They are honest and do good work I've never had a problem with this business and I've been there a few times

I chose Luxury Auto Body Works expecting professional communication and transparency. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite. I repeatedly had to chase basic status updates. Pickup dates were communicated and missed without proactive notice, and I was often told updates were "sent" when nothing was received. My email address was misspelled, which I had to catch and correct myself after not receiving updates or photos. Front desk staff did not proactively notify me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. When asked why no call was made, I was told they were "too busy" and that it "depends on the day." This response showed a lack of customer priority and accountability. The most concerning issue was conflicting information about diagnosis and BMW involvement. At one point, I was told there was no confirmed BMW appointment, and later received a message stating the vehicle was fully programmed and calibrated without dealership involvement. These inconsistencies made it difficult to trust the information provided and left me without a clear timeline. Additionally, the repair was not properly closed in the Carwise system after pickup, which prevented me from leaving a Carwise review and they don't want me leave a review on Carwise with my experience so here I am writing my review Based on this experience, I question how consistently customer experiences are reflected in Carwise reviews. If you use this shop, document everything and expect to follow up repeatedly. I cannot recommend this facility if you value proactive communication, accountability, or transparency. read more

Pick up my car today. Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. I brought my vehicle in after an accident and honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome. Brittany and Amber were professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered all my questions without attitude, and made what's usually a stressful situation incredibly smooth. The quality of the repair is flawless -- the car looks brand new. Paint match is perfect, alignment is spot on, and they paid attention to details that most shops would overlook. You'd never know the car was damaged. Turnaround time was exactly as promised, pricing was fair, and customer service was top-tier. This is how a body shop should operate. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality work done right the first time. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Also kudos to those girls handling this extremely rude male yelling and being vulgar to them on the phone about updates on his BMW. We had issues from the start when someone from the body shop sent over repeatedly, the wrong paperwork for us to sign which held up our car getting started on . The main body shop manager was very nice and it was very helpful very nice but part of the problem is because Ruby or someone sent paperwork incorrectly to us numerous times the paperwork wasn't signed and every time we asked her to resend it she didn't or she sent the wrong one so now I'm having issues with the insurance who was paying the rental car My husband and I tried numerous times every week and at the last week every day one or two times a day to call Ruby and leave messages and text and she just was unable to return any text messages so we had no idea what was going on with the car My car is running smoothly and it looks great but of the upmost important to me as a customer service and I will be honest in this case it was extremely lacking read more

I finally got my vehicle back and everything was rectified. I will say that the problems that I had to experience with this company we're not satisfactory. however, the end product is exceptional.. Now, if they had just done that the first time then I wouldn't have had any issues read more

I've had some strange luck on the road--people have literally run into me multiple times for reasons I can't even explain. It's become a bit of a weird reputation at this point. But every time I've needed help, Auto Luxury Body has been there for me. Working with Andre made all the difference. He walked me through everything step by step, made sure I understood my options, and most importantly, reassured me that I was making the right decisions. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands--and I was. The quality of the work has been excellent every single time. Ashleigh Delgado and Westley are the absolute BEST! Dealing with a car accident and major body damage is NOT fun! However, Ashleigh has been an angel between dealing with me nagging and the stupid insurance company, Allstate (don't use them btw...they're the WORST!!!) If I could give less than 1 I would!! Do not believe the high ratings on this place. I had side swipe damage to my acadia denali and brought it here. They kept giving me new dates that it would be ready by for 3 weeks in a row. Then i go to pick it up and they did not align the pieces back. The front fender trim is falling off and my hatch back does not line up. When I got in the car it was COVERED in the dust from sanding parts I presume, my head board is covered in dirt prints, and what look like splattered soda? (Not sure why you would need in the back with a drink while fixing someones car), not to mention scratches covering the plastic piece by my door handle And speaker, the inner door locks BENT on the side they were repairing(pictures added comparing what they SHOULD look like), and trash left in different areas. This is complete disrespect to someones vehicle and should NEVER happen when left in your care. I am SOOO displeased at this place and very angered at the damage they caused. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more
