The owner was made aware of the situation and refuses to make it right. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. The team was fantastic to work with and they provided me with a quote to come back later for the panoramic moonroof, and even took the time to write up quotes for removing and re-tinting my 2023 Tundra, plus a quote for my daughter's vehicle. ​I also noticed they carry a great selection of other aftermarket parts, like dash cams and automated running boards. If you are looking for high-quality tint and a team that provides excellent service, I highly recommend them! They are very professional and not pushy at all with their sales.
