I reached out on Monday and by that evening I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after I received information about their Silver Package which included a hand wash exterior service and deep clean detailing interior. The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

I'm not sure if they were trying to take advantage of my trust, or if they just don't do it very well, but I'd steer clear and look elsewhere if you're looking for any sort of interior detail work. I had thought the price was going to be worth it, and if they had done a really good job and paid attention to details and not skipped over entire areas, I think it would have been worth the price.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS! My boyfriend took his car here to get the strips removed from his charger…read more.. just to get the car back in worse condition. The owner was made aware of the situation and refuses to make it right. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. It would've been fine if they just were honest and took accountability for their mistake. Instead they agreed to make it right and once they realized how bad the damage really was, they decide to deny everything and refuse to make it right.

Jam showed up on a holiday weekend and jammed right into getting the job done. I'm so impressed. So happy. My son was shocked and impressed as well. This company is top notch! Let me explain:…read more I found out recently that I was going to have to trade in my car. It's a long story. I scheduled an appraisal at a dealership but was forgetting one small detail. My car needed to be detailed! It was filthy. My 80lb doberman, moving, and iced coffee spills are just a few of the things causing a huge stench in my car. So I searched and found this small mobile company, hoping for a good price and a decent job. When I contacted Nice Detail I explained my situation and was given a great quote! I thought, this is too good of a price for 1. Not having to drive anywhere since they are mobile. 2. This is water-less? How is that even possible? AND 3. How DIRTY my car was. I feel like I did when I drove my car off the dealership lot. It's spotless! A true detail that was worked hard on in the parking lot of my job, without water. My carpets & seats were shampooed, my console & dashboard are like NEW looking, and my baby is SHINING. Can I just add that at the end of the detailing being done, I found out I didn't have to trade in my car -- I got a brand new looking car that I get to keep. So ecstatic. Thank you Chauncy w/ Nice Detail! You rock!
