From the moment I pulled into the shop, I am treated with respect, professionalism, and genuine care. I had my car serviced and new brakes put on, and WOW -- the difference is night and day! The work was done quickly, the prices were more than fair, and I left feeling 100% confident in my vehicle. What stood out the most was how honest and transparent they are -- no pushy sales tactics, just straightforward advice. Knowing I have a team I can count on gives me so much peace of mind. One experience that really stood out was when I was having issues with my A/C. They took the time to check everything out, and instead of charging me for a major repair, they recommended that I first see if my vehicle was still covered under the dealership's warranty because they knew it could save me a lot of money. That level of honesty is hard to find these days, and it showed me they truly care about doing what's right for their customers. They've also created one of the coolest waiting areas I've seen. Instead of just sitting around while your car is being serviced, you can relax and play arcade games, which makes the wait go by so much faster. Finding a mechanic you can trust isn't easy, but this team has earned my trust completely. They're honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that puts people before profit.

After hitting debris on I-35 and having a blown tire, I wanted to get my car looked over. I didn't trust the dealership for a variety of reasons, so I found a mechanic that could look over it. I went to Austin VeeDub and they guys here were super helpful. Mike showed me things that the dealership should have caught upon inspecting it, but didn't (I'll deal with them later). He fixed these and sent me on my way. I don't know much about cars, so I put my faith in others to do their job and tell me what my car needs. Mike didn't try to upsell me or do work that wasn't necessary. Thank you, Mike and Austin VeeDub, for restoring my faith in people who truly are looking out for us.
