After a hail storm passed through the far west side of San Antonio, I found myself counting the dents in the two-month-old truck in my driveway. The hood, roof, and passenger side all suffered dime-sized dings from the 10-minute hail storm. I counted around 20 and quickly sought out a paintless dent repair expert to fix them. I submitted a request via Yelp and was contacted by a few companies that were body shops outsourcing hail damage repair in their shops. I located Hail Auto through yelp with its five-star rating. Salem, from Hail Auto, was at my house within an hour of my initial call to do a hail damage estimate. He explained the process, timelines, etc. I made an appointment for one week in the future. Salem said he would arrange a rental at Enterprise (a block from his shop) through Travelers, my carrier. When I checked in my car, Salem and I drove to Enterprise. The car was ready and he waited with me until I was in the driver's seat, which takes some time. I couldn't believe I was getting this kind of service. The car was ready in one week, exactly what Salem had projected. I drove to Enterprise to check in the rental, called Salem and he drove to Enterprise within minutes to give me my car. All payment activity had been completed with Travelers and I didn't have to do a thing! The car had been detailed after all repairs were completed! The whole process was amazing and I still have energy left to deal with a roofer contractor coming in two hours to assess my home repairs!
