Adriel came out to work on my 1996 Rav 4. He came out very quickly and was honest from the very beginning about what all needed to be done. He worked around my schedule and came out at times that worked best for all involved. He was very honest about being able to compete the job I'd hired him to do but it would only create a bigger problem down the line and recommend we changeout the whole problem instead of just a part. Would 100% recommend him to anyone with any car needs. He comes prepared with everything needed in his top notch work truck. He works pretty quietly and quickly and efficiently. Adriel is the man! I have never met a more knowledgeable mechanic. He puts trust in his customers by ordering parts with a minimal deposit before showing up and you can 100% put your trust in him to correctly diagnose and find the correct solution. Not the fastest or the easiest solution but the correct solution. I had him replace 4 wheel bearings / hubs after an accident and he did the work quickly and at a great price. I also asked him to replace the brake compressor on my little Lexus and that's where Adriel's character really shined through. Rather than take the job, he found an internal Lexus memo online basically admitting that the part was not operating as intended / defective. He then gave me the name and number of someone at Austin Lexus to contact. He then told me the diagnostic trouble code to give to Lexus and the other information I needed before making the call. Adriel is an honest and hardworking guy who gets the work done correctly, quickly, and at a fair price, which is a hard combo to find. I've hired him about 10 times to do suspension, brakes, alternator and other diagnostic work on a variety of older 98-05 Lexus and Acura cars and all the work has been good. He installs parts I source which helps with cost as well. Lucky is super responsive through yelp app and through text messages. He was able to come out initially to do diagnostic for half of what mechanics and dealers would charge. I scheduled for him to come back out on 7/29/20, to do my oil change and changed both front and rear brake pads. He gives you a choice to buy your own parts or he can. I opted to buy my own parts. He even asked to send screenshots of the parts before you buy to confirm it's the correct item for your car. All in all, I spent like $250 for a synthetic oil change, replacement of front and rear brake pads, which IMO, is a steal! And great thing is that he comes out to you so you can wait in the comfort of your own home. read more

Had the option to have him bring the parts or get them myself. Gave me a quote and a time that he would be at my house - I agreed and he came out when he said he would and replaced the alternator and belt for literally less than half of what PepBoys wanted. I am lucky to have met Lucky. I had a radiator that developed a catastrophic leak and I could not drive this car in fear of damaging the engine. A local friend recommended Lucky and told me that he is a mobile mechanic who'll come to you. I am relatively new to this area and didn't know anyone I could trust, so I took a chance and called Lucky. His schedule was booked out for the week, but he made time for me. After a long day where he had been working on rebuilding an engine and then taking care of two other customers, Lucky showed up at my place at around 8:00 PM and quickly diagnosed my problem. He then worked until almost 11:00 PM and fixed my car. He replaced my radiator, educated me on the finer points of my car, and was an all around awesome person to engage with. It was pleasing to see a young man who has integrity and an excellent work ethic. And he was completely reasonable in what he charged me for his services. I needed an alternator replaced on my '04 Tahoe and it was like watching a NASCAR pit crew member at work. I thought this would take hours and he did it in a matter of minutes with me standing there asking questions. Not only did he make the change, but he also checked for other signs of issues (tensioner, electrical fuses, etc.). I think what stands out most about Lucky is that his model is transparency. It's hard to know what you get sometimes with mechanical shops...but he prides himself on being an open book and hopes to restore people's faith in their mechanic and know exactly what they're receiving and why. My husband and I already had it diagnosed and knew it wasn't the alternator or battery as it was brand new.
