We unfortunately had a hit and run on our truck and went to get it fixed with Classic Collision. I am baffled by the service we received! Every person we encountered was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We were told we would get an estimate through them and our insurance in about 3 days and then we could move forward on getting it fixed. In less than 24 HOURS we got the estimate and approval and our truck was already getting worked on! Full communication and updates were provided throughout the process! We were given a rough completion date and everything was done 9 DAYS ahead of time! I am still in awe with the whole process! I had an appointment with Classic Collision today 7/22/2025 for 5pm to drop my car off for repairs. I arranged my day around this appointment and booked a rental to pick up right before. 3 hours before my appointment they called to tell me they needed to reschedule because they had "double booked" for 5pm. They told me I would need to reschedule for the following week! This was very disappointing and inconvenient. I decided to move forward with a different shop. I scraped the front side of my car on my way too narrow garage. Car was drivable but had to be fixed. Yay for insurance who paid for all but $100 of the bill. So... I was very pleased with Classic Collision! They worked with me as well as with the Rental agency to make a seamless process. "Rodger" kept in touch with me to let me know how the repair was going and when car would be ready. It was a few days later than expected. But no big deal. Drew and company were stellar for 2 separate fender benders that included them doing extra work for free (installed brake light, and sanded/UV clear coated my headlamps to look like new again), in addition to providing the right amount of communication along the way, plus made it super easy to deal with Enterprise with them having a desk right there inside. We all agree, Collision Repairs are not fun...however... I recently damaged my car pulling out of my garage...which put me in a REALLY bad mood, so when I started the insurance and repair process, I really wasn't looking forward to the experience at all. Fortunately, my insurance company recommended Classic Collision on South Congress to take care of my repairs. This place is really impressive, it's a huge operation and they have their processes down! I dropped my car off to get an estimate (which I got the next day) and the repairs were scheduled for later in the week. Now people, I know that none of us like "delays" but the reality is, there are still significant supply chain issues with auto parts. This is not the fault of the repair shop, so don't take your frustrations out on them! So, that said, my parts did take a little longer than expected. Once my parts were in, my car was completed in a timely manner and my car was good as new! During the process, my service contact was "Roger". I can honestly say that Roger was the best part of my experience. He was very honest and knew his stuff. I got frequent updates, so I knew exactly what the status of my repairs were along the way. All companies need employees like Roger! I highly recommend working with him and with Classic Collision when the need arises. read more

Just before the pandemic, a woman ran through an intersection on South 1st Street, and hit me (and my car) at my drivers door and the side front bumper. My insurance company, Encompass - a subsidiary of Allstate, directed me to go to this auto body shop when it was called a different name. 3.5 years later around Christmas 2023, I flew back home to the ABIA and went to pick up my car and found out my car battery was dead. I attempted to use my car key to open the door manually to pop the hood to get a battery charged but discovered my car key would not turn the lock cylinder, thus NOT allowing me to open my car door. At 2 AM I finally called a locksmith and they opened my car door and the car park employee jumped my car to get it started. The locksmith told me that the auto body shop did something with the lock cylinder for me not to be able to use my car key to manually open the door, and to go back to the auto body shop have them look at it since most auto body work is usually under warranty. In late January 2024, I called Classic Collision and the manager of the renamed auto body shop said they'd stand by the previous auto body owners repair to my car (which was over $2,000.) Their shop mechanics/auto body guys looked at my drivers side door and said the latch was worn out of my dirivers side door and wasn't covered, and wasn't their fault. Well today (late March 2024) I went to a car repair shop to get my car door fixed, and they took apart my car door and discovered this auto body shop on South Congress had completely covered my driver door key cylinder with caulking in the interior of the door, thus gluing my key cylinder in place and not allowing me to use my car key to manually open my car door. They said gluing or caulking inside a car door, let alone around a key cylinder was not the standard repair practice on any car and they shouldn't have done this. They said they had never seen caulking around a lock cylinder before and such bad workmanship putting the a car door back together. The 'fix' to have the auto repair shop to take apart my car door and remove all the hardened caulking around my key cylinder and put my car door back together cost me $208. Based on Classic Collision lying to me (the took apart my door and said it was normal wear and tear on my door latch), me highly suspecting they have many of the same mechanics and auto body employees, including the unethical shop manager at this business, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO BODY SHOP FOR ANY AUTO BODY REPAIRS. read more

