One dealership even transferred me to a dead line when I tried to verify what Danny had told me. Turns out, some of them are using lesser-quality oil than what's actually recommended in the owner's manual--and they're the dealerships. This industry can be incredibly shady, but Danny gave me straight truth from the second I walked in. I showed up at 1:25 went inside waited while the young lady behind the desk finished up with a potential customer just to hear him say he would be back in an hour, she then got on a call with another customer finished that call then finally waited on me (if that's what you want to call it) I told her I was there for an inspection, she tells me she is eating her lunch and I will have to come back in an hour lol I said I called you earlier and you told me to come in at 1:30 so here I am! again she says to come back in an hour she is trying to eat her lunch! First and foremost she literally turned down two potential customers so she could eat her lunch at 1:30 in the afternoon , second if you are going to eat your lunch put a freaking sign on the door to tell your customers to come back in an hour, thirdly do not tell your customers to come at a certain time when you clearly are going to turn them away and lastly clean your place up its ghetto as hell, AND get a qualified receptionist that knows a bit about customer service.
