We have been enjoying our monthly club membership quite a bit with unlimited exterior washes and inside clean request for only $13 more. There are also complimentary vaccines and cleaning products/rags for you to self service your inside of vehicle after you Go through the wash. Good quality if you ask me, you can get a wash every day if you need to. It's what you would expect from a drive thru car wash so don't expect immaculate detailing. Often times the windshield shows streaks afterwards because the tags they use are not the cleanest when they wipe the car down after the wash. This is my go to car wash. $31.95 interior and exterior. There is always someone at the entrance to help you choose car wash, help you with credit card payment. Pull up to the washbay again someone there to guide you. I always opt to get the interior clean. There's four or five people working on your car so it's very quick. I do always inspect and if I see something I ask them to please touch up and they're happy to do that. Leave a good tip. They work hard with a smile. read more

They have good crews but they have weak ones as well. BEWARE: This car wash took off the top brake light on the trunk of my suv - an employee had to go back into the car wash to retrieve the cover; which was ripped off so hard it took paint with it. Third time in a row I've brought one or both of our vehicles in for wash and detail. Most recently I brought my truck in and while the wash was fine, I paid extra for interior cleaning and leather treatment. Three times I had to ask them to do a better job on the interior before I gave up and did it myself. They didn't vacuum anything but the carpet and there was still dust all over the center console, door cubby etc. The interior leather protectant was just sprayed everywhere and not wiped in or excess wiped off. My cluster had overspray all over it that wasn't cleaned so it was a blotchy, streaky mess. I eventually had to take one of their rags and do it for them while they just sat there playing on their phone or staring off into the distance. Unacceptable especially after paying $41 and tipping on top. Finally I always have to ask them for the air fresheners instead of asking which one I'd like to have. Their version of applying it is to toss one in my cup holder and call it good. I'd rather spend another $5-10 and go to their competitor on 183 a short distance away from now on. I tried them for my car wash today. Everything started great until I met the attendant. I asked if I could purchase interior clean with the exterior wash. It was obvious at this point that she did not want my business. She treated me as a second class citizen. She stated the difficulty of adding an interior clean and what information that I needed available for such a purchase. She told me that needed a zip code, address, a credit card with a valid number along with an expiration date. This could only be done manually. After this I knew my business was not appreciated at this place. I continued with the wash. The drying process was not great and the vacuum suction is awful. First timer, but I will not go back after that treatment and lackluster equipment. read more

I never wanted a white car. They show dirt on your car. Since I got stuck with a white car, I had to wash it. I am still trying to figure out how I got so many leaves in my car. But I was feeling lazy so I let someone else do it. The main entrance for Otters is in the back. You pull up to a machine and select what type of wash you want and if interior is to be cleaned. Both times there was an employee there to help so I guess the machine is confusing. Once my card was slipped into the machine and paid for. I headed in to get the exterior washed. This is the usual. A conveyer belt pulls you along as water, soap, more water and a blow dry occurred. Great onto the interior. Coming out of the wash you make a left, a sharp left. If not, you are headed out. Someone pointed where I should park. They told me I can wait inside. The waiting room is not huge but decent size. A big window to look at the cars going through the wash. There is a counter area which has a coffee machine and free snacks. Yes, I said free. Chips, cookies, fruit packs, energy bars, and pastry. Under the counter is a small fridge filled with soft drinks and water. I took a water. I was in the room for maybe 20 or 30 minutes while they did my car. An employee told me my car was ready. This place used to be fantastic. I would go once a month & always got good service, rarely had to ask them to fix something. Moved to a different city so hadn't been in about 8 months. I started my own checkout which I don't mind, but the attendant came up while I was paying. I said I would like a receipt, he mumbled that it would not print & I could ask for one when I got back around AS he was walking away. Paid for the full everything service including leather conditioning. The whole bottom of the car was still dirty, asked the guy to clean it. He got one corner & then stood up & thanked me. I really didn't feel like leading him around the entire car pointing at all the dirty spots on the car that they missed so I got in the car, didn't look like I got the leather conditioning either. You guys need to work on your attention to detail & establish a way of knowing who paid for what so you'll know which services to provide. There is always something that goes wrong when I come here. This would be the last time. Either they will forget extra services you paid for, or you will have to constantly point out areas they missed on the car during clean up. If it's not this then the crew of kids they normally hire either mess things up or always something. Just now when I pointed out the door sills that weren't I got an eye roll, when I pointed out then don't clean the trunk jams, lady asked me to open the car and all the areas of the car that need to be cleaned, why? Isn't this what I just paid these guys to do? Manager is a kid, who has no idea how to triage the way cars stack up for the interior clean up. They guide you in a particular lane and then your queue means nothing. If the lane you ended up in is slow then you just wait while cars that came in behind you stroll right through and out the door. It's a simple process issue that they were quite defensive about. This is coming from a customer that has been giving them business from the day this place opened up. Went to this carwash and paid 26.00 for inside and out. The place where you pay and order your services was acting up. A guy came out to take care of it. He told me it wouldn't print a receipt but that he would go get me one. The bar wouldn't go up to let me in and he yelled at me to stay there. Another guy, having hear him yelling at me came over and let me in. The first guy never got me my receipt. Then, when they told me they were done, I tipped them only to learn when I got home that they did a lousy job on the back seats. Look at the pictures yourself and decide if you want to use them. This is a fantastic car wash! I didn't even know carwashes could be so nice. I'm glad this one is close to me and I can go regularly. Here's the highlights: -This is a full service car wash. I have always gone for the top of the line full service wash. It costs $30 to have the outside washed, rain-x, waxed, towelled dried, as well as the interior vacuumed, conditioned, and wiped cleaned inside and out. Pop the trunk and they will vacuum it for you too. If you have leather, they have a $10 leather conditioner upgrade they will do on the inside for you. You can also get an air freshenerif you want. -The also have a wash only option with free vacuums for you to use. I've never done that, but it's there if you are interested. -Inside waiting area with AC! I love my AC, I admit it. It's also always clean and neatly organized. Sure beats sitting outside on a lovely summer afternoon in CTX when it's hot enough to melt your face off. -The waiting area has free drinks and snacks. They have cold water and sodas available, as well as a Keurig machine for you coffee lovers. They also have snacks like fruit snacks, granola bars, and even frozen Otter Pops. Very classy! -The staff is great. Everyone is friendly and happy. They do a great job and are just nice people. I always tip them because they do such a fabulous job, but the tip is never expected or demanded and always appreciated. All in all, I love this car wash and hope it's hear to stay! read more

