Elite customer service from a South Austin body shop. I brought my Mercedes in for multiple modifications, and they were able to get everything done the same day. I genuinely couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Before choosing a shop, I did my due diligence and reached out to several other highly rated shops around Austin. Elevated beat every one of them on price by a significant amount, without sacrificing quality or service. I'm already working with Brandon on another round of modifications as we speak. He's been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and has earned my trust with my car. If I had to sum up Elevated in two words: knowledgeable and honest. I'll absolutely be coming back for future work and would recommend them to anyone looking to modify or upgrade their vehicle. read more

Elevated Autoworks - Silver before, matte black afterwards - Auto Repair Near Me - Austin, Texas

We recently brought our new CR-V to Brandon at Elevated Autoworks for window tinting, and I was once again thoroughly impressed with the service. Brandon's attention to detail is evident as he takes the time to ensure a flawless finish, meticulously inspecting the tint from various angles to eliminate any bubbles or imperfections. We've been loyal customers of Elevated for our other vehicle maintenance tasks as well, consistently finding their prices more reasonable than those of the dealership, and appreciating the extra care and attention to detail they provide. Although we own Honda's I do notice that Brandon and his team seem to have a specialty with BMW, Porsche and Ferrari's amongst other luxury brands. Their genuine passion for automobiles of all kinds shine through in both their craftmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Elevated Autoworks for any automotive needs! read more

had my car for 4.5 months saying they needed to replace my engine belt, once i got the car back it never started again. was told it was a dealership issue. took it to my dealership and they said the belt was installed so poorly that my car was a dud. wasted over 4k and had to get a new car ultimately. still affected by this place to this day. read more

Brandon and his team are upfront honest/good people. I took my vehicle here for basic spark plugs/ air filter/ and some other basic tune up items and saved a thousand bucks compared to what the Jaguar dealership wanted to charge. They did a great job at a great price and would recommend them for basic tune up items for your vehicles. I had no idea they did vinyl wrapping for vehicles as well as tinting and other services to help keep your vehicle looking sharp. Plus Brandon the owner is just a good dude, when you talk to him you feel like he actually gives a damn about helping keep your vehicle up to par. Not many honest mechanics out there...so many will try to upcharge you on parts and other bs. Give these guys a shot for some of the more basic pita jobs. I've never used them for anything super complicated in terms of vehicle repair but they're well connected with other specialists in the area as well. South Austin is lucky to have these folks in the area. read more

Got our cars window tinted on the front passenger side window. After only 3 days the dust bubbles really showed. The dust bubbles were all over the front window. When I called he was very disrespectful over the phone saying he did the job he was supposed to do & couldn't refund me. He told us to bring it by anytime and he would take a look. We got to the shop & he wasn't there. He had us wait an hour and a half and didn't answer the phone at all. Once he took a look at it he kept trying to lie and say the bubbles would disappear, it was clearly dust bubbles. He finally decided to refund me and take off the tint which I was happy about. Brandon was who we worked with read more

My daughter's car needed a detailing - inside and out. There was dog hair everywhere and a leftover spilt smoothie on the inside. On the outside was typical Austin dirt, pollen, etc. I contacted Elevated via email and heard back from Brandon quickly. He prepared a reasonable quote and we were able to schedule the job in a few days. The car is now spotless. The guys at elevated did a great job and guaranteed their work if there was anything unsatisfactory (haven't found anything) Brandon and his team were friendly and helpful. read more

Absolutely love Brandon and Chris. They did an amazing and efficient job on my 10yo Toyota Corolla. I loved that they were willing to answer all of my questions, that they gave me timely updates, and they finished the job really quickly! I had brought my car to several other shops to quote the job, and only truly felt comfortable leaving my car with Brandon. His quote was not only the most cost-effective, but he also didn't try to upsell me on any repairs I didn't need. I'll be going back to Elevated Autoworks for all of my car repairs from now on! read more

