They've been billing the card I used to pay for one wash at $29.99 every month for well over a year, maybe more! Car washes are a part of our routine. We try to make it weekly, although if it was up to my husband, we would be there daily. All our cars have been through here. Avoid this car wash at all costs. The people that work at this location are extremely nice which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one. Half of the vacuums don't work. I had to relocate my truck 3x. No towels at all. Had to walk over to one of the attendants to ask for a few which is fine but why are they not being refilled at the stations? The trash cans were overflowing. Whenever I come here I always get food service there's always young people and they are all kind. On this recent visit I had an issue when coming inside the tunnel, I was afraid to say the least because I had my baby with me but the gentleman in charge of the cars coming in helped me out and calmed me down, it was not a huge deal but you know, when inside the tunnel and with machines in top of your car... Perfectly good car wash! I bring my car through the wash every so often for dirt and dust and such. My car looks much better after taking her through the Wash 'N Roll -- although it's never been the deepest clean, it's perfect for some routine tidying of the outside. It's also very affordable! The real beauty of Wash 'N Roll, to me, lies in its free vacuum and cleaning stations. They have powerful vacuums, big trash cans, and rags with cleaning sprays for you to use. It's also free! I've popped by Wash 'N Roll many a time just to clean out the inside of my car...and then rolled through the washer just because I was already there. LAST UPDATE: five completely flipped my review around. There is a new manager that took over the district named Aaron. He called me today to go over all my concerns. He explained that he recently took over a while back. I also have noticed that the towels have all been replaced with new microfiber towels, the vacuum lines have all been fixed. A lot of this seems to be efforts on the part of this new manager. He really seems to be on top of things and continuing to make improvements. He's actually helping I'm gonna be working on training the staff on the first come first serve model for when you pull up. read more

This location is absolutely wonderful, as soon as you drive in the employees approach you with a warm welcome and smile. They actually towel dry your vehicle (which was a first for me, since I always have to do that part). You can tell the management and customer service is top notch and they care about their business. It is very clean and they offer clean towels so you can clean the inside of your car, with that they offer spay for your windows, refresher and a small station to clean your fabric mats. They also offer free vacuums so you can clean your car, I unfortunately had to move spots because one of them wasn't working but it was no issue. As an ex employee I highly don't recommend this place. They management is so far the worst I have ever seen. There's a reason the turnover rate is so high. They underpay every employee for how much they have to deal with. They clearly don't care at all about their employees. They pay them 8 dollars an hour, train them to the bare minimum, chew out and talk down to them while being very unreasonable, and will screw over them and not care. I worked 35-40 hours each week for 6 months and I'd only get 100-125 dollars on my paycheck every week. And I was given alot of responsibility and got bitched at on the daily. Managers are given no life outside of work(most work 7 days a week because of lack of managers) and all managers make under 50k a year(other car Wash's like Mister pay 65-80k a year). That's not even the assistant managers. They have a world of responsibility and make only 11 dollars an hour. Which I think is totally not okay. My boss's couldn't even take days off. If they wanted too request a day off, they had to request it a year in advanced! And even at, alot of the time they didn't get it because the lack of managers to cover. Which is very selfish because they only reason they do that is because they don't wanna give away anymore money. (Trust me, I know the owners) but most importantly, there is little to no training on safety. Which is important for a carwash being that it's VERY dangerous to work at a carwash. As for the wash. It's definitely not worth what you pay. The equipment and software is outdated(at my wash, the system would crash about every 2 hours) and the chemicals are very cheap and don't work very well. When you buy a wash n wax for a example. The wax is only applied of the hood and windshield. (When other wash's cover the whole vehicle) And it is never enough to be noticable or protect your car from dirt, the sun, and other things. (Which is what it's supposed to do.) The tunnels are some of the dirtiest places I've ever seen in business. It's to the point where it's impossible to clean. A hundred times worse than the vacuum lanes. Which are always way to dirty. This is not an