I had two cars done. The first was a 2014 Acura MDX we're getting ready to upgrade, so I had it detailed to get it ready to sell. Adam came out and did such a great job I made an appointment for my 2012 Challenger. The Acura is the family car so it gets a lot more use and I was impressed how much it looked like new afterward, particularly the interior. My Challenger is black and I wanted to have the swirl marks in the clear coat buffed out. Even though I take it through Wash N Roll at least four times every week and thoroughly clean the interior two or three times per month I wanted a full detail to give it that almost like new appearance the Acura had. Completely different experience. First, I had made a morning appointment and I got a request from Adam a couple days beforehand to ask me to change it to the afternoon to accommodate another client, which I did even though it wasn't as good for me. When he arrived he indicated he wasn't that sure he was going to be able to wax the swirl marks out like other detail places can. He said he'd give it his best shot but wouldn't charge me for the wax if he couldn't. I didn't reveal it but I wasn't thrilled to hear this worrying this might be a waste of my time. He then gave me a time frame of how long it should take him to get the exterior detailed. I reminded him I wanted the full detail and he seemed surprised, but said he'd do it. About two hours later he knocked on the door to say he was done. He didn't do the interior detail. I printed this out, and that it was getting close to when I had to leave to catch my daughter's volleyball game. Twenty-five minutes later he knocked again. I inspected the car, and while it looked clean, that was it. Not only did the interior not looked "detailed" (just vacuumed and wiped down, exactly how it does after I spend about 10-15 minutes on the interior at Wash n Roll) I noticed my rims were still dirty. When I pointed it out to him, he replied (thinly veiling his annoyance) "Well I thought your main concern was the waxing". I had told him no less than three times I wanted the exact same service he'd done on the other car PLUS waxing. He went back to work for a bit but I had to cut it short or I was going to miss my kid's game. Adam did give me a discount, but my car looked no better in any way than it does after I spend a half hour at the car wash. Money totally wasted. Furthermore, there is white wax residue all over my car. It's going to take me at least an hour to get it all off. I would not recommend Southern Touch. read more

Ditto, but the oddest thing is reading the review above made me think MY husband was writing it about MY car....guess I'm just another happy spouse out there! they just came this past weekend and did a bang-up job on my older small SUV. I think their prices are very reasonable considering they had 2 guys working tirelessly on my car for several hours. I could put it in a showroom after they finished. And this is coming from a disastrous spill over the holidays when I was feeling very Ho Ho Ho and bringing Egg Nog lattes to an office when one ENTIRE large spilled all over my passenger seat and carpet. What is one to do ? I ignored it thinking my kid's Cheerios and other matter would hide it until I could get it professionally cleaned. Great job guys! You are my new fav mobile detailing! read more

First - I have never had a car detailed but I had been considering having my 2011 Camry done. Since I have nothing to compare it to as far as other detailers, I will just give you my basic experience. I began looking through Yelp for places close by and Southern Touch got great reviews. I have quite a few scratches and some bug residue so I wasn't sure what package to purchase. I called and talked with the owner and he agreed to take a look. What I appreciated is he didn't try to talk me into the most expensive packaged and said he would do what he could with the combo (Interior / Exterior) Unfortunately, my bug issue was more than he could restore - not his fault because I waited too long to get it off . As far as the interior / exterior, I am very pleased with the outcome. Nice job on detail and best of all - he came to the office to do it. read more

As said by many reviewers before me, "Adam is awesome." I don't really have to say more, but in general, I needed my car detailed on the inside because it had become really "crispy" and messy since my wife and I got it in 2012. It's a Hyundai Sonata 2.0 Turbo and with leather seats. The seats had typical stains made by kids spilling drinks and crayons melting into the leather after being left in the car on a hot summer day, etc.. Thank God no dogs had been in the car because that mess would have been on another level. So I sought out Adam and Southern Touch Custom Detail, and he worked with me even as he faced adversity such as a major piece of equipment being down, limiting some of his mobile services. I took my car out to him, and he kept it for three hours, as he estimated, and by the time he returned the car to me, it looked like it had three hours of attention to detail it had not had, ever, on the inside. The seats were clean and all of the stains were just gone! The coffee stains and junk on the center console was gone! All stains just about everywhere were gone, and the car basically felt, smelled, and looked like a brand new car, much like the way we got it at the dealership. It was ready to be sold if need be, but since it's so clean, I don't want to trade it in because it feels so new. Adam did a fantastic job detailing the interior, even washing the car and the shining up the wheels and tires just because. The price he charged for all of that was simply $105. It was the most satisfying $100 or so bucks I have spent in a long time on anything. Check out my photos of the car in the photos section, you'll see visually what I mean. The best detail ever. I had him clean the interior of caked on grime of my friend's car. I had no idea the 6 year old mats could be clean again. The bad mildew/rain smell of windows left open is gone. The seats were scrubbed so thoroughly. He spend 2.5 hours just on the interior. Best $100 bucks ever spent on cleaning a car. Just had my mini van detailed by Southern Touch Custom Detail. Adam showed up and was super nice. (Yes, he comes to you!) My van is just about 6 years old and has NEVER been detailed. I have 4 kids and let me tell you it was DIRTY! (Even Adam said it was pretty bad.) After he worked his magic though, my van looks brand new and smells so fresh. Adam cleaned the carpets, the mats, the seats and even the ceiling, as well as everything else. I am SO PLEASED with the results. And the price was great. I purchased a discounted detailing through Tippr or Groupon, and it was well worth it. It had been awhile since my car's last cleaning, and after Adam and co. got through with it, it looked like new, inside and out. The exterior was spotless with the tires sparkling. The interior was immaculate, and the thing I liked most was that there wasn't all that greasy, overdone armor-all crap all over the place. They also didn't over do the interior scent. It takes a little time, but what do you expect from close to perfection. My only criticism would be cost, but you know that aspect going into it. Amazing!! Adam did an awesome job detailing our boat. We decided at the last minute that we wanted to have the boat detailed for the weekend and Adam was super accommodating and able to work us into his schedule. No other place that I contacted even made an effort to do so, but I'm glad they didn't b/c now we know how great Southern Touch is.
