I came on a Monday morning so it wasn't packed and I was out of there in about 20 minutes. I almost forgot what my car looked liked when it was clean, especially on both sides of the windshield as it has gotten foggy with grime. Vacuuming picked up sand from a recent beach trip and other ungodly dirt that took up residence. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner.
