He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about BMWs. He came fully equipped, got straight to work, and took photos of each repair as he completed them, which I really appreciated. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond. He fixed an additional warped spot on my door that I had not even planned on addressing and buffed out an area where I had previously used touch up paint. The results were outstanding. I would not hesitate to hire him again and already plan to have him work on my wife's X5. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for paintless dent repair, stop searching and call Jonathan at Dents on Time…read more Jonathan came out the same day I contacted him, which is becoming a rare thing these days. Humans have somehow turned returning calls into a specialized skill. Jonathan apparently missed that memo. He spent a significant amount of time carefully working a sharp door ding out of my black Chevy Silverado. Anyone who owns a black vehicle knows that black paint shows everything, and this dent was in a spot that caught my eye every time I walked up to the truck. Jonathan was meticulous, professional, and clearly takes pride in his craft. He didn't rush the job, explained what he was doing, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The dent is completely gone, and the truck looks fantastic. Excellent communication, prompt service, fair pricing, and outstanding workmanship. I would not hesitate to use Dents on Time again and highly recommend Jonathan to anyone needing paintless dent repair. Thanks again, Jonathan. Great work.

The owner is honest, upfront, and reasonable, and there was never a point that I doubted his ability to care for my truck the same as if it were his own. If you have dings and dents, this is the guy. After a hail storm passed through the far west side of San Antonio, I found myself counting the dents in the two-month-old truck in my driveway. The hood, roof, and passenger side all suffered dime-sized dings from the 10-minute hail storm. I counted around 20 and quickly sought out a paintless dent repair expert to fix them. I submitted a request via Yelp and was contacted by a few companies that were body shops outsourcing hail damage repair in their shops. I wasn't impressed with the pictures or their negative reviews, so I continued my search and found Dent Free Image Mobile Paintless Dent Repair. I was impressed by the reviews and the associated photos, so I reached out and was called back to schedule an appointment. I met the owner, Peter, who was honest and likable from the moment I met him. He took his time conducting a quality assessment of my truck and noted all dings, which ended up totaling 60. I had my vehicle back in two business days, and it looked like there was never any hail damage. I don't have photographs from before and after, but I was present for the assessment and saw all the dings. I was amazed at how many there were! I took the same careful eye to assess the repair with Peter, and there wasn't a ding to be found. I am so grateful for Peter's honest and fair assessment; my 2025 truck looks just like when I bought it.

I located Hail Auto through yelp with its five-star rating. Salem, from Hail Auto, was at my house within an hour of my initial call to do a hail damage estimate. He explained the process, timelines, etc. I made an appointment for one week in the future. Salem said he would arrange a rental at Enterprise (a block from his shop) through Travelers, my carrier. When I checked in my car, Salem and I drove to Enterprise. The car was ready and he waited with me until I was in the driver's seat, which takes some time. I couldn't believe I was getting this kind of service. The car was ready in one week, exactly what Salem had projected. I drove to Enterprise to check in the rental, called Salem and he drove to Enterprise within minutes to give me my car. All payment activity had been completed with Travelers and I didn't have to do a thing! The car had been detailed after all repairs were completed! The whole process was amazing and I still have energy left to deal with a roofer contractor coming in two hours to assess my home repairs! When my nextdoor neighbor saw the car back in my driveway yesterday, his comment was "It looks like a new car". It does. I finally got awesome service from Hail Auto after so many burns from other estimators and service providers. Definitely 5-star!