Each day that they had my car I received a phone call updating me on what has been completed and what the next steps would be! Classic Collision repaired my Kia Soul after it was stolen. The Kia dealership wouldn't accept it because they already had so many stolen Kias to repair. The damage was pretty extensive, but Classic Collision repaired the broken side mirror, smashed window, mangled steering wheel column, and body damage in a month. They cleaned up all the broken glass and even aired out the smell of spilled gasoline from a gas can left by the thief. They gave me an estimated completion date and provided regular updates of their progress. I was really happy when I got my car back, but after driving off I noticed an odd vibration when accelerating past 20 mph and my car drifted noticeably to the right. I called C.C. and they suggested that it may be normal for a Kia Soul. After assuring them it wasn't, they offered to take another look it. I spent three hours in the waiting room while they realigned the wheels and they told me everything was fine and it was driving as it should. I drove off again, but the vibration was only slightly better and became very noticeable at 40 mph. My car struggled to reach 55mph and shook when coming down from high speeds. I called Yost Automotive and they quickly figured out the problem. The right front wheel was bent which was causing the car to drift and shake. Additionally, they determined the thief had been driving such high speeds and probably tried a stunt by using the parking brake when he was driving recklessly, it destroyed my back tires and flattened one of the brake parts. This makes me wonder if C.C. actually realigned my wheels. If they had - surely they would have noticed that the front wheel was bent. C.C. was awesome in a lot of ways - very communicative, handled the cosmetic repairs beautifully, and the office staff is very friendly. The only reason they didn't earn those 5 stars is because I have a feeling they were just placating me about the vibrations and may not have properly looked. read more

Bad communication didn't want to take responsibility for small things. Try to give me back my vehicle with warning light on without telling me. Fix my car even after I left a voicemail not to work on my car. Fix a bumper that should if they would have told me that is would still hang down loose or given me the ability to choose another option. Over all experience was not great or good. I was told that the warning light was not there problem and that I should take the car to BMW to fix a condition that didn't exist before I drop off the car. After having to go back to the repair shop service manager step up and resolved the problem after hour of making phone calls to varies people. read more

My son, had his 2023 Mustang with only 10,000 miles on it repaired at the shop after 1 and a half months of being in the shop we went to pick up the car after they called and said they repairs are done and they have completed the test drive and it was ready. We tried to pick it up the next day. When we go there the vehicle was not drivable. when backing out the car we noticed it still had had a broken motor mount that was causing the steering column to rub against the engine. Their was no way that they could have done the test drive, the car was not driveable. My son had used the life insurance check from his mom passing too buy the car, and at this point he was very upset. he he has spent almost $50,000 for a car that is still damaged. The young guy working at the shop smiled at my son and had this so what type attitude, showing no care or empathy towards my son. We went back the next day and was told that they had to order a motor mount from Ford and they were expeecting it to come in the next day and the car should be ready soon after. I called the Bodys hop the next day to check on the status of the parts arrival. And I was immedietly told " Why are you calling me, I told you yesterday that I would call you when the car was finishedand ready to be picked up. Which has made me mad enough to right this review. Customer service training is needed for the Advisors. Progressive's Insurance recommended the Body shop for us and have been notified f the un completed repairs and the non- driveable vehicle. I would not recommend doing business with this bodyshop for a few reasons. Like of compassion for an 19 year old kid who spent the money from his moms passing to by his dream car and wait a month and a half to find out the car was not drivable. Progreesive has authorized $28,000 in repairs to a shop that has no quality inspection process or procedures in place. There other more ethical Body shops in the area. my recommendation is to have your repaired somewhere else. read more
