Lucas at All Makes worked closely and continuously with us to ensure that we received eggggcellent service. He was also sensitive to the fact that we (rather than the insurance company) were paying for the repair. By focusing only on the damage that truly had to be repaired, we saved hundreds of dollars. Absolute crooks. They wrote out an estimate we both agreed to and I chose them to work in my truck. When they found out I had insurance to cover the vehicle they rose the price approximately $400 more and did not let us know of this change until the time of retrieval of my vehicle. They also kept stalling on the day they said they would be finished -Dec 14th- but kept pushing back to the next Friday, then the next, and it was barely ready today-January 4th. I would never use them again. We are fair people and were treated unfairly. read more

AVOID IF POSSIBLE!! I had a minor fender bender that required work to be fixed so my insurance company set me up with this place. It has been hell. First, the part that came in was damaged. Okay, I can understand a mishap during transit. It happens. Second, they reordered the same part, BUT it wasn't the same part. Apparently it was the wrong part. Third, they overnighted a new bumper so it can be replaced over Memorial Day weekend. However when my husband called, apparently the grill was the wrong part. They said that they will overnight another part and have it fixed tomorrow. HOWEVER, they just called and said that the other light on the non-accident side isn't working when I know it was.I wouldn't have driven my car at night over the month to save for the deductible if my was headlight wasn't working. They were more than happy to give us a quote on the repair though! Oh, thank god for that. So what was supposed to be a 4-5 day fix is now going on to a 15+ day fix. I am absolutely livid and highly recommend that you look elsewhere if you're needing to get a repair or quote. Oh yeah, before we even got the car into the shop, I believe Joe(?) was very rude and dismissive to my husband when we were getting a quote for our insurance provider. These guys were great! drove my car in to get a quote, i needed the lining replaced on my front bumper and clips to keep the damn thing on, they quickly quoted me a reasonable price (think), i brought it in the next morning, they dropped me off at school and they had it back to me by 2:00pm the same day so i could drive it to work! Their add says they give Texas State student discounts but I don't think I remembered to ask about it. Otherwise, they were nice, fast and my car isn't broken anymore. read more

Really great, helpful place. I took my car here to check out what I thought was an electrical problem with my brakes, turns out they do brake checks for free so they topped it off with some new fluid, told me I was good to go and told me to come back if I had a real problem. Unfortunately three days later I did! My car overheated late at night and the closest place I could tow it to was Goodyear, so I did. I had them do an estimate, they told me my water pump broke, snapped the belt around it and it ruined my thermostat. For a replacement of all above things, they estimated it would cost $714 on top of the $48 estimate. This was way more than I could afford, so I decided to have All Makes check it out. They called me back and wanted to know who told me my water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced. Turns out my car only cost $190 to fix. THAT'S A $572 DIFFERENCE IF YOU INCLUDE THE ESTIMATE. All Makes seems to be a good, honest place that's not going to take advantage of you for being a college kid or not knowing anything about cars. read more

Today my husband took our car to get fixed a busted pipe he was highly satisfied with his results, 3 weeks ago we had taken our car to new braunfels to get it fixed same problem we got charged 280 FOR A BUSTED PIPE!!!! All makes and models are the best and really honest with there customers they won't cheat you on the price as others do!!! We also had our head light fixed, a problem we couldn't figure out what was wrong for a year and we were unable to get our car inspection passed they found the problem within 5 minutes and now our car is running smoother and better then ever!! I am on my way back to New Jersey and I stopped in the see if All Makes Collision would put back on my underneath "Engine Guard" that had fallen off. I walked up to the office and I was met by a nice All Makes Collision employee named "Joe". I told Joe about my problem and Joe walked over to my car and crawled under my car and Joe quickly put the bolts back in and re-installed the "Engine Guard" underneath my car in a few minutes. I dropped my car off on the 27th of March. paid $800 out of pocket to get my bumper replaced entirely even though it was just a small dent, and I went through my insurance to get my rear tail light and bumper replaced, but they said I would need to have the entire left panel of my car replaced a total of $2,000+ It took the adjuster 4 days to come out and approve the damage. it is now April 18th and i have yet to receive my car! They did not keep me updated whatsoever, even though I specified when I walked in the first day I got my estimate saying I would NEED my car by the 20th and they're telling me I have to wait until Monday afternoon of next week, at the earliest! read more

A few weeks ago I came into All Makes Collision less than an hour before closing. When I got off work at 5 I came out to find the molding on the bottom left side of my driver's door was hanging out almost perpendicular to the car. I was very upset and stressed by this, because it was so late in the day and I had to wake up very early the next morning to drive 7 hours to make it to my own college graduation ceremony. (I called several places in the area that were open after 5, but this was the first one I found that still had repair technicians on site for the day.) When I came in I spoke to Roger, it was very obvious how upset I was because I was on the brink of tears by this point. Roger came out to look at my car, kindly asked for my keys and suggested I go wait in the office lobby. After a brief wait my car looked good as new and the molding was strongly held in place again, definitely ready for a road trip up i35 the next morning. When I asked how much I owed he said this would be free of charge, congratulated me on my graduation, and sent me on my way with a hug after a very stress filled afternoon!
