The team members outside are always very polite and helpful. They help me get my wheels lined up in the track. Then they scrub down the windshield front and back manually to get things going. For $39.95 a month you get their Premier services which not only washes your car but adds special coatings and water repellent and a huge drying system. That generally works pretty well. Once through that part of the car wash, you're welcome to drive around into one of their stones and they have products to shine your wheels, overall cleaning products, and fragrance products if you would like your car to smell good. It's a one stop shop and I like that concept. They are located in Leander , west Old Hwy 183 and Hero Way. We feel it's a great value for the cost and we enjoy the products they provide to detail the car ourselves. If you live in the area, consider giving them a try!!

My issue is I have a 4 door long bed truck and it takes three attempts to make the stupid 180 degree u turn you have to do to get into the wash. Terrible design. Went in just now for a wash. Drove up to the window and no one manning it. Waited a couple of minutes and still no one. Luckily no one was behind me so I was able to backup quite a ways I might add and get back out. They obviously cater to the members. I do not want to get stuck next time so I will not be returning.

I had the parking lot to myself on this night so grabbing a high powered vacuum was super easy! There's also glass cleaner and clean cloths free to use. Although that's the only cleaner, he had no issue providing a dash cleaner for my convenience. I mean talk about great service, am I right?! There's a mat cleaner attached to the building I was able to use. It comes with a soapy water spray, plain water, and a high powered air pressure hose to clean those stubborn mats. Although I don't know the price of what I received, I am sure to return as a paying customer. And I got this awesome air freshener to keep my car smelling nice and fresh. I love. It.

But I was feeling lazy so I let someone else do it. The main entrance for Otters is in the back. You pull up to a machine and select what type of wash you want and if interior is to be cleaned. Both times there was an employee there to help so I guess the machine is confusing. Once my card was slipped into the machine and paid for. I headed in to get the exterior washed. This is the usual. A conveyer belt pulls you along as water, soap, more water and a blow dry occurred. Great onto the interior. Coming out of the wash you make a left, a sharp left. If not, you are headed out. Someone pointed where I should park. They told me I can wait inside. The waiting room is not huge but decent size. A big window to look at the cars going through the wash. There is a counter area which has a coffee machine and free snacks. Yes, I said free. Chips, cookies, fruit packs, energy bars, and pastry. Under the counter is a small fridge filled with soft drinks and water. I took a water. I was in the room for maybe 20 or 30 minutes while they did my car. An employee told me my car was ready. My goodness, It was clean. I tipped them and headed home in my shiny clean car

Good quality if you ask me, you can get a wash every day if you need to. It's what you would expect from a drive thru car wash so don't expect immaculate detailing. Often times the windshield shows streaks afterwards because the tags they use are not the cleanest when they wipe the car down after the wash. It's good enough though, if you're looking for convenience and value!

Hey. I had a coupon. So I was reluctant. I'm a true…read morebeliever that if you want something done right - you do it yourself. And this was the case. The drive through is tight. Be warned. Your screen options of choices is wonderful. Full of options .. from ceramic coating to just a basic wash. So- I chose the hot carnuba wax wash. They do seem to have some monthly plans to get washes. It's pretty nice. So I drove through , and it's fast. So fast that the dryer does nothing. About the same as me blowing on it. It's all ok, they have a towel service...That you do yourself. I'm cool with that. So , as I'm drying off about 40% of the side of my vehicle is dirty. You can see where the brushes tried. I wasn't even really dirty. Again - I did t expect much, so it's whatever. One of the "options" was a bug removal. --yea that's trash. My front end was still covered. Most of these drive through places have someone there with a brush. Not here. So. Wheels dirty. Side dirty and the dryer was trash. I went through the Watershed Car Wash with my 2021 Toyota Tundra, and during the wash I heard a…read moreloud noise. Immediately after exiting the wash, I noticed that part of the front grille assembly had been damaged/missing. I reported the damage to the staff immediately and completed an incident report requesting that the damage be repaired. Despite the incident being documented, the car wash refused to take responsibility or cover the repair. I understand that damage can happen, but when a customer reports an issue immediately after hearing something break during the wash, I expect the business to properly investigate and stand behind its service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I would recommend taking photos of your vehicle before using this car wash.
