First time trying car wash in general. I would say 80-90% you can make your car nice and clean but still some left over stain especially on the rear windshield/window. My bad that I was driving too slow to get the soap on the rear windows... but I'm happy for the end product but hope I knew the process better. But I can try again. Good one to try again one day! This wash is hit or miss. I come in the evening to avoid the heat in the day. Tonight it took my $7 and told me to pull in. I did so until it said stop. Machine started up, washed the back half of my car and then shut iff. Sign flashes "exit wash now". The entire front half was still dirty and there, of course, is nobody anywhere to check with. Unless you just want to donate your money to the guy who tuns Express Oil Change, I recommend you spend a couple bucks more and go to one of the other hundred or so car washes that have an attendant . This isn't the first time I've had some issue with nobody to assist and I assure you that I've learned my lesson. Goodbye, after 5 years. read more

Used to have a membership here and thought the service was pretty decent. Unfortunately they got rid of all the original people which made it a nice place to go. Prices went up twice and at that point it became on affordable and unrealistic. Went back recently to wash my new car. When I got out to vacuum it, I noticed half a dozen spots that did not get cleaned. I chose the basic wash which was eight dollars. Not Impressed... I had not been to this car wash in probably about a year. I had previously told and showed the management that their wash left Blue water drips and marks all over my white car. I figure by now they would have fixed that, but take a look a my pictures from yesterday. Disappointing Also, I used the Yelp checkin and received a $3 discount code on the $10 Ultimate Wash. The system would not accept the code "invalid" and so I ended up paying the full $10. Disappointing Won't be going back again... unless they can fix the blue residue issue, which seems to occur on all of their different wash types I've tried in the past. read more

My husband took his car in to be washed subpar first and last visit. He put a $20.00 bill in he was due $10.00 change on the receipt is shows that the change was not dispensed and to see the "attendant" no attendant was on duty. We call and no one answers. I do not wish to leave a voice mail. It would be nice if we could get our money and no we don't want a free wash or gift card. read more

When the wash is working this place would probably get 3.5 to 4 stars but the wash is never working. After getting an oil change next door I got a code for a free wash. Went and entered the code and the readout said to wait as the car wash was in use. I could see the wash wasn't in use but like a dummy I waited. After 5 minutes I left and just vacuumed my car. The time precious to this after my oil change there was an out of order sign in the wash. I came back a couple of days later and got my car washed. It's an inexpensive wash but you get what you paid for. read more

I call this the glass car wash because the whole place is see through. There is no attendant. you just drive up, insert either money or a credit card and choose your wash. The lights tell you when you drive in (slowly) and when you go over the bump you stop and it does it's thing. I have never done more than a $5 wash and it's very decent. There are brushes on the side and top of the car and it moves the length of the car as it washes. Then a timer tells you the rinse time as you slowly drive out and a 2nd timer, shows you the dry time. Then there are free vacuums and I assume it's open 24 hours as there is no attendant. Anyway, for the price, it's a great deal and my Nissan Xterra does fine in there. read more

I have been to this car wash a few times and it has worked great. I just noticed they have a great Yelp deal going for $50 you get $75 worth of washes. Since I like to keep my car clean it made total sense for me to get this deal. The wash does a great job and is very quick and efficient. I think I have about 2 or 3 washes of credit left on my deal so I'll have to get another one soon. Overall, my favorite wash for me and my family/friends in cedar park. read more

I ran my Ford Edge through the express auto wash this morning and it worked great! I chose the ultimate wash after a three day cross country road trip. Bugs, dirt and grime all gone!! Of course there are always spots on crossovers (and any car or truck) that cannot be reached, but I am very pleased with the outcome. Also,the facility was very well maintained and clean. Worse car wash experience ever! Do not waste your money. I had multiple drive through car wash experiences before, and not only this one didn't take the birds poop on my car out, it leaves stain and didn't dry completely. I had to use a towel to dry it myself. Geez... The only plus thing is that they have free vacuum, but spending $10 (got $3 off for check in) for the ultimate wash. I recently went to the express car wash. First the machine would not work and kept flashing in use the please drive forward, the stop/turn off wipers. It kept doing this until a man behind me drove to the neighboring building and what looked to be a manager came out and fixed it. When I got home to load the back of my car. I was concerned there was no attendant but not now...it was an easy procedure getting in/out the wash...because of the windows getting foamed up when I enter, I think I'll use my wipers next time so I can see where/when I need to stop for the wash cycle. read more

They have free vacuums and the car wash is the best in town for the price. They give a discount on the ultimate if you check in on yelp! I always do the ultimate that has the soft touch wash. I don't think touch free gets your car clean enough. read more

The actual car wash did the job on a car that hadn't been washed in about 6 months. Good job. There was also someone who answered the phone and my questions despite this being an unmanned station. However, I'm only giving this three stars because of two things: The discount code no longer works though I was told it would. As you are driving yourself through watch for the signs that tell you how many seconds longer you have for washing and drying. This is not one of those guide your car through for you car washes so in order to actually get your car dry you will have to pace yourself accordingly! read more

Car wash works well. I went in the evening and tried to use the Yelp code, but their machine wouldn't accept the code. Kind of annoying since I drove up from NW Austin to check it out. The actual wash is nice and free vacuums are great and new. I'll give the code a try again next time I'm in the area, but no more special trips. read more

Purchased the ultimate car wash for the first wash of my brand new F-150 today and during the wash it ripped both my wiper blades off. Mirrors were folded in a blades were off, just as the sign requests. Did the same to the car behind me. $10 for the wash that left spots all over, $50 for the new blades. Pretty sure I will not be returning. read more

I've been using this wash for years. Today, I went through this car wash. There were two cars ahead of me. I paid for the wash on my credit card and when the car ahead of me exited, I did not get the go forward light. I tried entering but the wash did not start. I backed up and paid for the wash again with my credit card. I received receipts for each transaction. The second time the car wash worked. There was no phone number on the receipt nor on the signs at the car wash to notify of problems. When I got home I googled Express Auto Wash and obtained a phone number. However, I tried calling the number but received a recording that the number was not working. So I notified my credit card company and posted a dispute. Going forward, if there are cars ahead of you in the car wash, do not pay for your wash until all cars have exited. You will not be reimbursed by the facility if there is a problem. read more
