Austin, the gentleman who took care of me, was super welcoming and helpful, finding ways to save me money and thoroughly explaining in detail what was wrong with my car. He went over what was more important and of higher priority. Compared to the other places, which quoted me ridiculous prices before even looking at my car, ATL's approach was far more satisfactory. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Truck threw belt and blew radiator leaving with new engine installed. He said the belt was good…read more 430 miles later broke down, coolant coming out exhaust. Easy to tell since the exhaust has been falling off poorly installed. Head gasket blew in the truck, or worst case is hydrolock, not turning over properly soemtimes. A couple hoses shot off. Had nothing but problems, never ran right. It would get stuck turning over sometimes. Idle was super high at first, I adjusted it down. It surged in first at low speed, high idle was to cover this up perhaps? Went to shop, he had me waiting around all day, never looked at it, mentioned charging me more. He alleged I had a bad MAF, which I left w/o inspection and replaced after seeing him hustle for new clients and leaving me hanging. Still didn't run right. Surged when I hit the brakes in neutral, some mind of vacuum leak. He blamed me when I confronted him. I travel a lot and had a second car so just drove that amidst my flights, sold that car though. Now I've got work out of state and no wheels. Blaming my camper shell is pathetic for a poor engine install. Never sent my engine core back. I thought it was, when I didn't get claim check I found out. He said no problem doing that now acts like he did me a favor after not doing it for months. Also charged $150 more than $1100 at first. When he said it was ready the skid plate wasn't on or the hitch, I was boxed in by another car, I waited a couple hours while he talked to new clients, offering to buy their cars so he can flip them. He cares about money, not quality work. I want a refund. This is unacceptable. My truck is useless. He won't be responsible, and blames the customer. I will sue and post reviews everywhere I can. This guy is scum.

The check engine light came on and I lost all power. I limped into Silent Auto and left my Kia in Joel's capable hands. He was able to diagnose and convey in layman terms what was going on. Not only that when he had my cars guts on the ground he let me know some belts needed to be replaced and didn't charge me for the labor. I will never take my car back to the Kia dealership after working with Joel! On a side note, as the name suggests this shop is hearing impaired. I am not hearing impaired nor do I know ASL. That DID NOT stop either Joel or his partner from being able to communicate with me. These gentlemen are great and I will be recommending all my friends to them.

Two words: UNPROFESSIONAL and DECEITFUL…read more I truly don't know where to begin. I despise writing a poor review for a locally-owned business, but after months of being led-on and ignored, I am writing this in hopes of saving someone else's precious time. My husband was in a car wreck in October 2025. The person who rear-ended him has terrible insurance, so we decided to file a claim through our insurance, Allstate. Capital City Collision provided us a quote that our insurance did not agree with. An Allstate negotiator went back and forth with the shop. Part of the issue was my husband's truck had after-market parts that were damaged. Our Allstate negotiator, Elizabeth, called us to confirm that she was able to get funds approved by her manager and they reached an agreement on pricing with the shop. A check for $2,207.66 was sent to the shop to start ordering parts. According to Allstate, the shop cashed the check on January 20th. It is now March 19th and the shop still has yet to reach out. I have tried calling the shop multiple times in the last two months. Each time I call, they answer and hang-up immediately. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they are busy. I tried calling the shop today, and again, same situation: answer, then hang up. I thought to myself, "hmm... maybe they really are ignoring our calls?" So I waited 15 minutes and called back with a blocked number. What do you know... Catherine decided to pick up and answer this time! She kept me on hold for 9 minutes before taking me off hold and hanging up on me immediately. I called back, and a man answered. He transferred me up to Catherine, who kept me on hold for 4 minutes this time and hung up immediately. While I was on hold the second time, I received a text message saying they wouldn't do business with us. They ignored my text, asking when they planned on returning the check they cashed for $2,207.66. My husband and I have been trying to get his truck fixed since October 2025. It is now March 2026. I understand that our insurance was being difficult to work with... we were annoyed by Allstate, too! That being said, Capital City Collision could have rejected our business months ago, instead of stringing us along. Rather than sending this text message 5 months ago when this all started, they chose to dodge our calls and waste our time. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe their behavior. They were avoidant, deceptive, thieving, and rude.
