My vehicle seriously needed a wash that a drive thru or high pressure couldn't do it correctly. It needed a hand wash and serious cleaning on the inside. Naturally, I could have done this at home, but I didn't want to go buy soap, chamois, cleaner, blah, blah, blah. I've taken my other vehicles to H2O Wash and have been satisfied with their work, and this time was no different. I drove up to the menu, friendly staff walked out and asked what I wanted and away my car went to get cleaned up. They do have a waiting area inside with some comfortable couches and a TV, but it isn't fancy and it could definitely use some touch-ups to look nicer. I came on a Monday morning so it wasn't packed and I was out of there in about 20 minutes. I almost forgot what my car looked liked when it was clean, especially on both sides of the windshield as it has gotten foggy with grime. Vacuuming picked up sand from a recent beach trip and other ungodly dirt that took up residence. It didn't cost more than the typical drive thru car washes, but for what the accomplished was worth it to me. read more

First time going and I'm not sure I'll go back. First the good, it seems to be the only car wash near me that does inside and outside. I recently moved from Arizona where this type of car wash is common. Because it's rare, I think the price is high. But did they do a good job, I don't think so. I felt it was sub par from what I'm used to. I paid for an executive wash but had a big smudge of something across the windshield at driver's eye level. The outside of the car had water spots all over it. No one was checking the work to see if it was well done. Now it's very hot today so I'll give them grace and try again in a few months. But in the meantime, I can get a better job on the outside for way less money by using the drive through car wash. I'll Lao look to see if I can find another in my area. read more

It's a hit or miss tbh. I came in for an executive wash service. It was about 40 dollars and took nearly an hour. My car still had streaks and smudges, even with this many people cleaning it. Worth the $100? Eh... I will say that my truck was very dirty before I got there. And I had planned to get the interior and exterior detailed. I thought starting at $150 for what it needs isn't bad, and honestly if I was told it would have been another $20 I probably would have been ok with it. However, at nearly $200 I didn't see the justification. When I was told $100 and they would spot shampoo what needed it the most it felt a little more justifiable. When my truck was done it looked pretty good. So good that I had missed a lot of things that I would have thought to brought up at the time I was there. As it started to dry more I could see that there was more spots that they missed and dirt was more pushed around instead of just cleaned. I don't have carpet in my truck so it should be pretty easy to spray them down with some cleaner and wipe it off, but there were spots where there was still lots of dirt. The tires were shined on the outside wall but still had dirt in the tread. Something that even a touch less gas station wash can get. Gaps between the bed and the cab still had dirt in between it. Again, something a touch less drive though wash could clean. Then I noticed they didn't even touch inside the bed of my truck. Lots of dirt and dust everywhere. I went after it with soapy water and a rag to clean the spots that were missed and nearly the entire rag is dirty. After sitting there for about an hour and half. Seeing cars come out that got just a wash, not a detailing, and looking about the same as my truck. Comparing it to the price I would have paid at wash and roll. Plus the time it would have taken for me to clean everything. I don't think the $100 was justified. Probably won't go back. 2 starts because they did get my truck somewhat clean. Unbelievably bad experience. I called as I was driving over and asked how long the wait would be, and was told 45 minutes to an hour. Sounded pretty long but I needed to get this done so I went ahead and did it. I asked again when I dropped my car off and the lady at the front desk again said 45-an hour. I was there for 2 and a half hours (no exaggeration). When I requested the service, I paid an additional fee to get dog hair vacuumed and the rep said "yeah when you add this they better get every last hair out." It was absolutely not and there were multiple places that were just completely missed, which baffles me after spending 2.5 hours. Lastly, I have three kids and the 3 car seats were in the car at the time. I got home and realized they had kept one of the 3, and they essentially blamed me for leaving it saying "we left it on the side of the car for you", even though no one bothered to tell me that and the other 2 were put back. After all that they also flat out refused any refunds, even in spite of not providing what was promised. Terrible, terrible, experience. read more

