Today I came by to wash and vacuum my car on my membership. When my car got through the wash there were no empty stalls and one person was already waiting so I was second in line. Shortly, there was a third car waiting so there were three cars just hovering in the parking lot waiting for an empty stall. A young man who was doing the drying of cars under the canopy came over and asked me to move. I told him I would be glad to but I wasn't sure where to go because I really needed to vacuum my car out before I left. I am aware that during the week employees will sometimes park in the stalls on the far right and I saw there was a Kia Sportage that no one was in and no one was around, parked in that far right stall. I asked the young man, "Is that Kia an employee's car?" He confirmed that it was an employee's car. I then said, "They really should move the car so that someone can use that stall because we now have three cars waiting." His attitude is what really made me write this review. He could have said several things but unfortunately what he said was, "It's fine!" I said, "No, it's not fine. We have three cars hovering in the parking lot and more coming through!" He kind of laughed and said again,"It's fine!" While I 100% realize that it was a busy time of day on a weekend I would highly highly suggest in the future, especially during busy weekends, that employees do not take up valuable stalls for their personal covered parking but leave it open for paying customers. I saw this young man go over and tell his other coworkers about our conversation and was laughing about it. I'm a grown woman and I understand he may not be mature enough to know how to handle the situation but I think it warrants speaking to employees about how to handle the times when things like this happen. During the work week it's probably fine for the employees to park in the stalls when every one is not needed but on the weekend, when every stall is needed, especially during busy times, it would probably be best for employees not to park there so that everyone can use the stalls in a timely manner; especially those of us paying for a membership! I drive a brand new 2026 RAM truck with just over 700 miles on it. This is not a work truck -- it is meticulously maintained and in near-showroom condition. While entering the wash, I was being guided but was slightly misaligned. Instead of stopping me and asking me to reposition (which I later saw them do for another customer), an employee physically pushed on the side of my truck bed to force it onto the track. When I got home, I discovered two indentations in the side of my truck exactly where the employee applied pressure. The force used was enough to bend the metal on a vehicle with 700 miles on it. I immediately returned to the location as instructed by customer service. What happened next was worse than the damage itself. The manager on duty: Did not introduce himself Did not inspect the vehicle Did not apologize Did not document the incident Showed clear irritation that I was even there When I asked to file a report, I was treated as though I was inconveniencing him. I was misdirected, left waiting, and ultimately ignored completely -- even while standing just a few feet away. At no point did anyone take ownership of the situation. To make matters worse, the entrance to this wash is extremely tight, and I observed another truck having the same alignment issue while I was there. This is clearly not an isolated problem. I have used other car wash companies for over 10 years without a single incident. I chose this location because it was convenient, but after this experience, I will not return. If you care about your vehicle, I would strongly recommend going to another car wash owned by another company.

They do offer a club membership where you can have discounted car washes for a monthly fee. They have an outside sitting area with a soda machine. They have a store inside where you can buy greeting cards and touristy type things. Ultimately, They did a fine job. Outside of my car looked good. The inside of my car was just ok, could've been better. I can see dirt on the console and the rugs could've been vacuumed more thoroughly. They were fast, I was there 15-20 minutes.