angry review or anything like that. I just wanted to let you know what is happening there. What I say is if you want to go to a carwash that does things like what I said, Go to wash n roll. If you don't, go somewhere else. Wash n roll doesn't deserve your money. Give your money to someone that's gonna take care of you and your car. I recommend Soap Box or Mister. That's where your gonna get your money's worth. If you get a carwash here. Had an issue with my brand new 2018 ram where I went into there car wash with no scratches (new truck with less than 16k miles) and came out of the car wash with scratches on the passenger and driver side both in the same places. Along with my fenders having swirl scratches. When I submitted a claim with them I received a email back stating that it was not their fault! This place keeps my car looking like new. Staff are always very friendly. I got stuck in it once. Within seconds there was someone at my window explaining what is happening and that my car is safe. Once they solved the problem they put my car back through and ensured it was perfect. My son loves going through which is cool as it kills time when you need to. Thanks for the awesome service. HOWEVER, if you can't provide quality customer service or even TALK to your customers and you are a service advisor maybe you should get another job. First and last time at the wash n roll. Damn thing sounds like it's beating the hell out of your car. When I got out to vacuum I noticed it ripped my door handle apart and now I have a bolt in my tire... made a claim and they tell me I have to wait until Monday or Tuesday before I can hear something back which its now Friday.. I don't have a spare that I can use and now the bolt is now gone because I had to drive home like that which I live 2 minutes away and my tire is now completely FLAT. I have to work every day until Tuesday and now I can't even get my car to a place to get it fixed without getting it towed. The manager said there was nothing he could do until I hear back about the claim on Monday or Tuesday. This place is a JOKE and should be SHUT DOWN. Terrible customer service. What a sad day for me today. I tried for more than 6 weeks to cancel online, by leaving voice mails and texts at all the numbers they have. I only want to cancel because we moved and they are not in my location but today we had to drive all the way out of town to a location to cancel. They charged me for another month unnecessarily but at least I got a receipt showing May 24th we are done and certainly they will not try to charge me after that - but rest assured I will check. Sadly I would have recommended them to anyone but now there are options and I am encouraging everyone to consider them first. read more

I have been using this location for a long time. It isn't always perfect but the monthly pass is worth the money. Everyone there is super friendly and they work hard. If you have bird issues all you have to do is point it out and they will take the time to spray it off before going into the wash. The vacuum bays are always stocked and I love the mat cleaner. This review is for the Round Rock location and their lack of response to my multiple phone calls/messages regarding my account. I went in person on 8/2 to cancel my account as I was moving out of state the next day. I have the receipt saying my account was cancelled and was reassured that I would not be charged again for my monthly unlimited car wash package. Well I was definitely charged again a few days later and by then I had already moved, so I could no longer go there in person to get this issue resolved. Since then I have called every single day multiple times (like a crazy person ) trying to get someone on the phone. Nobody ever answers and so I have left several voicemails and gotten no response. I have also emailed them multiple times and used their text option as well. ‍‍ It's very frustrating not being able to get anyone to return my calls or try to fix this situation and to now be out of state so I can't just simply go down there in person. I've even noticed the manager out there helping his employees, which sets an amazing example to the younger ones who work for him. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I cannot believe management has uneducated kids working at a car wash. Screwed my whole alignment in my truck and my tires and rims due to poor directions on where my truck needed to be. Not only did this kid not know the difference between his left and his right while poorly guiding my truck, but he also failed to actually do his job on scrubbing down the windshield and hood of my truck before going into the wash. I have a monthly membership and went to the location in Cedar Park on Parmer and was told my wash had already been used that day by Aiden the girl who was working at the time. I pointed out that it was obvious that I hadn't gotten a wash in a couple of weeks, but she replied nothing she could do. I asked for a manager and she replied that the was not one there at that time. Extremely poor customer service and no sense of care on her part.
