It was not cheap but I am totally satisfied with the way my car looks. You get more bang for your buck with this company! I highly recommend Sean and his team at Taurus Auto Detailing. TERRIBLE BUSINESS! My boyfriend took his car here to get the strips removed from his charger…read more.. just to get the car back in worse condition. The owner was made aware of the situation and refuses to make it right. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. It would've been fine if they just were honest and took accountability for their mistake. Instead they agreed to make it right and once they realized how bad the damage really was, they decide to deny everything and refuse to make it right.

You pay up front first and can get a plan of a year follow up touch up for ceramic or multiple years. So why the 1 star? After your initial service is done and when you want to do your follow up touch up, Joshua goes MIA. He does not return calls, or if he does, the follow through to get the appointment never happens. It's truly unfortunate because he does great work but he does not live up to the his end of the bargain. At this point its a bait in switch to get your money up front and then he disappears. There are other reliable reputable services out there to use.

My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that.
