The basic wash works just fine for me. I recently received a $5 coupon and I took advantage of it to upgrade to the basic plus wash. The basic plus did a great job and it was a perfect Prelim for my wax and seal job that kept me occupied for the rest of the morning. They did replace and upgrade their vacuums. The do offer memberships that allows you to skip the line.

I told him to call back & leave a message since I wasn't going to turn on the light to take a number. He did not call back to leave the number. He clearly needs customer service training. No one calls that early. They're not even good as a car wash. They barely have water that hits the car, one rotating brush is far and doesn't touch the car, and have few blowers to ensure your car is still wet when you leave. They also pile in cars so tight, the car sensors go off the entire wash. GO Car Wash has water & people to try the car & it was way cheaper only 2 blocks away.
