Took my GX460 to Tim and team to get the taillights "fixed" (I did not like the stock, frosted look, and I wondered if they could simply be wrapped to change the color vs having to find a different housing altogether). BEWARE: Dealing with Tim was a terrible experience. I made an appointment to get my Lexus detailed, and received a text confirmation. I also received a text reminder that my appointment was coming up. I showed up for my appointment before work at 8 am, and no one was in at the shop. I called Tim, and got no answer. Tim reached out later that day to apologize for sleeping in, and missing his appointment. He wanted to "make things right", and I gave him the chance to do so my rebooking the appointment for two days later. Would you believe it- Tim was again a no-show! I was there promptly at 8, and he was nowhere to be found. I have not heard from him since. Day of appointment we received a call to let us know they would be a little later than expected, then a text a little later to let us know their exact time of arrival (which was greatly appreciated). Once there, they rang the doorbell to confirm what we wanted- outside detail only- and then they got right to work. They asked if there was anything specific I wanted them to focus on, with new road construction near by and having a white car there was a lot of tar I asked them to focus on. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. When they found a problem, they would consult with me on the best solution to make it right. My wife was very excited to have a new car again. When my new black raptor finally arrived, I called Tim to get his opinion on the best way to protect from dirt and scratches. He gave me several options and I chose the ceramic coating. He spent 2 days making sure every surface was color matched and protected. He also did the rims and glass.