Wow. I just got lectured by the lady attendant because my car was too muddy. She told me in the future I needed to power wash my car BEFORE coming here to get my car cleaned. Seriously. She said that. The young man, Nick, was great... good demeanor and all smiles and hard work. If the lady was my only encounter I'd never return. We do, after all, come to wash our cars because they are dirty. If I had a power washer I'd not need to spend $32 plus tip at your business. After a 15 hour drive in from snowy NM, the day before, thus the mud, I was thankful for Nick and Johnny, who gave great service and ensured I had a sparking car with a smile. My car looked great. Well...it shined up my filthy car so overall i'm a happy camper . It wasnt cheap but i did get the hand dry and interior clean. I was in and out in 10 minutes. It was. $31 and I tipped $6 to tje young man that hand dried thinking he would vacuum but he headed me around the corner where 2-3 others spent a few minutes on the interior. One had a uniform style shirt on in a bright blue and the other 2 in t shirts. Tipped another $8. Please dont misunderstand...i enjoy tipping especially for services i dont enjoy doing myself. I will say that the overall price of $31, felt was a little steep for what it likely costs the business. 2 things that were ignored...my passenger rearview mirror which had a small crack upon entry ...popped -i guess from the water and air pressure and was literally hanging when i exited the wash, and my trunk wouldn't respond to the close automatically ...which has never happened before. I did ask about the mirror but they said they were afraid theyd break it if they tried to straighten it. I guess I'll check with my personal mechanic to see how to handle it. Maybe call my insurance company. I didnt notice any big disclaimers at the car wash but you never know. Not sure if there was a manager on duty -none of the visable employees offered any tips. I just returned back from a road trip, where my car encountered many yucky, juicy bugs, all over the windshield and front. The staff at Otter Express did such a great job! From the moment I showed up (not cringing at my car), to the detail of getting any residual bugs off of the windshield on the front. In fact, after they did the vacuuming and cleaning of the inside of my car, they requested that I go through the drive-through wash an additional time to get any residual bugs off the front, hand drying the entire vehicle again. This is not an easy job, and especially in the extreme heat that we're dealing with right now. All of the staff was positive and didn't cut corners. I'll be coming back to otter again! So I had a free car wash right? So I pulled in to the first kiosk where someone helped me scan it in- but the dude literally snatched it from my hand mid talking to him. (So I got the best car wash they offered w my coupon can't complain on that part) anyways- I pulled in and there was no one to direct me onto the car tracks (luckily I'm a good driver and guided myself) so after that I just waited- and their go/stop/wait lights were fully out. My car was already on neutral, off brake, hands were off the wheel literally just waiting.... a nice blonde kid comes out finally and sprays the bug stuff and does his job- then leaves- Then same rude older manager who "helped me" before at the kiosk came out and literally hit my window telling me to stop- when the light told me to finally go... I stopped and all he told me was to take my foot off the brake WHEN IT WAS LITERALLY OFF ALREADY. I can't make this stuff up. When I was out a different nice man dried my car and I decided to vacuum it myself. I can't complain over the free car wash- it was what it was. But that one manager... he was moody and just rude and just irked me enough to never come back. Props to the young blonde kid and black kid who (just showed up for his shift) who looked like they were in hs- they were doing great. The Hispanic manager was a no for me, and I'm Hispanic so no hate here. I just can't imagine pAying for that experience. I was their customer for 5 years, I had cancelled one of my credit card and replaced with another credit card, post that we have had access issues. When I escalated the issue to the GM ( lady incharge), she is racist and told me that I should have a bank balance and did not allow me to enter the car wash and argued with me when I said that she should not make personal comments on my bank balance. **Broke my Navigation door on my Car** I came here all the time but has gone downhill. This past week I came for a wash and detail they broke my GPS navigation wood grain door on my car. Then they said it was my fault. The door didn't work so they forced it manually to open and now it's impossible to get it shut. AND I had to come home and detail my car. This is pictures of their detailing... HORRIBLE. My incident report was denied and they won't even refund my wash and detail. The employees were very rude and blamed it on me. Why did I not switch sooner?!? I was a member at Mister car wash for years- and man, that was dumb. We made the switch, and while this is a little more expensive, it's definitely worth it. The exterior wash compares the same, I think? The interior is for sureeee better. You drive through, get a lite towel dry and then head to the interior line, where usually 2-4 people get to work. They clean everything! Like the cup holder, and the side door pockets (mister car wash never would and said it was their policy not to throw that away- but yet it was CLEARLY where I put my trash.)
