I wish negative stars was a thing! I hope to save others from our same fate. This shop had my brothers truck for a YEAR! It went in for transmission work, every time we called to check in there was a different excuse as to why it wasn't fixed. When I finally got involved two months ago the owner Robert kept giving me the run around, "health" problems, labor issues, etc. while I understand life happens never in my life have I seen a company do such terrible business. Last week my husband and I went to the shop and my brothers truck was blocked in a field by several other vehicles. Tuesday we went to get the truck after telling Robert to have it ready. Robert had the truck in a bay and blocked in by other vehicles; so we couldn't tow it if we wanted to. Robert asked for one more day. We told him one day. Today he called me this morning saying a part was broken. I told him to either fix it or have it in the driveway for a tow truck today. We literally picked it up and drove it to another shop. The truck drove worse than when we originally took it into A Plus Automative. There's no telling what this new shop will find. To make matters worse as we left and I followed my husband in my personal vehicle, an employee from A Plus started following us. Very creepy. STAY AWAY! place broke my driver door handle, because they don't have respect, have remainders of either seat materiaL OR Firewall insulation laying on passenger floor. Obviously after 2 weeks of sitting on the premise, something got inside. All the owner said, I don't know anything about the insulation of the floor board!!! Knew they broke the handle. Still didn't offer to replace it! Now this truck is not fancy or new, but it runs and works properly... Have photos for can't upload them here... read more

This place is great! My first time there and they drove me where I needed to wait while they worked on the car, picked me up when it was ready, and had it all done before the day was over. I even had time to get to the county office and get it registered. My old mechanic closed down, so this is my new place. read more

Had a engine problem with solenoids that control lifters, seven months later I had to threaten to pick up vehicle with a wrecker to get them to finish it. 1650 miles later vehicle started doing same thing. I don't have another 7 months to wait on warranty work, just will never do business with them again. read more

It all started September 9th when my vehicle was dropped off for a transmission issue. Robert and I touched base within a few days of the drop off and he quoted me $2800 to rebuild my f350 transmission . At which time he requested half down to start. During that phone call on a wed. He told me the truck would be done the following week on Friday. I called Friday around 3 to make sure I should proceed with getting a ride there. Robert said he hadn't had a chance to look at it yet but he would get everything out over the weekend and I'd be good to go on wed. Wed. Came and went.. I called on friday.. he got everything out but didnt have time to do anything with it. Stated it would be ready wed. Again. Another wed. Comes and he said that it's all back together but something wasnt right so he pulled the tranny and found the problem. Give him until Monday. At this point I call wed. To see whats going on. He said he fixed the 1st problem but had to pull the transmission again because a solenoid was faulty. This was 7 days ago. And yet again i was given a completion date of wed.. What Robert will now know if he reads his reviews is that I still never recieved my email quote for this repair. And 4 weeks after requesting a quote for my hydroboost i still haven't gotten it.. all after requesting my email address 3 different times when i was checking on my truck.. at this point, I have no personal vehicle.. and it's looking like that will continue being the case. If I could give zero stars I would.. NEVER PREPAY A SHOP. If this extends past yet another deadline I'll be forced to take alternative actions. read more