I've given the Cedar Park location three tries with my brand new car over the past 8 months. The first time we ordered up the $100 wash/wax - they left some sort of film all over the interior windows and dash. I had to take the car back 3 times to get the windows clean. When it is in that shaded work area one cannot see the issues, its when you drive off that you see all the streaks and areas not clear. The 2nd time we went for a basic wash, $40 and it was ok. The third time I sprung for the Platinum wash/wax $130. I had them redo the interior windshield twice before I even left as it was all streaked. Once we left, we noticed all the areas they missed on the interior. The trim work on the doors, console and dash is dull in some places and shiny in others. The steering wheel was sticky and there were patches of dry wax all over the car. The rear hatch area above bumper was never even wiped off and the back was not vacuumed. The interior work was so sloppy, it was a huge disappointment. This last visit was the final straw. I've given them lots of chances, I spent the higher dollars and my car looks like crap. I won't go back nor will I give them a good review. They are trying to get too many cars thru, they are not thorough and do not give the upgraded services the attention the price point demands. read more

Sub par car wash at best.... Paid $57.82 after tip, for them to not vacuum the inside, throw my floor mats wherever they seen fit "they are custom Fitted floor mats" , grass and dirt left everywhere. Paid extra for the interior to be wiped down as well, yeah that didn't happen..... save your money. Go elsewhere. Lesson learned.... I'll never be back. I Should have read the reviews first. Honestly, I don't know why I keep going back to this place. When I get the platinum package that includes wax, they always leave wax on the car. So today, I inspected every little crevice and pointed out at least 10 spots where there was still wax residue. I should not have to do that. The real killer today was that I specifically requested (as I always do) that they not use that slimy protectant on my dash today. He assured me that they would not. But after waiting nearly 2 hours, not only do I find that there were at least 10 spots with wax remaining, but they also slimed up the interior. I was not a happy camper. The guy cleaned it up for me, but I should not have had to wait another 20 minutes for something they screwed up. Ugh!!! This car wash really deserve 1 star for the consistent sub-par wax job, but I will add a star because the poor guy who rectified the situation today was very nice and worked as fast as he could to get rid of the slime. I have been going to H20 for about 7 years. If you are looking for somewhere quick and fast then don't waste your time here. It takes time to hand wash a car and give extra detail to it. They are fully staffed which is hard to come by now days Post Covid. Reading other reviews on here the complaints they missed something. Well one thing they will do is fix it right there on the spot. So people complaining then going to social media or any other forum obviously do not ask to fix the problem. The manager will always do whatever to help customers out. Note he is always there to. I'm a VIP Car Wash Member that can't seem to get her car washed here on the weekends. I've been a member for 2+ years and unfortunately one accustomed to waits of 1.5 hours due to not enough workers. This past month has been the absolute worst ever. My past 3 visits it's been lines out to the street with 3 hr waits. This is 100% unacceptable. Today I asked to speak to the Mgr Chris but he was not working today. I was given his number and I left him a voice mail and that I want a partial membership reimbursement. What good is a membership if they can't service the car in a timely manner. Heck I've had to take my car to Elite Hand Car was on lakeline and they are Amazing! I was then given Avery's number to call for reimbursement and I'm waiting fir her to call me back when I can pickup my check. Normally I wash my own car. Broke my hand two weeks ago, so gave in and brought it to this place. They asked what I wanted. Clean the car and vacuum the interior. Charged me $35. They vacuumed nothing. In fact, my interior, especially my seats, are dirtier. The exterior is lovely, but I'm still going to have to go after it with a microfiber and detailing spray to deal with the swirls. No clue why they didn't vacuum my interior. On a recommendation, I visited this detail shop. Sorry I did. 2.5 hours later, and purchasing their "executive" level, only the front seat and the middle seat were clean. The rear 3rd seat and back end were completely untouched. In fact, I specifically asked to make sure the dog hair was cleaned out and they assured 90-95% would be out. Not so. Great hand car wash. Be prepared to wait a little bit as a hand car wash takes a little more time. The waiting area is nice with leather couches, cable TV and free WIFI. Also they have a kids area that keeps the little ones entertained. The staff is nice and if you go every week like I do they remember your face.
