Have to take to small claims for damages to my vehicle. Reporting to BBB. They refused to provide insurance. Will provide photos and further details after court. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM. Edit: You yourself said my car was in great condition when I arrived Fighting your customers is not a good look, the documentation exists, but I provide it to the court not you. Or to insurance which you said existed but refused to give to me. You said yourself "it's fine. Insurance will take care of it. It's just a write off for me anyway" with no regard for decency, and make sure to mention lawyers to me to try to scare me into submission. But when it comes to it, you would not provide the Insurnace say that I must provide everything to you for you to submit. Any person who's been an adult for two minutes knows that that's not how insurance works. You charge sales tax on a direct deposit which is fraud. You can't hold people to terms of service if they are not explicitly made to agree by signature or acceptance. You know my claims are not exaggerated, I have everything on video. You offered a full refund after I told you I had to wear with all to take you to court, but the way that you and your mother were insulting me, and refusing to work with me and the further damage I found left me with no choice, but do not accept the bare minimum. Unfortunately for you, you do not have the protections of a business as you are not registered in Texas with an LLC. read more

I needed a detail pretty quickly after some messy dogs in my backseat. I not only have two of my own dogs, but I also transport for a rescue, so there's lots of mess and fur. Going to clean 2 cars from 6am -10 am. on a Sunday they had car trouble arrived at 8:30. Did not bring what was needed for pet hair ( their statement not mine) "Cleaned" two cars in 1.5 hours cars were SOAKING WET. Floor mats with standing water. As car dried one could see dirt was wet then dried in place, not clean. Windshield had glue from old campground tags, not cleaned off . Floor mats still look muddy. None of this showed wet. The men were rude and in my next days communication was told " We started this business to make money, not to be people pleasers and be used above our means." Mind you each car was to take two hours with two peoples attention they hid both in 1.5 hours and were paid despite this. I will be reporting to the BBB. These young men are in a customer service business and this was awful. I have posted some of the pics from the following day in the am. Please take their time to read their response to me. My "Boomer" mentality is customer- supplier. I am not doing them a favor. They made $180 in1.5 hours. Dirt does not embed and Interior detailing for $100 DOES INCLUDE CLEAN WINDOWS ! . All of this occurred for the wake up text at 5:20 am - they texted at 6:30 showed at 8:30 on Mother's Day Sunday and I was not as pleasant with them as they wish. No problem I will only go with older people and not give young people a chance to have their own business. Good luck gentlemen. Asked for a full interior and exterior detail and got exactly that. The price was competitive for shops you have to take your car into, but they come to your home! I got a quote in 5 minutes and they were in my driveway 30 minutes later. They finished up quickly and I couldn't be happier with the results.
