Vacuum, wash, interior wipe and tire shine. This was is $31. That's okay with me because I have to do absolutely nothing except wait 20 minutes in their lobby which is clean, smells nice, and offers free coffee. The first time I went, the teens working there didn't vacuum my car out very well and this did frustrate me because at that price point, the service needs to be great. Came back today for another wash, mentioned to the manager (John) that it wasn't done well last time. He made a note, literally, on the window for a manager to check my car when done. I actually had a manager (Armando) tell me to wait a few more minutes so that he could check it. This time it was perfect! Feeling excited about my nice clean car and feeling like I got the service that I paid for! I just have to say, many are quicker to write a negative review than to actually approach a manager with a problem. All it took was a gentle mention of a previous issue to John and he was able to make sure the job was done better this time. No business is going to be perfect but if you can offer criticism kindly, I think you'll find most places will make it up to you. Thank you wash tub. I reached out on Monday and by that evening I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after I received information about their Silver Package which included a hand wash exterior service and deep clean detailing interior. The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

The team members outside are always very polite and helpful. They help me get my wheels lined up in the track. Then they scrub down the windshield front and back manually to get things going. For $39.95 a month you get their Premier services which not only washes your car but adds special coatings and water repellent and a huge drying system. That generally works pretty well. Once through that part of the car wash, you're welcome to drive around into one of their stones and they have products to shine your wheels, overall cleaning products, and fragrance products if you would like your car to smell good. It's a one stop shop and I like that concept. They are located in Leander , west Old Hwy 183 and Hero Way. We feel it's a great value for the cost and we enjoy the products they provide to detail the car ourselves. If you live in the area, consider giving them a try!!
