TERRIBLE BUSINESS! My boyfriend took his car here to get the strips removed from his charger... just to get the car back in worse condition. The owner was made aware of the situation and refuses to make it right. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. It would've been fine if they just were honest and took accountability for their mistake. Instead they agreed to make it right and once they realized how bad the damage really was, they decide to deny everything and refuse to make it right. read more

I got my Lexus ceramic coated here. Josh and the team were super knowledgeable about my car and did an excellent job. The shop itself is clean and professional. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else for all its cosmetic needs, thanks guys! :) read more

Another great job by Signature. I love that they now have a brick and mortar near my home. Besides doing a great job detailing my SUV they provide excellent customer service. I requested a customized service and they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. My SUV was a hot mess when it arrived and it left in showroom condition. Great folks providing excellent service! read more

Signature Auto Detailing did an amazing job. Mario, Kelsey and the team are phenomenal! My truck paint had been damaged by a local mobile detail shop and Signature restored it to it's glory. The detail on the interior of the truck exceeded expectations as well. My truck looks brand new. It drives better when it looks like this as well (It's science, look it up!) You absolutely can't go wrong getting Signature Auto Detailing to care for your ride! I only gave it 5 stars because it wont let me give 6! read more

Before and after pictures are posted. After getting my car back, it looked even better than when I first purchased it. Tim was a pleasure to work with. He is very kind, generous, and professional! I can't thank him and his team enough for the work they have done on my car. I had an incident where my car's paint was damaged in a car wash, and in their attempt to fix what happened, they left micro-scratches all over the car. After Tim and his team detailed it, there was not a single sign of that in sight. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your auto detailing needs, as they absolutely know what they are doing and are great people to give your business to! read more

Got my Tesla vinyl wrapped and I can't be more happy with the results and the service Tim provide. He was very communicative thought the process. And the finished product is so good that every day I get compliments from at least two strangers. Beyond perfect detail of my Model 3! When I first took delivery, the team at Signature Auto Detailing applied a ceramic coating to the car, glass, and wheels and I'm always so thankful when it comes time to wash it. They've detailed it a couple of times per year and it always ends up looking better than brand new. The crew is friendly and diligent in their work. I also appreciate that they offer a mobile service because nothing is easier than them detailing the car at my house. I look forward to working with them for many years to come! read more

A true 5-star experience getting a chrome delete done on our Mercedes GLA! From start to finish, Tim was professional, very responsive, and kept us updated throughout the entire process - he definitely understands how to deliver a great customer experience. To top it all off, not only was pricing better than other shops around town, but get this... he even was able to get it done over a weekend! Trust Tim to handle it all - we had the front grill inserts (which we had another local shop say they couldn't do), door handles, and rear trunk trim all wrapped in gloss black and it turned out absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend. Thank you again! read more

Thanks again for such a smooth transaction with a great finished product. The subtle detail makes a huge difference in my eyes. read more

Tim and his team at Signature AD made my entire experience from start to finish extremely satisfying. I purchased a model Y and wanted it wrapped with a specific look for my first time. I had many questions about quality application color treatment warranty etc and they were all addressed. Tim was very responsive with all communication and kept me updated throughout the process. Upon pick up I was very apprehensive because I wasn't sure if I chose the right color or if I would be happy with my choices. Signature's work far exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with the way my new Y looks. Thank you Tim and fam I love the way my ride looks. read more

Amazing experience all around. Took my GX460 to Tim and team to get the taillights "fixed" (I did not like the stock, frosted look, and I wondered if they could simply be wrapped to change the color vs having to find a different housing altogether). One thing led to another, and I decided to do an entire chrome delete on the vehicle, in part because of how well Tim explained everything. He answered a ton of questions from me, being super kind throughout the process, and made sure I fully understood timelines, costs, application options, etc. I even had a single badge on the vehicle that took longer than anticipated, and Tim came out to my location to get it installed when completed. Superior customer service! End result, the vehicle looks amazing! Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Signature Auto Detailing! read more

BEWARE: Dealing with Tim was a terrible experience. I made an appointment to get my Lexus detailed, and received a text confirmation. I also received a text reminder that my appointment was coming up. I showed up for my appointment before work at 8 am, and no one was in at the shop. I called Tim, and got no answer. Tim reached out later that day to apologize for sleeping in, and missing his appointment. He wanted to "make things right", and I gave him the chance to do so my rebooking the appointment for two days later. Would you believe it- Tim was again a no-show! I was there promptly at 8, and he was nowhere to be found. I have not heard from him since. This is no way to run a business, and it shows complete disregard and disrespect for prospective customers. read more

Great communication and great work!! Made an appointment to have my car detailed, it was out get away car for our wedding. Day of appointment we received a call to let us know they would be a little later than expected, then a text a little later to let us know their exact time of arrival (which was greatly appreciated). Once there, they rang the doorbell to confirm what we wanted- outside detail only- and then they got right to work. They asked if there was anything specific I wanted them to focus on, with new road construction near by and having a white car there was a lot of tar I asked them to focus on. Afterwards my car looked amazing! Way worth the proce, we will be repeat customers for sure :) read more

I had just bought my new car, and I wanted to get the chrome deleted on the vehicle. Sadly it looks like there was some previous work attempted on the car, and Tim did such an amazing job not only removing everything on the car, but replacing it with high quality wrap and making it look brand new. I had originally reached out to Tim and had to change the date, and he was super responsive and understanding. Not only this, but I had paid partially in cash and had overpaid him, he reached out to correct it with me - shows his integrity and caring for customers. I'd encourage anyone looking for vinyl wrap, ceramic coat, detailing or any other auto work to trust Tim, you will not regret it! My car looks great and I'm so happy with the results! read more

Tim is amazing guy and does outstanding work. My wife's car needed a complete make over. Tim and Logan came to my house and spent over 4 hours and transformed the car to new like condition. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. When they found a problem, they would consult with me on the best solution to make it right. My wife was very excited to have a new car again. When my new black raptor finally arrived, I called Tim to get his opinion on the best way to protect from dirt and scratches. He gave me several options and I chose the ceramic coating. He spent 2 days making sure every surface was color matched and protected. He also did the rims and glass.
