Their first and second offers were far lower than ABW's estimate, and I was a wreck about proceeding with a repair without them agreeing to the correct figure in advance. Not only did ABW flawlessly fix my car, they handled everything with the other insurance company behind the scenes and I walked out the door without lifting a finger. I was shocked and deeply grateful. They made what I was turning into a very stressful situation easy. A few weeks after that during the rain, I ran over something and a screw from the back tire well came loose and I took it to Luu's again. The owner just screws it back on in two minutes and didn't charge me anything and told me don't worry about it. If that's not a five star experience I don't know what is.

I've never been this impressed with this sort of stuff before but that's because I've never come across some as downright thorough as this gentleman. To top it off he's reasonably priced and does the work in a very timely fashion according to the level of damage he's having to fix. I had people tell me it would be impossible to fix the hole in my bumper without painting the entire front end of my vehicle claiming that the paint wouldn't blend or look good if they didn't do all that work which would have cost a couple thousand , low and behold Touch Up Masters did it no problem-- you can't even tell where the work was done and the paint was blended. Im so glad I had patience and found this shop because I was losing hope I'd ever fix this issue for a reasonable price. I knew someone out there could do it and not try and rip me off so I kept searching and researching reviews. I'm grateful in more than one way for the outstanding job and integrity of the owner at Touch Up Masters. He kept his word was done when he said he would be charged me a fair price, I couldn't have asked for a better all around experience. If it's your first time visiting keep in mind the shop is in the back of the building and not easily visible at first glance from Metric Blvd. but not necessarily hard to find if you know that simple detail of where to go. She and her parents preferred to handle it outside of insurance so it was self pay so they reimbursed me. Caliber N. Lamar said they couldn't accept third party pay other than from an insurance company I believe. I was able to quickly get an online estimate using Caliber's very cool and easy to use online estimator tool (just upload photos of the damage)! I was also able to quickly get an in person review to finalize the estimate. The in person review resulted in a slightly higher estimate than the online one but it seemed reasonable. Everyone there was really helpful. The office was festively decorated for Halloween. Sandra was my assigned service advisor. We had some logistics glitches as she was unexpectedly out sick for a day or so, so someone named Carlos stepped in breifly. The guy handling the front desk (wish I'd gotten his name) was really great at communicating with me during the transition as I felt some communication balls got dropped during the process re: what I was told to expect on update timings, and I found myself having to call in a few times to request updates vs. being called, texted, or emailed with updates. However, it all worked out in the end and my car was fixed within the estimated cost and timeline! They also have a relationship with Enterprise car rental so I was able to get someone to pick me up and drop me at the N. Lamar location which made that process less stressful.