Brandon (owner of shop) is a true professional and always treats me and other clients with respect. He and his team are all very knowledgeable with different vehicle makes and models. I've been going to this shop for the past 2 years for all oil changes and tire rotations. Occasionally if they find something they pull me out and tell me the issue and provide recommendations on a repair. Very upfront and honest with their work. I'd recommend Brandon and his shop to anybody. They are the best and they'll take great care of you. read more

Brandon over at Elevated Autoworks took a 10 year old car with seriously messed up paint (lots of overspray, poor care from previous owner) and made the thing look brand new again with a 2-step paint correction and ceramic coating. I honestly didn't think it could look this good. He also repaired a malfunctioning door actuator for me alongside the detailing services. Nice guy, great service, definitely recommend. read more

I met Brandon (owner) when my battery died at the Shell station he shares a parking lot with. He jump-started my car and wouldn't take a "thank you" tip from me. I came back a few months later for an oil change (charged me 20% less than I normally pay), then the following week for a brake job on my 2013 Sequoia with 170K on it. Obviously, this last job was "the test" to see how things went with his work. Two months of driving post brake job --- and I wish I had done it months earlier. SMOOTH braking now and the price was beyond reasonable. In fact, I asked Brandon to check his pricing TWICE because it was SO MUCH LOWER than the other quote I had gotten. (I was sure he had made a mistake and had only quoted me parts). I trust Brandon, which is always a difficult thing for me to do with auto places. Warning, he is a little optimistic on how long it will take him. EX. 2.5 hours is typically 3.0 hours. Not a problem for me as I always bring lots of work to do and just enjoy his comfortable waiting room. read more

Honest, friendly, and passionate about their work. I came into Elevated Autowork after a pricy estimation for a timing belt replacement from Sun City down the road. Not only did they give me a great deal, they went above and beyond to get my car back to me before I had to leave town. Brandon was working on my car in the shop at midnight on a Sunday!!! Incredible service and I am extremely grateful. read more

Brandon was communicative, quick to respond and so professional and honest from the start. I will be taking my Mazda to this garage for any and all services my car needs. A hidden gem in South Austin. Brandon and team, thank you so much for your transparency AND fair pricing! read more

I love everything about this shop. The owner Brandon is a rock solid car guy who is obviously a leader - he gets right in there and works alongside his guys who are all clearly competent mechanics. They installed a cat-back system on my 5.7 300 and actually didnt mind my involvement in the process! So refreshing to have people willing to educate and involve customers instead of scoffing at our lack of knowledge. Will definitely work with them again and you should too. read more

Super professional group of guys! Easy quote process, fast tint installation, and fair price. I will be referring this shop for anyone's auto tint needs. They are new and looks like they are working hard to build a name and brand. My only suggestion is for the team to send a confirmation email for scheduled appointment once confirmed; I almost forgot about the appointment. read more

I meant to get the windows tinted for several years. But you know,.. life. In this case, something really good came out of my procrastination - Brandon and his team at Elevated moved into South Austin! If trust & honesty, working with people you will love and and having an auto shop that does a great job matter to you, then this the best place to take your car. I've got estimates on other work I need done and I'm grateful to have this level of trust take the weight off my shoulders when it comes to making decisions about car care. Brandon, I love my tinted windows and with the record breaking temperatures, its quite possible you saved my life. read more

Highly recommend! Brandon was so professional and worked with me to set a time to get the tints done and had the car back to me the same day. Also appreciated that he brought my baby back nice and clean. It's truly all black every now. Just have to make sure I don't push the windows down before they fully cure. Thanks Brandon! read more

Brandon was quick to respond when I emailed requesting a quote for a 60,000 mile check-up for my Hyundai Santa Fe. He was able to come in way under the dealership quote and provided much better customer service. I ended up scheduling an additional repair fr my vehicle that I was holding off on because I trusted that Brandon would give me a fair price and would be answer all of my questions. Be sure to let him know if you are a teacher or veteran :) . read more

Brandon and his team are knowledgeable, honest, efficient and reputable. We brought our Murano to EA b/c the AC was not working in the back---a definite non-negotiable in the TX heat. Not only did the team diagnose the issue in less than two hours, but they fixed it, tinted our windows (see: TX heat) and had us back in the Murano in less than 24 hours. The prices are reasonable and fair and Brandon and his team stand by their work. Would definitely recommend and we'll definitely return. read more

If you need anything worked on this is the shop to go to. Brandon and his team does it all and makes sure it's done right!

