I visited Soapy Falls for a single Ultimate Wash. My SUV was heavily soiled after not washing it for over a year. After the wash, I enjoyed the complimentary towel dry, the tire and wheel service, and complimentary vacuums. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As I was cleaning my floor mats in the machine (super neat), the owner or manager came by and saw that there were a few spots that were still a bit dirty and offered for me to go back through the wash. I thought that was super thoughtful![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I spent quite some time vacuuming and cleaning the interior with the provided towels. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have a monthly membership for the full cleaning package. It has made it very easy to get in and out in a timely manner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Even when the line looks long, it doesn't take that long to continue. You can tell that the workers there are efficient at what they do. I recently went a few days ago, and Jackson did a great job with drying my car. It didn't seem like there were any missed spots. I also noticed that he was good about making sure cars further back in line were taken care of if the employee at the front of the line was still working on a car. read more

I am sorry this is the only way I can be sure the right person sees this. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried to call twice during business hours but preferred not to leave a message.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Today I came by to wash and vacuum my car on my membership. When my car got through the wash there were no empty stalls and one person was already waiting so I was second in line. Shortly, there was a third car waiting so there were three cars just hovering in the parking lot waiting for an empty stall. A young man who was doing the drying of cars under the canopy came over and asked me to move. I told him I would be glad to but I wasn't sure where to go because I really needed to vacuum my car out before I left. I am aware that during the week employees will sometimes park in the stalls on the far right and I saw there was a Kia Sportage that no one was in and no one was around, parked in that far right stall. I asked the young man, "Is that Kia an employee's car?" He confirmed that it was an employee's car. I then said, "They really should move the car so that someone can use that stall because we now have three cars waiting." His attitude is what really made me write this review. He could have said several things but unfortunately what he said was, "It's fine!" I said, "No, it's not fine. We have three cars hovering in the parking lot and more coming through!" He kind of laughed and said again,"It's fine!" While I 100% realize that it was a busy time of day on a weekend I would highly highly suggest in the future, especially during busy weekends, that employees do not take up valuable stalls for their personal covered parking but leave it open for paying customers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I saw this young man go over and tell his other coworkers about our conversation and was laughing about it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm a grown woman and I understand he may not be mature enough to know how to handle the situation but I think it warrants speaking to employees about how to handle the times when things like this happen. During the work week it's probably fine for the employees to park in the stalls when every one is not needed but on the weekend, when every stall is needed, especially during busy times, it would probably be best for employees not to park there so that everyone can use the stalls in a timely manner; especially those of us paying for a membership! To my surprise, the attendant gave me a free wash for the Hutto location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I gave it a shot. The coupon worked fine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everyone who worked there was pleasant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The car wash I normally use in South Austin seems to hire from recent prison releases. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Anyhow, the vacuums were much stronger than I expected. My only complaint is that the vacuums and air compressors are so strong that you need ear protection. If I lived in the area I would certainly go back. read more

Lemme tell ya. This place is not competent. Back in September, I was spending $30 bucks a month for the Gucci car wash. For NO reason, they cut me off. Some issue in their end. About 2 weeks ago, I tried again, and they sold me a basic wash monthly pass for $13.99 per month on sale.... Well except that they didn't. I come back through the wash today,and they never sold me the monthly..... [[HIGHLIGHT]]You had my business, and then you gave it up.... For no reason. Excellent car wash! I have their unlimited wash package for around $28/mo, which includes everything I could want. Important to me is a good wipe down, clean wheels, and tire dressing. I'm there every Wednesday morning and have had an excellent experience every time. It's a wash, not full detail, so I do take about 10-minutes to use their vacuum and microfiber towels to hit the few areas the machines don't get, and it keeps my car looking great. Never been to a more clean and thorough car wash, and I'm pretty picky. The people have been extremely nice too. I do tip the wipe-down guy $5 consistently, and I can tell he appreciates it and gives extra attention (it's usually the same guy). read more

I have been a member since they opened. Experience thus far, the was doesn't get my truck clean all over. To start, the person at the front of the line is not needed, they spend no time to actually make a difference removing bugs, etc. and also, the people drying your car and windows really don't care, I have never had a satisfactory result, like I used to have at Mister. The hand towel dry is very sloppy. The back of the car doesn't seem to get washed at all. The wheels are not washed only the tires get a treatment. Over all the Ultimate car wash (the top of their line) leaves a lot to wish for. read more
