Every inspector has pointed out items that may be of concern such as tire wear pattern, non working back up light on suv lift-gate(not state requirement),. They will allow you to repair lights/wipers on your own and come back and reinspect per state law. Only reason I'm giving a 4 is going rough driving them on premises. I have a 78 K5 blazer that's bagged and body dropped and I had just installed the vintage air AC and a brand new painless wiring harness.... I ended up needing the AC charged and a few bugs addressed with the wiring... in a relatively short amount of time (4weeks)... they got it all knocked out quickly and even figured out the new compressor and starter I installed was junk and got me taken care of quick... even when I had to deal with Hurricane Harvey and set me back a few weeks, the shop was understanding and let me keep the blazer their till I could come get it.
