I'm not a regular here as I prefer either hand washing my SUV or going to a touchless car wash facility. The folks that work here are very friendly and they do not usually try to upsell. The basic wash works just fine for me. I recently received a $5 coupon and I took advantage of it to upgrade to the basic plus wash. The basic plus did a great job and it was a perfect Prelim for my wax and seal job that kept me occupied for the rest of the morning. They did replace and upgrade their vacuums. This place! After cancelling with them, they continued charging for 2 months. When I called during the week, my calls were not returned. The GM waited until 7:23 am on a Saturday to call me back to inform me to call another number to get the refund for the second month. Since he woke me up before sunrise at 7:26 am, & they don't officially open until 8:00 am. I thought this was his way of getting back to me for canceling. I told him to call back & leave a message since I wasn't going to turn on the light to take a number. He did not call back to leave the number. He clearly needs customer service training. No one calls that early. They're not even good as a car wash. They barely have water that hits the car, one rotating brush is far and doesn't touch the car, and have few blowers to ensure your car is still wet when you leave. They also pile in cars so tight, the car sensors go off the entire wash. GO Car Wash has water & people to try the car & it was way cheaper only 2 blocks away. I agree with several of the reviewers about the facilities. 99% off the time, something is not working, whether it's the vacuum hose falling off or the air hose shooting out water. It's definitely gone downhill over the last couple of years. The Round Rock location on 620 and Oakwood is great. Never have a problem there, but I live in Leander, so my go to wash is not great. The manager told me she was expecting some materials to fix the problem, but haven't seen improvements yet. I've been an unlimited member for years when the 183 location was open. Never been asked to tip, though. read more

I got the Titanium wash and gave a 2 dollar tip. Carwash was way below expectations and complaining to the Manager was extremely poor service and a I don't care attitude. The wash left a great deal of water on my truck and others that I saw after my dismil wash. The manager stated that it was working as it should and nothing can or will be done. I told him that they have lost my business and it was a "oh well" attitude. Stay away, go to a better carwash. read more

The current trend in car washes seems to be moving away from full service car washes and toward higher-end drive through exterior only washes. In that respect, this location of Mister Car Wash is pretty awesome. It's a credit card or subscription only facility and it moves quickly. In fact, I got a compliment yesterday on how clean my car looked -- which is difficult because it's all black. This location doesn't do full-service -- so, the interior is self-serve if you want to use their vacuums. I prefer full-service just so I don't need to deal with vacuuming. But otherwise, I'd gladly visit this location regularly if I lived closer. read more

Nicely landscaped facility with free vacuums, and picnic table, Car Care Center vending machines, and carpet cleaning machine that needs some maintenance. Trash cans at every third vacuum spot, Plenty of ancillary parking spots and two entrances. It's after Valentine's Day. And they still play Christmas music, and why not? The office and break area is really clean and comes with complementary filtered water, and a Keurig where the manager-in-training was happy to prepare for me. He was the only one here, but he was hard at work maintaining the wash, and was very hospitable and shared a little about the new acquisition and improvements. I was a frequent customer of this location both with the previous company and Mister Carwash. Never did I have the issues before it changed to Mister Carwash. I keep going back, hoping that they will finally do something about the water spots. It's horrible. This along with the brushes not cleaning the entire vehicle make it worthless. When I've asked about it, I'm told the "filter was broken" or some other issue. It never gets resolved. Very disappointed as the location is convenient. read more

This car wash does a really great job. It's a bit pricey and I do wish they were open until 7 as it would make it easier to get there after work, but every time I go it gets my car super clean. I'm a member of their club and as long as you go a few times a month it's worth it. Almost looks like I got my car detailed after I go through. Highly recommend! read more

I was a member of this car wash for a few years. In the last 3 to 4 years, my vehicle has gotten damaged 3 times. The first couple of times my back windshield wiper was broken off and they got it fixed right away. I was told by the manager that the car wash brushes needed to be adjusted because that should not be happening. The 3rd time my vehicle was damaged, my passenger side mirror was torn off of the vehicle. This was the last straw. The manager at that time, Walter, was extremely unprofessional and I had to follow up with him several times to see what was happening with my claim. Fortunately, after several weeks, the claim was handled and they issued a check to the manufacturer to fix the damage. Unfortunately I have been waiting for about 4 months to get my mirror replaced. Hopefully I will have it fixed by early 2023. In the meantime, I have canceled my membership with this place and have moved on to BB Shines in Leander. Love that place! read more

Yet again, this is the only one that is open till 7. And the only one I can drive to after work before they close that gas vacuums. And this is the 2nd time I've spent driving on tolls to make it over here on time and their wash line is closed. This time due to electrical issues (again). Every other mister car wash I've been to has always been open, and never had issues. And the guy who I talked to (wearing normal clothes) said yea man idk it's an electrical issue and nothing we can do. Location - Cedar Park, TX (1431&Lakeline) My family are typical customers and pass by this location and use it frequently. Last March on my way home I stopped by for a quick wash. The kid in the office was nice but did not take the antenna off. I didn't notice either. While I headed into the hub of the wash, I noticed no one pushed my mirrors in like they normally do. Halfway through the wash, I could hear part of the equipment scrape across the right side of my van. I went through to use the vacuums and saw a 5" scratch. What I didn't notice right away was the antenna. It has never worked the same and reception is now poor. They aren't "responsible" for damage. So disappointed. I've now go a different route home to go get a better wash elsewhere. read more

