We discovered All Makes in 2016 or so. I had them do repairs on a 2010 Prius, and a 1999 Mercedes station wagon. Alex is the fellow who handles my calls; he is patient, knowledgeable and reliable. He is tolerant of my questions, no matter how silly. We have been pleased. read more

Alex is the best! They are so helpful and considerate. Prices are not crazy expensive and they have great communication skills. Will definitely go back! read more

Absolutely phenomenal job, phenomenal business, phenomenal people. I needed the front grille replaced on my Honda Civic and not only did they do a fantastic job, they went above and beyond what I needed them to do- they ordered me special custom parts to ensure my satisfaction and made my car look even better than it was before my accident. After replacing my grille, they completely washed my car and detailed it inside and out, which I absolutely wasn't expecting. Excellent customer service and Eddie was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about what he does. He made the process smooth and easy and was able to get my car fixed in a matter of hours. I never leave Yelp reviews but this one was necessary! read more

All Makes Collision - Auto Repair Near Me - San Marcos, Texas

dont trust this place and dont leave your belongings in your car, they steal your stuff if you get in an accident and sell it, they sold my phone to china ,and i know that cause i still have the location cause its an iphone read more

We recently had a new front bumper replaced on our daughter's car as a Christmas gift. I know: We're AWESOME. So is All Makes Collision in San Marcos. Fine workmanship, earnest and friendly customer service, excellent communication, and a genuine respect for our budget made this a terrific experience from start to finish. Lucas at All Makes worked closely and continuously with us to ensure that we received eggggcellent service. He was also sensitive to the fact that we (rather than the insurance company) were paying for the repair. By focusing only on the damage that truly had to be repaired, we saved hundreds of dollars. Hopefully we won't need the services of a body shop again anytime soon. But if we do, we're headed to All Makes. read more

Honesty, Quality and Value. I have used them several times. I am always pleased beyond expectations Eddie Will take care of you. Good Christian witness. I will always go there. read more

The crew at All Makes made a stressful situation easier. The work they did on my car was impeccable and they completed the job much quicker than I anticipated. The folks here are top notch and I would not hesitate recommending All Makes for your automotive needs. read more

Absolute crooks. They wrote out an estimate we both agreed to and I chose them to work in my truck. When they found out I had insurance to cover the vehicle they rose the price approximately $400 more and did not let us know of this change until the time of retrieval of my vehicle. They also kept stalling on the day they said they would be finished -Dec 14th- but kept pushing back to the next Friday, then the next, and it was barely ready today-January 4th. I would never use them again. We are fair people and were treated unfairly. read more

I had a small fender bender and never been through a claims process before. Roger walked me through filing a claim with the OTHER insurance company because i mentioned the deductible qould be difficult to pay upfront. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend all makes collision to anyone who gets in an accident of any kind. They do great work and they do it while running the extra mile for you! Thank you guys so much, now I can pay my rent instead of a deductible on something that wasn't my fault! read more

I really needed an oil change and to change my tires on my car. I called the morning of ( super last minute ) All of the guys were amazing! I had to be out of there by noon to get to work on time. They were able to squeeze me in and get me out quickly. I Highly recommend!!! They did a great job and really did work with me. read more

These guys were great! drove my car in to get a quote, i needed the lining replaced on my front bumper and clips to keep the damn thing on, they quickly quoted me a reasonable price (think), i brought it in the next morning, they dropped me off at school and they had it back to me by 2:00pm the same day so i could drive it to work! Their add says they give Texas State student discounts but I don't think I remembered to ask about it. Otherwise, they were nice, fast and my car isn't broken anymore. read more

AVOID IF POSSIBLE!! I had a minor fender bender that required work to be fixed so my insurance company set me up with this place. It has been hell. First, the part that came in was damaged. Okay, I can understand a mishap during transit. It happens. Second, they reordered the same part, BUT it wasn't the same part. Apparently it was the wrong part. Third, they overnighted a new bumper so it can be replaced over Memorial Day weekend. However when my husband called, apparently the grill was the wrong part. They said that they will overnight another part and have it fixed tomorrow. HOWEVER, they just called and said that the other light on the non-accident side isn't working when I know it was.I wouldn't have driven my car at night over the month to save for the deductible if my was headlight wasn't working. They were more than happy to give us a quote on the repair though! Oh, thank god for that. So what was supposed to be a 4-5 day fix is now going on to a 15+ day fix. I am absolutely livid and highly recommend that you look elsewhere if you're needing to get a repair or quote. Oh yeah, before we even got the car into the shop, I believe Joe(?) was very rude and dismissive to my husband when we were getting a quote for our insurance provider. Terrible customer service and terrible work ethics. read more

These guys are awesome. Got me in and did the work quickly, for $1000.00 less than the dealer. When I went to drop off the car, my Mom's car needed a couple little things, and their Collision department fixed them on the spot for free. read more

