The staff assured me they'd be careful and that it wouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately, the emblem was broken anyway. Now I'm looking at $100+ to replace it directly through Ford. That's not a small ask for something that was explicitly flagged and promised to be avoided. I don't think it was malicious, and the staff was friendly throughout. But when a customer flags a specific concern and gets a direct assurance, the expectation is that it gets communicated to whoever is doing the work. That handoff clearly didn't happen here. Hopefully this is useful feedback for the team. I'd just caution others with sensitive trim or emblems to keep that in mind before booking.

You pull up to the car wash and pick your type and pay with a credit card. I went during "happy hour" 2-5 which includes a free upgrade! So I got the $13 wash for only $11. You just pull in and the machines move all around you. Usually I go to ones where you pull onto the track and it moves your car through. The dinosaurs everywhere is so funny and random. Easy in and out and my car is clean! I will go back!

I chose Jam because they answered their phone and provided me pricing and availability on the spot. I can't tell you how many companies I reached out to before I found Jam and to this day no reply or call back. I have high expectations for customer service and Jam met those expectations. The top brush still didn't clean the roof of my car super well, but all the other surfaces were clean. I signed up for unlimited washes in my car (1x day) and then an associate got me a sticker to place on my car. From then on, I haven't had any issues. The best thing is the pre-wash care. These employees will scrub your vehicle as if it's their own! They target the problem areas and don't just wet your car for preparation--they put their whole body into it! My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. When it was brought up to their attention, they bad mouthed me to each other in Spanish thinking I could not understand what they were saying. Besides this whole mess, they left the engine untouched. My husband had originally booked a different package that was more expensive and included the engine but was told he didn't need that package because it was not cloth interior. They failed to tell him that the new package did not include the engine and didn't offer it as an add-on to the new package. Instead of taking accountability for their poor communication, they called my husband a liar (in Spanish, of course). In the end, we didn't get the service or the quality we were expecting to get. They simply don't do a quality job and they don't care.

Truck came out looking excellent and the interior smell gone. Gave me some recommendations and even said if it comes back after fully drying just give them a call back. They worked hard on it for about 2.5 hours and extremely happy with their attention to detail, no pun intended. Top notch easy to use, great service right to your own driveway can't beat that!