I signed up for their unlimited Platinum Carwash and never got what I paid for they would send me thru with a basic wash which it half the price I have been paying. Today I specifically ask to make sure I got the Platinum Wash that I pay for and again just received the basic wash. I drove back thru and complained that I did not get the right wash so the worker got the Manager who came out never apologized or anything so I asked to speak to the owner she said they have no owner. I told her to cancel my membership she just said ok without any apology or attempt to keep my business! I feel like she could have done something or said something but did not. Avoid going to this car wash! My vehicle suffered damage to it's antenna which sits on top of the vehicle. After dealing with the general manager, he stated that although the antenna was not broken when the car went thru the wash the claim was denied because the antenna was weather rotted. How the hell can they determine the antenna was rotted (which is was definitely not)? Instead of doing the right thing by it's customers, this company pulls this bull instead. Pretty good service but not always open during their published hours. I showed up at 6:35 pm on a Monday and it was closed and probably had been for some time. The sign and their website says that they close at 7 pm. I pay for the monthly unlimited plan but find the hours here don't work for me. Wash and Roll is open until 8 pm on weekdays. There was no sign or explanation today, just cones blocking off the entrance. Frustrating!!!! read more

I waited a longer period of time one day than usual, and Mister's apologized and gave me a courtesy tire cleaning service. Thank you for always providing excellent service. I am a long-time customer and like many, noticed the downward turn in customer service. I visited Mr. Car Wash on Sunday, February 13th and paid for a Platinum wash, the higher end wash. Once the wash was completed, I dried the vehicle since the blowers don't remove all the water. Once finished, I noticed that the tires were not shined, the wheels were not remotely clean and the paint did not feel waxed, all included in the package. I flagged down a worker to show him and he agreed that these services did not look to be completed. I asked how the issue would be resolved and he responded that "we will give you a basic cleaning next time you are in." He then walked away with knowing who I was or any sort of coupon. I then flagged down another worker and explained the problem. Her response was "If you don't like it, I guess I could send it through again." I explained that I had already dried the vehicle since the blowers aren't effective. Her response was "then I guess we are done here." I asked for a coupon the next time I was in and she said, "we don't do coupons." I asked to see the manager. She said "I am the manager. Do you want to run it through again or not." I repeated that I had already dried the vehicle and would like a coupon next time I was in. She said "like I told you, we don't do coupons and walked away. Needless to say, I will be finding another company for my weekly washes of my truck and wife' car. read more

This used to be a nice car wash but I over the years of progress the quality has continue to drop. Today I took my car there to be washed and when I left there it's really hard to tell what was done. A basic wash no longer includes the underside of your car so because I didn't pay an up charge there still mud on my vehicle. Interesting enough, I actually had some minor damage to the plastic at the top of the windshield wiper but we reached out to David Hyman, General Manager and I'm giving 5 stars (which I understand is strange under the circumstances) because of how he handled the situation. First of all, I understand that things happen. During adversity is where the great separate from the average. He treated us great.... opened a claim and fixed my car and gave us another car wash on the house. They do a good job on the outside. But, lack attention on the interior. Poor vacuum job, poor basic wipe down. Paid 20.00 for a car wash and they missed a huge mud spot on dash. It was dried up brown dirt on black interior. Crumbs on seats after a so called vacuum. They spent maybe 10 minutes cleaning my car. I won't be coming back. Unfortunately Mister Car wash needs to update their team of employees with how unlimited membership works. I was told when I signed up that I could go any where in US (Mister Car wash) with the unlimited plan. I had no problems at first using in Cedar Park and in Lubbock. March 24th 2018... Was unable to use membership because it now goes by region? Ok, but when they (In Lubbock) went to verify my membership it read as in active? Which was wrong because Mister Car wash had no problem taking the monthly amount of $29.99 from my account on Feb. 25th. I also used the Cedar Park facility March 2nd. Manager in Lubbock says that membership goes by region only. I called customer service and at first couldn't even find my account and once she did verified that yes my account was active looked at my history and showed that I last used my account Oct 2017(reporting incorrectly). To sum it up, management needs to better train all... facility employees, customer service on reporting correct information and to speak with confidence of membership outlines. Just paid $70 to get interior cleaned out and seats conditioned. Basically, paid for them to wipe down the leather with conditioner because nothing else got done correctly. They did a HORRIBLE job of vacuuming out the car and must have used dirty rags when doing the wipe down.. assuming they did one at all .. because you can barely tell it was wiped down. I'm going to have to pull my shop vac out and do the job right now. Talked to the manager and he was rude and had zero customer service skills. I won't be back. read more

My wife and I have been dealing with Mister Car Wash in Cedar Park for 3 years now for oil changes and car washes. Not only has the work always been done top notch but the people are terrific to deal with. It's always great to be around friendly service people. When I have asked for something special such as scrubbing the bugs off the front grill or wiping out the inside of the cup holders they always do what I ask. read more

This is like the Tower car wash. I go to the Mister Car wash on 183 since they wipe down your car for you. A service that is a must-have in the heat or you just get spots all over your car. This Mister Car wash doesn't do that. It's a new facility to the wash is good and the vacuums are nice, but that's about it. read more
