Was able to get a steep discount on the ceramic as I got the ppf, which was really nice. Figured if I'm gonna repair the paint, might as well add protection! Wife spills metric tons of baby formula. 4.) Texas sun makes my 4Runner smell like rotten milk, even after our best efforts. It was so bad, I thought it unsalvageable. But Sean and his team stepped in and detailed every nook and cranny. And while I won't claim that they're the lowest price in town, they certainly don't gouge but are also more thorough than other auto detail shops I've visited (and even left high marks for). If you happen to value customer service and an incredible work ethic, talk to Sean and I promise you'll be impressed. They don't _just_ detail. I've had Taurus apply PPF, and I'll likely soon have Sean & Co. put on some of that tint where your car interior stays comfortable in the Texas summer heat.

My windows were my biggest concern!!! I could barely see through them! Now, they are so clean that they are invisible!!! The inside is beautiful!!!!! Looks brand new! Small complaint is the staining on one of the back seats. Seems it could have been cleaned better. However, it was pretty icky to start with. This appointment was super easy! I just parked my vehicle and they came to me. There was a short introduction and he went to work! It was top tier service! Thank you, Alex and Centex! You have earned a new customer!!!! My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. I have two kids, so even though I try to keep the car tidy, it inevitably ends up with the usual signs of family life--crumbs in the crevices, sticky fingerprints on the doors, and plenty of dust. It wasn't in terrible shape, but it definitely felt "lived in" and was overdue for a serious reset. Jim did an absolutely phenomenal job. He is clearly an "old-school" professional who takes a lot of pride in his craft. He didn't just wipe it down; he meticulously detailed every inch. When I picked it up, the interior felt crisp and brand new again. The leather was perfectly conditioned (not greasy), and he managed to get all those tricky spots around the seats that are usually impossible to reach. What really impressed me was the value. I have paid significantly more at other "high-end" detailing shops in Austin and received less attention to detail. Jim treats your vehicle like it's his own, and his pricing is incredibly fair for the level of work he puts in. If you drive an SUV, your step rail will go unwashed so I have had to point it out so they will wash it. The interior is ok but I find things for them to wipe down or go over again. I go to these guys for a quick clean up after it rains or if it's a high pollen/extreme dry dust day and I need more than an automatic car wash but not a great deal of detail. The staff rush through cars, knocking things off and never putting them back. The front-desk lady has a bad attitude every time I've been there. After my second complaint, they "forgot" to put two of my floor mats back in my car. When I returned to get them, the employee remembered exactly who I was and mentioned my earlier complaint about them damaging my car -- clearly they knew about the issue but didn't care. Management wasn't helpful either; they told me if I wanted a better job, I should pay for a full detail. If they can't handle a basic wash properly, why would I trust them with a detail? We had a prepaid package and always tipped well, but the quality and service were terrible. The only positive is that they refunded the unused washes and returned my mats -- and that's the only reason this review isn't zero stars
