I can't say enough great things about Rush Automotive. Andrew and Aaron went above and beyond to…read moremake sure everything was taken care of the right way. From the start, they were honest, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping, not just making a sale. Besides the genuine honesty, what really stood out to me is how they always look for ways to save you money while still delivering outstanding quality work. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. If you're looking for a shop you can trust that does excellent work at more than fair prices, I highly recommend Rush Automotive. Me and my family will definitely be coming back.

Walked in and was immediately met with a friendly face. I described the issue, and I was on my way out, no immediate costs or payment info provided. Shortly later, they sent details about the issue, including picture proof (and some helpful circles showing exactly where to look). Through text, I was able to confirm what I wanted done. They let me know the work was done, and picking it up was super simple. As someone who is far from a mechanic, the picture proof they provide helps greatly in trusting their consultation and service. I was quite busy at the time they were working on my car, and they ensured me that it was safe with them as I had to delay picking it up a few days. The process felt more informative and solution-focused, rather than pushy, unclear and like I was being sold to. Huge shoutout to Aaron Loveless here at the Bastrop location, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. His representation of Rush Automotive earned a recurring customer in myself. I'd highly recommend Aaron and Rush Automotive here in Bastrop.

We've only been in Bastrop for a short while but during this time we've needed to get tires fixed…read morethree times. All three times we went to Walmart Auto Care and all three times service was fast, friendly, efficient and professional. Today, I stopped in after having yet another low tire pressure warning. Gomez stepped out and checked out the tire immediately. He identified the issue, fixed it, refilled the tire and I was back on the road in no time. Texas roads can be brutal but especially around here with so much new construction, you're bound to hit a nail or a screw at some point. When you do, I recommend going to the Walmart Auto Care center. As a bonus, if you have a bit of a wait, you can get some shopping done or hit one of the restaurants right around the store.

A few weeks ago, my husband accidentally sent him $690 through Zelle without realizing it. Once he noticed the mistake, he contacted him and politely asked for the money to be returned, but he refused. He constantly ignores phone calls or pretends he cannot hear him. On top of that, his service is poor and he is very rude. I would never recommend someone who keeps money that does not belong to them. By the way stop removing our reviews 0/10

We used to go to the amazing Cedar Park location for servicing, but have moved in the area in the past year and it is more convenient here. I was at the location for over 3hours waiting for just an oil change and inspection per my service matience package scheduled for 1:30pm. A routine task that takes 15-30 minutes. After over an hour and half I asked if they had an update because I waiting patiently for a long time for a quick service for them to tell me all day they have been down a bay and behind. Why would you not tell me when I checked in or really any point while I'm waiting? They tell me I'm still in line and they haven't even seen/started my car yet! They go to check with the mechanics and they come back and say 40 More minutes after I have been stranded at the dealership for 2 hours at this point already. They say they can pull my car and I can reschedule. How does that help me? I'm out of all of this time for work unexpectedly already and then have to come back another day and hope it goes faster when I have had long wait times both times. There wasn't that many customers and tons of inside sales employees sitting around talking. The last time I waited for a long time too for the same service and they tried to get me to agree to add services on while I was waiting instead of just doing what I scheduled. At this point it will be better for my time and sanity to just drive back to Cedar Park for service rather than deal with Lost Pines Toyota.

Adam Layfield was an outstanding salesman--honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. No pressure, no games, just a smooth and transparent process. Daniel Ramirez in finance was equally amazing. He made everything clear and stress-free and took the time to explain all the details. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Adam Layfield for sales and Daniel Ramirez for financing. Both went above and beyond, and I can't say enough good things about them or the team at Lost Pines Toyota.
