You pay up front first and can get a plan of a year follow up touch up for ceramic or multiple years. So why the 1 star? After your initial service is done and when you want to do your follow up touch up, Joshua goes MIA. He does not return calls, or if he does, the follow through to get the appointment never happens. It's truly unfortunate because he does great work but he does not live up to the his end of the bargain. At this point its a bait in switch to get your money up front and then he disappears. There are other reliable reputable services out there to use.

I shopped around a few different places in the area, and while everyone I talked to was nice, Joshua was more informative about the different things available. When I went to pick it up, it looked better than the day I got it! So nice, shiny and smooth. I'll definitely be using him for future ceramic and detailing needs. Thanks again Joshua!

Got a confirmation when I booked, and then a text that the tech was on the way about an hour before he arrived (and fully within the window they gave me). He pulled his truck up to the driveway, and I backed the car per his direction. He did a great job - super clean inside and out. Not a spot was missed. My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. It was pretty expensive, but it seems like all the detail services are. Not something I would do all the time, but for getting my car in great shape I'll definitely call 5 Star again.