Really great, helpful place. I took my car here to check out what I thought was an electrical problem with my brakes, turns out they do brake checks for free so they topped it off with some new fluid, told me I was good to go and told me to come back if I had a real problem. Unfortunately three days later I did! My car overheated late at night and the closest place I could tow it to was Goodyear, so I did. I had them do an estimate, they told me my water pump broke, snapped the belt around it and it ruined my thermostat. For a replacement of all above things, they estimated it would cost $714 on top of the $48 estimate. This was way more than I could afford, so I decided to have All Makes check it out. They called me back and wanted to know who told me my water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced. Turns out my car only cost $190 to fix. THAT'S A $572 DIFFERENCE IF YOU INCLUDE THE ESTIMATE. All Makes seems to be a good, honest place that's not going to take advantage of you for being a college kid or not knowing anything about cars. read more

Paid to have AC repaired, but returned to me not fixed. Also, tried to sell me over a thousand dollars in brake repairs that, upon second opinion, was discovered was not at all needed. Mechanic was rude. Cannot recommend automotive repair side of All Makes, but have been very satisfied with auto body repair work and staff. read more

After my last review the owner reached out to me and apologized for my last visit and the hassle I went through. It was very professional and reinstated my faith in this shop. I frequently drive all the way from Austin to San Marcos, just to get an oil change here. I do the extra driving because I don't trust most shops, and here, it feels like you can trust them to do quality work and not rip you off. read more

Today my husband took our car to get fixed a busted pipe he was highly satisfied with his results, 3 weeks ago we had taken our car to new braunfels to get it fixed same problem we got charged 280 FOR A BUSTED PIPE!!!! All makes and models are the best and really honest with there customers they won't cheat you on the price as others do!!! We also had our head light fixed, a problem we couldn't figure out what was wrong for a year and we were unable to get our car inspection passed they found the problem within 5 minutes and now our car is running smoother and better then ever!! We hit a deer and it did not have insurance !Great service .... Great price. They did the work for estimate they gave me. I will definitely use them again. Good work ! read more

This place sucks. I dropped my car off on the 27th of March. paid $800 out of pocket to get my bumper replaced entirely even though it was just a small dent, and I went through my insurance to get my rear tail light and bumper replaced, but they said I would need to have the entire left panel of my car replaced a total of $2,000+ It took the adjuster 4 days to come out and approve the damage. it is now April 18th and i have yet to receive my car! They did not keep me updated whatsoever, even though I specified when I walked in the first day I got my estimate saying I would NEED my car by the 20th and they're telling me I have to wait until Monday afternoon of next week, at the earliest! read more

I am on my way back to New Jersey and I stopped in the see if All Makes Collision would put back on my underneath "Engine Guard" that had fallen off. I walked up to the office and I was met by a nice All Makes Collision employee named "Joe". I told Joe about my problem and Joe walked over to my car and crawled under my car and Joe quickly put the bolts back in and re-installed the "Engine Guard" underneath my car in a few minutes. I asked Joe how much that would cost and Joe said "No Charge". Thanks to Joe and All Makes Collision for fixing my car quickly to get me back on the road to New Jersey. God Bless You Joe and All Makes Collision ! read more

I was treated with total dislike while my car was being repaired there. They treated me like I had done something wrong and they were the disciplinarian. They got in an unnecessary argument with me. I am a UT grad and could not understand their behavior. It took them 6 weeks to repair my car. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

All makes is a fantastic auto repair!!!!We have used them for about a year and half and have ALWAYS been 100% satisfied with their work but what we appreciate the most is their honesty. Cruz and Alex are great guys to deal with. We do not live in San Marcos but it is worth the drive using them for our car needs. Proud to be a customer. read more

I was quoted 2 different prices for my window getting fixed. 179 then 206 then the end price was 232! I do not understand how it could vary SO MUCH! I felt as if I couldn't do ANYTHING to change that because ROGER thought being sarcastic and rude was OK. Maybe it the fact Im a women! In closing ALL MAKES COLLISION will NEVER AGAIN GAIN MY BUSINESS nor would I EVER RECOMMEND THEM! read more

In a recent repair job, a part they installed fell off after repairs were complete. So I had to take it back. They put it back on, but my automatic slide door makes noise now and another part is loose. I would not use them again. read more

A few weeks ago I came into All Makes Collision less than an hour before closing. When I got off work at 5 I came out to find the molding on the bottom left side of my driver's door was hanging out almost perpendicular to the car. I was very upset and stressed by this, because it was so late in the day and I had to wake up very early the next morning to drive 7 hours to make it to my own college graduation ceremony. (I called several places in the area that were open after 5, but this was the first one I found that still had repair technicians on site for the day.) When I came in I spoke to Roger, it was very obvious how upset I was because I was on the brink of tears by this point. Roger came out to look at my car, kindly asked for my keys and suggested I go wait in the office lobby. After a brief wait my car looked good as new and the molding was strongly held in place again, definitely ready for a road trip up i35 the next morning. When I asked how much I owed he said this would be free of charge, congratulated me on my graduation, and sent me on my way with a hug after a very stress filled afternoon! Nothing but great, great things to say about All Collision!! Everyone was extremely kind and courteous, and the service unbeatable. Will always use their services! read more
