It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Turns out, some of them are using lesser-quality oil than what's actually recommended in the owner's manual--and they're the dealerships. I showed up at 1:25 went inside waited while the young lady behind the desk finished up with a potential customer just to hear him say he would be back in an hour, she then got on a call with another customer finished that call then finally waited on me (if that's what you want to call it) I told her I was there for an inspection, she tells me she is eating her lunch and I will have to come back in an hour lol I said I called you earlier and you told me to come in at 1:30 so here I am! again she says to come back in an hour she is trying to eat her lunch! First and foremost she literally turned down two potential customers so she could eat her lunch at 1:30 in the afternoon , second if you are going to eat your lunch put a freaking sign on the door to tell your customers to come back in an hour, thirdly do not tell your customers to come at a certain time when you clearly are going to turn them away and lastly clean your place up its ghetto as hell, AND get a qualified receptionist that knows a bit about customer service.
