Not using that on my glass or interior. Also from their website, "Lint-free, scratch-safe towels perfect for drying, polishing, and achieving that streak-free finish on your vehicle's exterior and interior surfaces." NOT TRUE. The bin where these towels could be were empty in all bays. You have to go find a person and ask for towels. They will give you 2. There is no water available to soak towels or a chamois. The attendant said so. The vacuum? Not bad. Sucked like the rest of the experience. This place has become increasingly ghetto over time. Too bad. Wont be renewing my membership as they no longer deliver on what they claim--consistently. There are multiple competitors within view of this place. Will be giving them a try soon.

I've been coming to this location over the past 4+ years and I've have always had consistent top tier service. The crew is always super friendly and helpful. You can count on cars being lined up before they even open at 9:00 a.m.. I arrived at 8:55 a.m. on Sunday morning for my 9:00 a.m. full detail appointment. I was finally able to pull my car into the bay at 9:15am Note: A lane for cars that have appointments would be great! That way appointments can be greeted and checked in when they arrive. But that's a nice to have :) Today they had complimentary coffee and powdered donut holes. Note: only powdered creamer. It would be great if there were a vending machine in the waiting area. An opportunity for the business owners to bring in more revenue as well. I really like that they have a comfy waiting area and complimentary Wi-Fi for those that wait for their vehicle. So great for the customers that stay and wait. When I get the detailed service it can take up to 2 hours. Today's detailed service was not my best experience here. It took approximately 75 minutes versus 120 minutes. And when I got in my car I understood why. There was still debris on my carpet, my console and cup holders were not cleaned my screens had fingerprints and were Dusty my whole steering wheel and dash areas were still dusty. My side view mirrors were still dirty, vanity mirrors dirty rear view mirror 30 and still bug poo on my rear windshield. The most stressful part was noticing that one of the buttons on my steering wheel was missing. The manager did call me and he is looking for the button, if unable to find it he will order me a new one from Amazon. Great follow-up and customer service! From my perspective, When you spend over $200 for a car detail you would think all of these things would be checked before the owner is called to pick up their car. I pay extra because I want those details taken care of. Instead I spent time inspecting the details and having someone help me clean these areas at the exit. Not the best experience. I did send a note to management about this experience so they can ensure it doesn't happen to other customers in the future. Management did follow up promptly and offer solutions. Based on my experience this time, I don't believe I'll be back for detailing, but I will be back for simple car washes. I'll be back because the service is friendly and great.

This continues to be our car wash of choice. The team members outside are always very polite and helpful. They help me get my wheels lined up in the track. Then they scrub down the windshield front and back manually to get things going. For $39.95 a month you get their Premier services which not only washes your car but adds special coatings and water repellent and a huge drying system. That generally works pretty well. Once through that part of the car wash, you're welcome to drive around into one of their stones and they have products to shine your wheels, overall cleaning products, and fragrance products if you would like your car to smell good. It's a one stop shop and I like that concept. They are located in Leander , west Old Hwy 183 and Hero Way. We feel it's a great value for the cost and we enjoy the products they provide to detail the car ourselves. If you live in the area, consider giving them a try!!