My daughter's Nissan was experiencing acceleration problems and she brought the vehicle into Elevated Autoworks where their technicians diagnosed the problem as a faulty wiring harness. Brandon, who was the point of contact with the shop, assured her that the mechanical issues could be resolved by the replacement of the faulty harness with the installation of a used harness. We approved the work and weeks later, Brandon represented that the vehicle was repaired. When my daughter brought the vehicle home, the same unsafe accelleration issues remained. Because it was under warranty, we towed the vehicle back to the shop. Brandon then claimed there was another problem, and charged us to replace that part, but when the vehicle was returned, it still had the same problems, and we towed it back. Brandon essentially said that his shop couldn't determine the problem and suggested we take it to the Nissan dealer. We did, and at a cost of over $500.00, they told us that the harness that Elevated Autoworks installed had multiple electrical shorts, and the Camshaft Sensor they installed did not fit properly. Because it was still under warranty, Brandon agreed to source another harness and had his technicians install that part. And, once again, he returned the vehicle to us saying it was fixed. The car still had the same problem, and it was towed back to him after a few days. Once again, he claimed that his people could not diagnose the issue but insisted it had nothing to do with their work on the vehicle. Again, he suggested we take the vehicle to the dealer. We did, and paid the dealer for another diagnosis. The technicians at the Nissan dealership told us that Elevated Autoworks, once again, had installed a faulty wiring harness and sent us pictures of the corroded connectors. When this was disclosed to Brandon, he only agreed to reimburse us for the cost of the faulty part, less than $600, of the $2,100 we paid him. He refused to reimburse us for the $689.42 we had to pay Nissan to simply diagnose the problem his own technicians failed to uncover. We have paid Elevated Autoworks over $2,100.00 for nothing but months of frustration, and the car still does not run. Our experience shows that Elevated Autoworks cannot be trusted to properly diagnose mechanical issues, and does not engage in fair dealing. read more

Elevated Autoworks is the best! I called first to let them know I needed a oil change. They told me to stop by at my convenience, when I got there they were ready. I filled out a quick form then watched a movie for about 20-25 mins and my car was done! The service was so good I came back the next day with my 2nd vehicle. The team at Elevated will definitely see my Nissans again! read more

The owner Brandon was super helpful in figuring out was was needed for my BMW. After diagnosing the issue he showed excellent customer service in giving me detailed information about the steps that needed to be taken. He was honest and made me feel like he was not only taking care of my car but taking care of me as well. The guys he has working with him are all professional and I couldn't ask for a better shop to take my car to. I also had Elevated hook me up with a foam bath wash and the attention to detail they put in to just a basic wash is far from basic. I highly recommend this shop for any auto care needs. read more

Hands down the worst experiences I've had with a mechanic. They don't know what they are doing and are so unprofessional and careless. The outside vendors they use are terrible and unreliable. I brought my BMW there for repair after I was in a wreck. I went there three times to pick up my car before it was correct. The paint job was horrible and had to be done three times. They ordered the wrong part twice and didn't realize it until I was already there. And neglected to replace one of the parts (the guard under the front bumper), claiming it was unnecessary. But at that point it had been over a month, when I was told 1-2 weeks, and my free rental car had long run out. I later brought my BMW in for service and they called and told me it was ready to pick up. I get there and the service light was still on and said the brake fluid still needed to be changed. They admitted their mistake and said they didn't have time to fix it that day. When I asked them to change the brake fluid at a later date the owner falsely claimed that they did not owe me a brake fluid change and refused to complete the work. read more
