To say I am unsatisfied is kind. I initially booked with this company because of all of their high reviews expecting the service would reflect that. When I spoke to them over the phone about all the concerns of my car, they seem to understand and told me that they would book me with the package is the best suited my situation but when the actual detailer showed up, he told me that I needed to upgrade and book longer because he wouldn't have enough time to clean everything he had to. Keep in mind, my husband did deal with this detailer most of the time because I was working But when I finally came down to look at my car and what was supposed to be an extensive deep clean on the interior, I was very Upset that I paid so much money for there's still to be dirt in my car. First data about my car, then stories: - I've been using Amexi detailing for 1 year now (appox 6-8 visits). - I own a Genesis GV70 sport SUV. - The interior of my car has a lot of particularities where improper cleaning could damage the amenities. Below are some examples of Marco's talent and dedication: Story #1: *Marco fixed $5,000 - 10,000 worth of leather damage.* The first time I called Marco was shortly after getting my new Genesis GV70 with soft-touch leather interior. Unfortunately, another (supposedly good) detailing place had used a cheap leather solution on ALL of the expensive soft-touch leather in my car, and I thought they had truly ruined it. It was soaked into every part of the leather, and it was oily and reflective, and blinding in the sun. I called him and told him the whole story, and simply told me not to worry, and set to come out in a day or two. He arrived with every possible tool to get the job done. He asked me questions to ensure everything would be done the way I wanted. Then he went to work STEAM CLEANING every inch of interior soft-touch leather in my car, and after close to 6 HOURS of work, he has me come outside, and to my disbelief, he had restored the leather to it's silky soft state, literally as if I had just rolled the car off the dealership lot. He also took the liberty of flawlessly washing and detailing the exterior. For all of this work, (going way over time), he charged me a very fare rate, and I told myself Marco would be the only person to touch my car going forward. Story #2: *Marco drops everything to fix more interior problems within an hour of texting him.* Fast forward a few months of excellent cleanings and some additional touchups on the leather to ensure every last bit of that solution was gone. A month ago, I had to take my car in for service. Unfortunately, the dealership left my car outside for 2 weeks waiting on a part, and it was immensely dirty, and the inside of the car was FILTHY with motor oil from the mechanics all over the interior. Again, I was freaked out, and pissed (do not go to South Point Hyundai for service). So as i'm driving my car home, I texted Marco to see if he had some availability that week to get it fixed before the oils had time to set in. Literally WITHIN 5 MINUTES I had a text from him saying he could meet me at my house in an hour and get it fully detailed and fixed. Sure enough, Marco shows up, WITH HIS LEG IN A BRACE! This man is SO dedicated to his clients, that he showed up despite an injury, and STILL detailed my car to absolute flawless perfection! Final thoughts??? Marco is a master of his craft, as well as a kind and fun person to be around. I'm immensely grateful to know him, and can't fathom taking a vehicle to anyone else. Marco did a great job repairing a bad scratch (from a cement column) on my daughter's dark blue Mustang. It cracked the paint on one section so it needed covering at least. Marco took off all the white scratches then ordered the exact paint color we needed, then spent a lot of time (3-4 hours) getting it on correctly and buffing it in as best he could. It's well covered now and only shows up on close inspection - well worth the price and much less than a body shop would have charged.
