Brandon and his team are upfront honest/good people. I took my vehicle here for basic spark plugs/ air filter/ and some other basic tune up items and saved a thousand bucks compared to what the Jaguar dealership wanted to charge. They did a great job at a great price and would recommend them for basic tune up items for your vehicles. I had no idea they did vinyl wrapping for vehicles as well as tinting and other services to help keep your vehicle looking sharp. Plus Brandon the owner is just a good dude, when you talk to him you feel like he actually gives a damn about helping keep your vehicle up to par. Not many honest mechanics out there...so many will try to upcharge you on parts and other bs. Give these guys a shot for some of the more basic pita jobs. I've never used them for anything super complicated in terms of vehicle repair but they're well connected with other specialists in the area as well. Got our cars window tinted on the front passenger side window. After only 3 days the dust bubbles really showed. The dust bubbles were all over the front window. When I called he was very disrespectful over the phone saying he did the job he was supposed to do & couldn't refund me. He told us to bring it by anytime and he would take a look. We got to the shop & he wasn't there. He had us wait an hour and a half and didn't answer the phone at all. Once he took a look at it he kept trying to lie and say the bubbles would disappear, it was clearly dust bubbles. He finally decided to refund me and take off the tint which I was happy about. I met Brandon (owner) when my battery died at the Shell station he shares a parking lot with. He jump-started my car and wouldn't take a "thank you" tip from me. I came back a few months later for an oil change (charged me 20% less than I normally pay), then the following week for a brake job on my 2013 Sequoia with 170K on it. Obviously, this last job was "the test" to see how things went with his work. Two months of driving post brake job --- and I wish I had done it months earlier. SMOOTH braking now and the price was beyond reasonable. In fact, I asked Brandon to check his pricing TWICE because it was SO MUCH LOWER than the other quote I had gotten. (I was sure he had made a mistake and had only quoted me parts). I trust Brandon, which is always a difficult thing for me to do with auto places. Warning, he is a little optimistic on how long it will take him. EX. 2.5 hours is typically 3.0 hours. Not a problem for me as I always bring lots of work to do and just enjoy his comfortable waiting room. read more

My daughter's Nissan was experiencing acceleration problems and she brought the vehicle into Elevated Autoworks where their technicians diagnosed the problem as a faulty wiring harness. Brandon, who was the point of contact with the shop, assured her that the mechanical issues could be resolved by the replacement of the faulty harness with the installation of a used harness. We approved the work and weeks later, Brandon represented that the vehicle was repaired. When my daughter brought the vehicle home, the same unsafe accelleration issues remained. Because it was under warranty, we towed the vehicle back to the shop. Brandon then claimed there was another problem, and charged us to replace that part, but when the vehicle was returned, it still had the same problems, and we towed it back. Brandon essentially said that his shop couldn't determine the problem and suggested we take it to the Nissan dealer. We did, and at a cost of over $500.00, they told us that the harness that Elevated Autoworks installed had multiple electrical shorts, and the Camshaft Sensor they installed did not fit properly. Because it was still under warranty, Brandon agreed to source another harness and had his technicians install that part. And, once again, he returned the vehicle to us saying it was fixed. The car still had the same problem, and it was towed back to him after a few days. Once again, he claimed that his people could not diagnose the issue but insisted it had nothing to do with their work on the vehicle. Again, he suggested we take the vehicle to the dealer. We did, and paid the dealer for another diagnosis. The technicians at the Nissan dealership told us that Elevated Autoworks, once again, had installed a faulty wiring harness and sent us pictures of the corroded connectors. When this was disclosed to Brandon, he only agreed to reimburse us for the cost of the faulty part, less than $600, of the $2,100 we paid him. He refused to reimburse us for the $689.42 we had to pay Nissan to simply diagnose the problem his own technicians failed to uncover. We have paid Elevated Autoworks over $2,100.00 for nothing but months of frustration, and the car still does not run. Our experience shows that Elevated Autoworks cannot be trusted to properly diagnose mechanical issues, and does not engage in fair dealing. read more

Not only did the team diagnose the issue in less than two hours, but they fixed it, tinted our windows (see: TX heat) and had us back in the Murano in less than 24 hours. Hands down the worst experiences I've had with a mechanic. They don't know what they are doing and are so unprofessional and careless. The outside vendors they use are terrible and unreliable. I brought my BMW there for repair after I was in a wreck. I went there three times to pick up my car before it was correct. The paint job was horrible and had to be done three times. They ordered the wrong part twice and didn't realize it until I was already there. And neglected to replace one of the parts (the guard under the front bumper), claiming it was unnecessary. But at that point it had been over a month, when I was told 1-2 weeks, and my free rental car had long run out. I later brought my BMW in for service and they called and told me it was ready to pick up. I get there and the service light was still on and said the brake fluid still needed to be changed. They admitted their mistake and said they didn't have time to fix it that day. When I asked them to change the brake fluid at a later date the owner falsely claimed that they did not owe me a brake fluid change and refused to complete the work. read more
