since has been routine inspections. Monica Guerra and her staff have been dishonest throughout this process, and I'm deeply disappointed in how they've handled it. $2000 to fix their mistake.

Between staff not being able to even find my car the first week it was there, the utter disregard for communicating with you WITHOUT you having to contact them even though they say they'll give you TWICE A WEEK UPDATES, having my car for OVER A MONTH for what they said were minor fixes, and my car having to go back to be fixed properly, I have been left severely frustrated and upset. After getting estimates from a few different body shops, I ended up going with Nova Body Shop and…read moreI'm really glad I did. From the very beginning, they treated me like a person instead of just another insurance claim or dumb girl walking into a car shop. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.
