I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

After the detail, I noticed the steering wheel, cupholder, and Carpet underneath the mats were still dirty. Once I did my own walk around, I saw a good-sized scratch on my door. The owner agreed to fix it, but when he showed up, he argued about it not being his fault and how he has 5-star reviews. He rang my doorbell several times after agreeing to buff it out to argue it wasn't his fault. After buffing it out, he told me I would have to go to the dealership to fix it, which would cost me more to fix the door than the actual what the detail cost. I will never use them again.

That was Roberto from Sponges today. I had hired Sponges because I'm selling two cars immediately. I needed both of them to look showroom-ready for online sale "beauty" photos. Roberto showed up this morning exactly when promised... on Memorial Day... and worked for seven straight hours. Near the end, one of the car batteries drained because the doors had been open for hours during detailing. The detailing itself was top shelf - more than five stars - but what really stayed with me was Roberto's attitude: always a big, reassuring smile on his face, coupled with hard work, professionalism and the kindness of a righteous human being. The price however should be adjusted accordingly depending if the vehicle is too dirty or not. In my case the car is kept in the garage 90% of the time and has a full cover on it all the time and it never gets dirty so $95 for a clean car that essentially just needed a quick wash seems a bit overpriced. But I definitely recommend them as you won't regret the results! I would do business in the future!
